meron 1 month meron naman on due date na mismo para daw hinde sayang.
ako a week before my edd start ng ML ko but I filed for annual leave ng 1 week so bale 2 weeks before ng edd ko yung last day ko sa work.

Para san Philhealth CF2 mga sis? pinagpapasa ako ng HR nito, I checked the form napakadaming details na needed at hospital/doctors ang need magfillup.
Nagpapasa ba talaga neto once you come back to work?

^CF2 is supposed to be filled out by your OB, and also pedia (1 form for you and 1 form for baby). Voluntary ako sa philhealth kaya di ko sure pano process nyan pag sa HR pinasa. Hindi ba dineduct yung philhealth mo upon discharge? Kasi ang pagkakaalam ko hindi ipoprocess ang philhealth sa hospital without CF2.

kaya din ako nagtataka why ako need magsubmit sa HR ng CF2.

May nagsabi sakin dito sa office hinde na daw need yun ipasa so binalikan ko HR and he insisted that kelangan talaga.
Based sa guidelines, it has to be submitted to philhealth up to 60days from date of discharge eh sobrang lagpas na ako sa 60days.

^Sa pagkaintindi ko you don't need CF2 anymore, kasi deducted na sa bill mo. Ang alam ko, kelangan lang yan ng HR if magrereimburse ka sa kanila (kasi hindi nadeduct sa hospital bill mo).

Nung na-ipasa ko na SSS MAT2 ko hinde niya na ulit ako inask about CF2, either nakalimutan na niya or hinde talaga needed.

Mommies, pwede pa kaya ako makahabol sa Philhealth kasi I stopped my contribution for 3 years nung nagwork ako sa SG. Ngayon ko lang sana ulit iaactivate, but I read here na dapat pala 6months dapat nakapaghulog para makaavail ng benefits. First week Feb po ang due ko, so if I start this month Sept, di na aabot ng 6 months before ng due date ko. Or meron po bang option na 1 year na bayaran, parang late payment for the whole year of 2016 para maka more than 6 months contribution ako. Btw currently unemployed ako. Thanks

Hello! Newbie here and also 1st time mommy-to-be.

I'm still at med school and biglaan nabuo si baby. Due ko na on january. Kakaapply ko pa lang ng Philhealth online then sinend nila sa akin yung PIN ko. Pwede ko pa rin ba maavail yung maternity benefits nila? I understand na need ko yata magbayad ng P2400 for the annual contribution.

Bat angtagal ipa tupad yung 150 days n a ML para satin noh? Lapit na nag January 2018 eh. Bilis pa naman ng araw.

Sis, I think its only 120 days. The Senate Bill is the one that has been approved thus far. The counterpart measure in the House still needs to be approved before it is presented to the bicameral committee along with Senate Bill 1305. It is the consolidated bill which would then be forwarded to President Rodrigo Duterte for approval before it becomes a law. So let?s keep our fingers crossed!

Wala din po work sa ngayon due ko december pro since 2nd baby na po sa 1st child ko sched cs nako ngayon so ipapa cut ko na ng november.

Paano po kaya ito? May idea kayo kung pwede pa kame makahabol sa philhealth?

^ Sis, almost same pala tayo. May nakapagsabi sakin pwede daw bayaran ko half year, pero not sure pa din. Baka next week dumaan na ko PH para makapaginquire na for real. Sayang din kasi, both kami ni hubby natigil contribution kaya wala kami magagamit. Update kita pag natuloy ako.

Mga sis, not sure kung OT here. Regarding sa Philhealth Claim Form 1, may nababasa kasi ako to fill-up one for myself and one for baby. Yung kay baby, alin dun yung part na i fill-up? Yung part 2 ba as dependent?

Update ko lang pala, nakahabol ako magbayad for 6months June-Dec 2017. Last month lang ako pumunta sa PH express sa mall to activate my acct. again after more than 3yrs na walang hulog.

^ I think pwede pa since 2018 pa naman due mo. As long as you have at least 3 months contri within 6 months prior to confinement.

Newly Wed din kami ng hubby ko. Sabi samin ng Local Civil Registrar, 6-8 months daw before makuha ang marriage certificate from NSO. So baka mga July 2018 pa yun but my Expected Delivery ay ngayong April 2018. Ask ko lang mga sis, kelangan ba ma update na agad ang civil status ko sa SSS & Philhealth para makakuha ng maternity benefit? Wala kasi akong mapapakitang document from NSO, so di ako maka update ng ID's ko.

^Based on experience sis, 2 months after filing meron na kaming NSO marriage certificate.

But if wala, you can update your SSS ID and status even without NSO doc, they allow yung certified true copy lang, galing sa local registry nyo. Basta patatakan mo lang na certified true copy/photocopy. You can use that document sa pag update ng SSS mo. I got my UMID and CTC marriage cert lang ang meron ako, walang NSO. I think sa philhealth ganun rin.

Pwede rin naman na wag ka muna magchange para less hassle. Wala namang magiging problem if you use your maiden name pag nanganak ka.

Hi, may nabasa ako na hindi na i-cover ng Philhealth and 2nd 3rd so on CS if hindi emergency case talaga. Totoo po ba ito?
