hi sis! me and h2b is setting aside at least 50k.

^Tama sis! hahaha..Looking at the suppliers we're getting, obvious na magooverbudget kami. Initial budget was 600k but ngaun nearing 700k na! For a provincial wedding huhuhu

Ako medyo ok pa pero with the emergency fee wala na sa budget.

^ Small things add up talaga. Like BM dresses, mura na sa 3k, pero multiplied by 4 so 12k na din. Pag pinag patong patong yung gastos, overbudget ang labas.

Thankfully sabi lang ni H2B, nangangarap ako to think 350k lang ang budget namin and ako lang daw nagsasabi na kaya at that budget. It's more like 700k na.

Medyo sinisikmura ako thinking of spending that much money.

Excluding engagement ring and wedding rings pa ito ha.

Same sentiments here. Pag tinitingnan ko yung detailed excel file namin, budget is 600k, yung actual namin is 850k na.Inexpect ko naman na magexceed kasi initially it's for 150 guests lang but we ended up for 200 guests.

I can relate. hahaha akala ko kaya talaga yung 150 guests. pero nung na-split na naming ni H2b yung headcount, kulang na kulang. probably we'll end up with 200 guests din. nakakatakot mag compute.

We're almost done booking our suppliers, pasok pa naman sa budget pero kung 50k magoover kami hahaha!
Di ko naisip na pwede pala umabot ng 50k akala ko kasi supplier meals na gagastusin namin nun... Omg

sis, IMO kelangan kasi may buffer ka sa extra guests. Yung tipong hindi invited pero biglang susulpot. usually the caterer also suggests to set up 1 extra table for unexpected guests. another thing is in case lumagpas kayo sa oras sa reception, venues usually charge OT fees for that. tapos yung mga pang tip sa waiters and AE after the reception.. those 3 are listed on my OTD extra expenses. sharing lang

Ako sis, mga 5k-10k lang ang misc expense na ineexpect ko otd of the wedding. We're expecting for supplier meals (lunch) lang to be our extra expense. Dinner kasi ng mga suppliers e kasama na sa caterer (Juan Carlo). We got their Php350 per head for dinner set for all our suppliers na.

yes I agree! it's possible to have uninvited guests. So allot a budget if that is not part of your catering package yet. Our catering package includes 200 guests plus 20 persons buffer. So, that's pretty much covered. ☺️

150pax lang ang plan namin, super close relatives and friends lang. Siguro I have to remind them na lang about bringing extra people teehee. Sa ngayon kasi, sinasabi namin na may seating arrangement and kinausap ko din yung relatives ni h2b na bilang lang ang invited and kung sino lang yung nasa list, yun lang ang may upuan. Hahaha! Di ako ganun kavocal actually pagdating sa relatives niya pero pag ganitong kailangan... Hay nako. 

sinong supplier ba usually ang kasama sa dinner? Pag may mura sa caterer siguro dun na lang din kami kukuha para less hassle.

^ siguro we don't need that much contingency fund since we are having a DW, wala naman siguro unexpected guests.
