sure sisses, gayahin nyo... I think pwede din si Coord dito kung kasama ang RSVP sa package nyo... pero kc iba ang approach kapag may 'authority' yung naka assign sa call and text brigade, like sister or si mother. Pag nag insist kc c guest, pwede na magsorry in behalf of bride or groom rather than the Coord na baka irelay pa sayo ang decision making kapag makulit ang guest. In this case, for me, kung mag insist si guest na instead of 2 seats pa add ng isa, ok lang as long as kaya pang iaccommodate but kung 2 seats lang ang allot then the guest will bring 2 or more, it's unacceptable for me. Lolobo kc ng 50-100% ang guest kapag ganito... Dahil kapag pumayag ka sa isa, madaming gagaya.
 Then communicate din ke groom na ganito ang gagawin kc sya din ang magcontrol sa mga kamag anak nya no.

I just feel so disappointed to my gown designer. Mine is from Mitch Desunia but she handed over me to her assistant CLAIRE DOGILLO who was under I DO MANILA (I do manila is under the roof of mitch desunia). Full payment was done and good deals were offer: prenuptial gowns, veil and additional petticoat. Now that the wedding is near, nagkaroon na ng problems.

CLAIRE DOGILLO suddenly went into part-time with mitch. (From full time designer) I think she is into another company though she is still part of the team. I think she is the main designer of HMinc. The problem is, for 1 month she didnt reply to all my inquiries. (Then i will see her posting on facebook almost everyday!) Just today upon confirmation with mitch about what Claire dogillo promised to me, prenup dresses and veil cant be given as free. (Petticoat lang daw ang iffree nila for me). Prenuptial shoot is on april 3rd week and now, naiistress ako na bakit all of a sudden ganito. And the trust. Yung tiwala ang nawala. I got the gown kasi aside sa maganda sya talaga marami pang freebies. Then it will be waived only because Of CLAIRE. That feeling na pinaasa ka tapos sa huli, wala din naman pala? (Hugot lang?)

Claire didnt give me any contracts when we paid her. That time, i was in second thought na bakit walang contract? But i just dont mind it kasi inisip ko, siguro ganun talaga sa kanila. Only now, contract was forwarded by mitch's another assistant (named charmaine who is very nice to accommodate all my disappointments. 😢) They will try to contact claire also to make these things clear.

Just want to ventilate this. 😩😖 Ano na gagawin ko? Should i fight for what was offered? Or just let it ne na lang?

for those who got CLAIRE DOGILLO, please make sure everything is written. and really, nagsisimula pa lang sya makilala pero eto na sya agad.

^ Go back  to Mitch Desunia. Tell her that what she's doing is  breach of contract. Look at your contract. Most.suppliers meron silang clause na if they can't be there for you they will pass you to someone COMPETENT! Dapat ini-honor din yung contract nyo ni Mitch kasi hindi naman ikaw ang nagdecide na magpalit pero sya.  I migbt suggest also to start looking for a RTW.. Good luck sis.

Yun nga ang problem sis. There is no contract made by CLAIRE. Receipt lang ang binigay nya na inisip ko naman is baka talagang wala silang contract? I mean parang divi lang na if rtw bili na agad then go.

Claire did all of these under the table. She kept on telling me na wag ko daw sabihin kay mitch ang napagkasunduan namin because she will make sure everything will be fine. So ako naman, nagpapaniwala. Of course, who doesnt like free di ba. But i was deceived.😢

I screenshot all the conversations claire and i had. Thats the only proof i have. 😰

I trusted a lot. Yun ang problem. I trusted claire na tutuparin nya what was talked about. So to all GT sis, demand a contract! (Very important thing i didnt do.)

^Sorry to hear that sis, I think  you should fight kung anung napag usapan. And fault nila un kung hindi ka nila binigyan ng contract at receipt lang ang binigay nila kasi IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY as a supplier na magprovide ng contract. Besides, the time that you availed their service is full time employee pa si claire at hindi mo na kasalanan un kung nag part time sya kay mitch. Kaya nga may tinatawag na turn over kapag aalis or may magbabago ang position ng isang tao sa company, sana inayos muna ni mitch ang mga clients na handle ni claire.. Very important talaga ang contract. Sometimes suppliers will promise you a lot para lang piliin sila but once you availed their service na nakakatakot baka biglang magka amnesia sa napag usapan. hehe.

Even CLAIRE didnt give proper turnover sis. Kasi, she didnt answer me sa mga messages ko sa kanya and ngayon lang nalaman ni mitch ang mga arrangements namin. Mitch in the other hand, didnt even ask claire about ano na ang progress. Kung hindi ko pa minessage, hindi nila ako iuupdate sa progress ng gown and i will not know na claire is not having indefinite leave and part time na lang sa kanila.

Up to now, im waiting for their reply. Ang hirap kasi overseas bride ako so yung stress na wala akong magawa dahil ang layo ko bothers me a lot. Hay. Just a reminder to all of us. DEMAND A CONTRACT. ke simple pa yung promise sayo, make it written.

^yes sis, praying na ma resolved mo agad ang problem mo with your designer. And also kaya pinupush ko na fight for your rights kasi para mag serve as a lesson din ito kay mitch na dapat kahit madami syang clients maging hands on pa din sya to review sa mga napag usapan ng clients and secretary or co-designers nya, time management lang at hindi na maulit pa sa ibang brides... A company with a good and reliable customer service will always provide an excellent outcome, un ang wala sila.

