Bilis ng remit ng Upwork. Ng request ako Wed nasa BPI ko na Fri (4am pa yun nung nag check ako kasi may magpapadala ng pera sa officemate ko sa BPI ko pinadaan kumbaga kaya ng check ako, e wala naman sinsabi yung officmate ko kung natuloy ba magpadala yung inaasahan niya, yung amoung sakto sa request amount ko sa Upwork, di ko pa nakikita officmate ko magkaiba kami sched e pero kung nagpadala yun friend niya for sure magsasabi yun) usually Monday naccredit e

Pag sa BDO ba mabagal?

Hindi pa ako naghahanap ng another work nitong January iba ang inasikaso ko. Ngayon dapat ako maghahanap kaso mo naman down pa for maintenance.

Mabilis nga lang sa BPI pero one time Wed ng mga 5PM na nagawa ni hubby yung sa kaya hindi umabot ng friday kainis lunes na pumasok.

New pa lang ako ODesk kakastart ko lang din so far Im loving it nasa bahay lang kumikita ka. Ligtas sa masahol na trapik sa EDSA

^Isang bagay kaya ayoko na mag office base job kasi inis na ako sa traffic tapos yung pamasahe pa. Isama mo pa yung malaking tax dyan.

Sis @Purple_Power mag Bpi ka nalang, ang dedicated ko sa Upwork yung walang maintaining balance although meron 5 pesos charge pag nag withdraw. As in sa Upwork ko lang siya ginagamit or kapag may friend na makikisuyo like may magpapadala ng pera or sa online shop ko sana kaso hindi natuloy hehe. Hindi ko ginamit yung savings account ko lituhin kasi ako saka makakalimutin.

About BPI, yes mabilis talaga ang withdrawal, its been like that since last year pa. I also use that account with no maintaning balance.

ahh what is the difference kapag BDO ang ginamit ko?

Matanong ko lang, hindi ko pa napapalitan yung surname ko ng surname ni hubby kasi ang takot ko dahil sa BDO yung maiden name pa rin ang gamit ko. Minsan kasi nagrereact kapag hindi tugma yung name ko and name ng account.

Madali lang ba sa inyo magpalit ng surname?

Been wanting to have an online job. Mas okay ba ito kesa sa onlinejobs.ph?

Nahirapan ako to find a job sa Odesk before.. Walang nag aaccept sakin kahit na okay naman work experience ko. Maybe kasi wala pa akong feedback nor jobs na nakuha

Dito sa Upwork ganun din ba?

Sis @Purple_Power I'm not sure sis ah pero kasi iba vibes ko sa BDO parang ang problematic nila at kung ano ano charges meron like kapag hindi sa mother branch nag withdraw over the counter- may charge. Kapag province nagdeposit into Manila based account- may charge hehe. So I did not bother opening an account with them.

Information must match sis. That is also the reason why nag open ako new account (yun nga yung walang maitaining) kasi my Savings account is still my maiden name. Di ko pa naasikaso mag update.

@heavensent hala ganun na pala yun? hehe all along Friday pa lang nasa BPI na. Oh well. Buti naman kung ganun.

namimiss ko yung isang boss ko dahil bihira na kami magchat lalo na noong Dec at this Jan. one time, kinumusta ko sya (at last na-huntdown ko sya!) at ito ang naging reply nya sa skype:

How does this work? I'm looking for sidelines din kasi and I've heard of oDesk before but really never had the chance to try. Anyone care to run me thru on how to start with this one? Like requirements and stuffs, any software/application that I'd be needing to start?

Requirement lang here is local bank account, so as what others here said it is strongly recommended to have BPI account.

What is your interest to work at? saka ko ituturo sayo kung anong category ang dapat mong piliin.

Hi mga sis! Ngayon lang uli nakalog in after a few years! Hehe! Been getting clients through odesk/upwork since 2009. Happy naman na hanggang ngayon, busy pa din!

If I may, for me naman ok ang experience sa bdo. Automatic withdrawal ako every wednesday at dumadating naman sya thursday ng hapon except kung holiday ng wednesday or thursday.

I tried odesk din before.. Ang hirap walang tumatanggap kasi newbie ako. Share naman mga sis kung pano kayo nagstart dito. And anong line of work nyo?

anyway, paano malaman if legit and paying talaga yung mga employers?
may certain badge or rate ba kami na dapat tignan sa profile nila?
also ano yung maaadvise ninyo sa mga newbies? how much should our rate be para maka kuha agad ng work? kasi mostly yung dictated salary ng employer is yung pinaka mababa. ano ba pinaka mababa?
