In case of discrepancy, you can only go to the BEI personnel and log the case. They will separate the receipt daw. Not sure what happens afterwards though.. Maybe if there's a certain threshold to say it is an "alarming" issue, that's when they review the tally?

My opinion is it won't. With our culture, even if we move to federalism, we will still elect the same political families to be heads of each state. Mag-iiba lang titles nila pero sila at sila pa din. Initially, I was for a parliamentary republic but then, may reservation ako kasi we only get to vote who will be the ministers but they get to choose who will be our prime minister. I imagined if the voted ministers were our congress, sa palakasan system ng mga kinaiinisan kong politicos, there's a huge possibility of Gloria being a PM again.   I also don't think we can afford a change in government at this time. But I am for decentralizing money from the metro.

For me, ang pinaka-sagot ko talaga to stop political dynasties is to push for better education. Let good schools be affordable. Let poor kids have better access to education. Once people are more educated, we can make bolder statements with our votes and eventually weed out incompetent people from our government. This year, we really had poor choices for presidentiables. If only there is power in abstain, we could have made a statement. But right now kasi, abstention won't work.

Another way is to increase salaries of government officials in high office. Let's say someone is a good leader in a huge company and has a track record of running the business well. Why would he give up his corporate career that pays him a minimum of P1M a month to be president of a country which is far more problematic for only P150k a month? Hanggat hindi nila tinataasan ang sweldo gov't officials, ang makukuha lang nila ay yun mga taong gahaman sa power at corrupt. Singapore pays its ministers millions of dollars a year (PM is $1.7M); Obama is paid $450k a year; etc. Compare with Philippines - $40k a year.

As for Duterte's case, the businessmen think that he's not qualified for the highest position in the Philippines kaya nasabi nila na he lacked substance.

Iba ang job sa public service. Kaya hindi mo pwedeng i-bida ang sarili mo kung hindi naman ikaw talaga yun. Ilang kandidato na ba ang nagbigay ng good promises na hindi natupad? Di ka pa ba nauumay? Saka di ba, hindi lang naman businessmen ang kailangan nyan i-please? So by your logic, kung ayaw nila, eh di wag. Pero ang problema, hindi lang sila ang tao sa Pilipinas.

Don't be that mad if the supporter will say let us not speculate or jump into conclusion. Expect it they will defend their bets as much as you are doing to your presidential candidate.

How Ironic hindi lang pala ang mata ang pwedeng magbubulag bulagan at ang isipan na pwedeng magsara sarahan. Pwede rin pala na pati internet browser na selective websites lang ang gustong mapuntahan.

Sorry po. Misleading. Sabihin na lang natin Mar is asking for Poe's cooperation. Si Poe na mismo nagsabi alam naman daw ni Mar ang number nya pero bakit kailangan pa sa Media magsabi. Sabi din ni Poe, "I always maintain decency, unity. Ano pa ba ang pag-uusapan natin sa puntong ito?" Let's not jump into conclusion. Ano pa ba ang pwede nilang pagusapan?

Mar is so desperate haha, biruin mo "makikipag-usap" (magmamakaawa) sya sa isa pang candidate na magsanib pwersa sila just to make sure na hindi manalo yung TOP candidate, kung hindi nyo pa matatawag na desperate yan ewan ko na lang.

Kaya hindi maka connect si Mar sa mga tao kase what he wants to project as a selfless act of wanting to continue the "progress" we are experiencing now is seen by many as a desperate act to stay in power. Kitang-kita kase yung gusto ng mga Aquino na ally nila yung nakaupong presidente.

Sayang lang si Mar, he may have his flaws pero marami din naman siyang nagawa. Bitbit niya lang talaga yung baggages ng current administration. Lahat ng kapalpakan nila siya sumasalo ngayon.

I believe most of the supporters here are respecting others decision of choosing other candidate. But we have to be careful of not being off topic. There is proper thread where you can post your appreciation, adoration, or even defend too hard about the candidate you want.

Mahirap kasi yung napupunta na sa ibang candidate yung topic in which we all know or aware na may guidelines naman tayong sinusunod dito.

Since this is the topic about Mar then still expect that supporters will also defend him. But refrain from attacking too personal already especially to the supporters like kinukunsinti pandaraya whereas I haven't seen anyone here na agree sila sa pandaraya and so on.

As expected, some people commented it's either hacked or James is paid by LP. Funny lang because he is neutral and doing the mock polls out of curiosity. He was also surprised of the result being different from the wide SWS surveys.

This is an interesting analysis of the results by one of his friends who is an engineer (so understands probability and random sampling):

"A paid survey is normally conducted by low level employees whose goal is to finish his job right away. Normally they will only interview people of the same intellect and social level i.e. the easiest are their co-workers, maids, drivers, janitors, security guards, for short people who wouldn't mind being bothered for a few minutes. That same sampling is the same as your circle. Random sample nga eh. But these are the lot that those Pulse Asia and SWS didn't bother reaching out to. If your survery proved otherwise then DU30 will win. Your circle are just the quite type, but significant, as they will vote.

The maids, Secuirity guards, etc. cannot vote as they are all registered hundreds of kilometers away. Logistically they cannot vote. Same as here inside my showroom, everyone is for DU30. But when I asked if they will vote, they replied they cannot vote daw or will not bother voting. But most of the people who voted in your poll are able and willing and inspired to defeat Duterte. It also makes sense then why, when asked in the Silent Majority group of 290+k people if any of them has ever been asked in those surveys, wala talaga ni isa. And people were asking saan ba nangyayari yun surveys? How come it's weird not 1 of Mar's supporters in that group was even asked?

Sa survey na yan isa ako sa mga hindi pa nakakasali dyan  but I am registered voter. Sa totoo lang hindi ko masyadong binibigyan ng pansin ang survey. Mas gusto ko na lang magrely sa botohan mismo.