In case you still want to pursue with mitch desunia, make all things clarified and written. That time kasi na we went sa shop nila, wala si mitch kaya si claire ang nagaccommodate sa amin. From the start pa lang medyo magulo na, from downpayment pa lang sis.

First, We paid initially 5k downpayment. we even offered to claire na bayaran na talaga namin ng buo baka kasi makadiscount pa kami, but claire refused saying only 5k, then the rest on the fitting day na. Then suddenly, after 10 days, mitch messaged me saying we need to pay it in Full (pag RTW) otherwise, mafoforfeit yung downpayment. Agad agad, sinabi nila na bayaran na namin considering hindi man lang kami naorient? So that the first off point nila.

Second (off point), claire told me na may first and second fitting pa ako. Then mitch told me na of its RTW, walang second fitting.😩

Third (off point), claire didnt answer my all my questions for 1 month? What will you feel na ni hi walang sagot?

Fourth (off point), now prenup gowns and veil and the forgot to tell it din pla, claire offered me also RECEPTION GOWN ( rent lang pero freebies nya din) all of that are waived. Though this reception gown changed is my least kasi i dont have plan to change na.

Di ba ang gulo nila? I dont know if its all claire's problem or if the communication inside their team ang problema. So 4 off points na, wala pa ang wedding day and di ko pa nakikita ang wedding gown ko nyan ha?

Mitch is nice naman. Mabilis siya magreply actually. I commend her another assistant charmaine for accommodating all my disappointments. The problem is with her (his) assistant Claire dogillo. Pero kahit kasi assistant lang siya, still, it is Mitch desunia's name and under mitch's supervision. So she should know how her assistant works. And for this claire dogillo, ang masasabi ko lang is 😫😖😰😡

Oh well, even though he will pay the food, still weddings should be focused on the couple, not to groom alone... And imagine, 175 invitations?! OMG  mine is only 50 pcs and I can't imagine seeing people first time on supposedly "My Best Day Ever!"

BTW, what I did with our guest list is, we settled with 200. 50 for the entourage and I gave him 50 seats sans the ones part of the entou and 100 for me. I don't care who he invites but that's 50 and 50 seats for him and 100 for me. Actually mas challenge yung akin kasi s province namin yung wedding eh.What I'll do nalang is prepare a mini handaan for those relatives who will not be invited. I think the guestlist is always the biggest challenge for a wedding when you're trying to stick on your budget at the same time making sure that everyone significant is invited. Wheeew!

relax mode ako today. As in whole day in bed and no diet! hahaha

Good idea yan sis! To have another party for the others who you werent able to invite to the actual wedding!! sana nga thats what we did instead. Have a very small and intimate destination wedding, then just throw a party here for everyone else.

One of the problems during my wedding preps is nung super delayed mag reply yung Video Supplier ko. Nakailang emails na ako wala paring reply. I need to call them pa ng paulit ulit bago nila icheck yung emails ko. Tho tapos naman na yung wedding ko and everything went well naman during the wedding day.

my designer for my detachable train, bridesmaids dress, mother's gown and father's suit. Waaa, sakit sa ulo!!! Oo lang ng oo, wala namang pinapakitang tela. 1 and a half month na since my deposit, wala pa nauumpisahan! Ayoko sana mag panic kasi more than 2 months pa naman before the wedding pero nakakainis pa din eh.

invitations. grabe na stress ko dito, since overseas ako, online lang lahat, hindi ko makita yung quality nung invites. aside from that, ang mamahal ng prices online, nakakaloka lang. Sanay kasi ako sa divi at recto, the quality are nice naman, don kasi super mura lang eh, kaso wala akong choice, online lang talaga ako aasa. Oh well.

So... less than 3 weeks before the wedding, and we went to the tailor of my husband's coat barong.  😑😑😑😑  well.. to put it mildly... gawa na sya. It just needs to be fit properly. It's a proper barong. But that is where it ended.  First, it wasn't a proper coat barong. It was just a barong with a chinese collar. Madumi sya. Our cloth was Pina Raya. The buttons they used were ordinary buttons, there was no lining!  We are not daft people. We do know that a proper coat barong needs to have a  proper lining. Kaya nga magkakaron ng form yun eh. Mas maganda pa yung barong na pinagawa namin sa Topper's for my dad's. Hindi lang kasi sila gumagawa ng coat barong. We called the attention of the owner's daughter. Nakakadismaya lang talaga. And to think that they have been in the  business for years. I mean, bata pa lang ako may Arthur's na.  Nung nakausap namin yung tailor, sabi madali lang. Yada yada yada. Anyways, at first, nung nagusap kami ni mama, ang sabi namin eh pag nalinis, naplancha maganda na sya.  Gaya nung sa barong ng brother ko and cousin. Maganda sila after plachahin. Pero I'm still mulling it over. Kaya sabi ko, wala pa din lining. Parang makikita lang na maganda yung burda ng barong pero parang walang oomph.  Kaya we decided, na since wala pang barong yung brother-in-law ko, sa kanya na lang yun. We'll just have it fit to his measurements.  We'll go back to our fabric supplier, and go to Exclusively His na lang. Haiisst
