^pati business class nila they sell in advance. We always buy their business class kasi mas maluwag yung cabin and usually konti lang pasahero kaya di magulo.

^maraming kainan dun mamili na lang kayo. Generally I find the food prices in Bohol cheap compared to Manila.

I'm here right now and have been out and about doing errands the whole week in Tagbilaran and nearby places. Nothing seems to be amiss except for the extra police watch and roving mobile units. I actually appreciate the police visibility since it deters bad elements from attempting to wreak havoc. Knock on wood but Bohol has always been a peaceful province.

Having said that as in anywhere in the world one has to always practice "common sense precautions" to ensure one's safety during travels.

Just finished backreading, started from thread 20 up to present. I posted  a question too early andito pala sa last pages ang sagot hehe. Ibang area pala ang bellevue so we booked SP na. Last time we were in Bohol was mga 6++yrs ago,bf ko pa lang si hubby noon hehe. Ngayon we're bringing our 2yo baby.Sana maging ok din ang trip namin which will be on January. Need help with some of our iti, hopefully mas may sense na question ko ngayon

- I want to skip the Loboc cruise since we're bringing LO, pero hubby wants to include it pa din. Anyone tried Village Floating Resto or Loay Cruise? Are these the same as Loboc and iba lang company or iba talagang cruise to?

- for the 1st night since we'll be  on tour din naman, I'm looking for a cheaper accomodation sana. I am initially thinking of booking DBR2, pero since SP na kame the rest of our stay, i'm looking for cheaper resort in Alona para maexperience din namin ang other side of Bohol. Any suggestions?

- If I'm not mistaken, walang transpo from SP to BBF or masyado expensive? need ba namin kumontrata?  yung the buzz ba sa alona, same lang ang food sa BBF?

- SP daw has scheduled shuttle service sa Alona, if ever ba mamiss namin yung shuttle from alona going back to SP, madali naman makakuha ng trike?

^Re river cruises, Loay is different from Loboc but they are connected. Loboc is located inland and mas scenic compared to Loay. Mas nauna si Loboc sa mga river cruises kaya mas popular din sya. There are different river cruise companies plying both rivers, baka yung Village Floating resto you mentioned is one of them.

Re transpo from SP to BBF vv., there is no readily available service kaya ask your resort to help you get one or magkontrata na lang kayo. BBF has different outlets (Buzzz Cafe) in Tagbilaran (ICM and Galleria Luisa), Alona and Robinsons in Cebu. Same lang food nila but mas marami selection sa main resort, BBF.

Re transpo from Alona, maraming transpo options dun so no worries.

^If you haven't been to BBF yet I would suggest you visit it. But if you're just after the food then The Buzzz cafe at Alona will do.

Aside from the tours, you can just relax at the beach. Maganda shoreline ng SP. I'm sure your toddler would enjoy playing at the beach the whole day. Don't forget the sunblock!

Mga sis, for those of you who are planning to go to Bohol, I suggest you try the Tarsier Botanika restaurant (not the one in Alona beach), their food was really great plus they have spectacular view. Medyu mahirap nga lang ang transpo going there but I think you can have this arranged in your hotel. Enjoy Bohol, I super love Bohol and would love to be there again.

^^pinag-iisipan ko pa rin talaga if pupunta kame ng BBF kase this will be our 2nd time in Bohol and di pa din namin mapupuntahan. I'm still weighing in kung worth it ang travel kung sasadyain. Medyo kinoconsider ko nga din kung mas ok kung doon na lang kame magstay sa 1st night. Pero wala ko nabasang reviews here about sa resort/hotel ng BBF. Anyone has stayed at BBF?

^better siguro 1st night nyo sa BBF na lang since di nyo pa napupuntahan. Then since meron kamong shuttle service ang SP to Alona madali na kayong pumunta dun. From Alona back to SP naman walang problema since maraming transpo options dun.

Strict po ba sa hennan re # of guests sa room? Party of 4 adults kasi kami and 3 kids age 11,5 and 3. Available na lang is premier room and pool villa. It says sa site na max 2 guests lang. if sa agoda namin book yung rooms then upon check in makita nila, allow
Pa din kaya? Willing naman kami to pay for the additional guest.

^I don't think they will allow all 7 persons in a room. Book two premier rooms or check if they still have a family room (2 adjoining rooms) baka sa family room pumayag kayong lahat with additional fee.

I might be assigned to metrocentre hotel. Will be alone and will have to take dinner on my own. Any suggestions for a good restaurant in the area? That will be 4 dinner days for me.

^You'll be in the middle of the action in Tagbilaran! Maraming restaurants and even hole in the wall carinderias with good, cheap food. Some recommended go-tos namin:

Acacia de Bubu (BBQ place) along Inting ave. cor. Butalid st.

Golden Cowrie along Inting ave.
Garden cafe beside the Tagbilaran Cathedral
Gerry's Grill at BQ

Marami pa actually if you walk a little bit towards BQ and City Square. No worries hindi ka mauubusan ng makakainan na lugar dun.
