Hello mga sis! anyone here who's an SMA bride? how was the experience with them? TIA

Sis detteski, meee! And I'm a happy bride!

Sheena was very organized and she was very accommodating. We only availed OTD coordination from them but every step of our planning and booking, I consult with her and she was not madamot with her time and recommendation. Kahit 2 AM ako mag-email, she responds as longs as she's up. She attended our wedding, which was a month after she gave birth. And she promised me that and set that expectation before she rested prior to her due date.

Because we only arrived in the Philippines a week before the wedding and because we were not Manila residents, we decided not to personally meet for the turn over. I submitted our planning sheet via email and Sheena called me to go through what we put there. So I met her for the first time on our wedding day. They were the first team to arrive.

Sis, stress-free kami ni hubby, our families and friends the whole day. Despite my lapse and not being able to prepare/book a tent for the Lights and Sounds team, Sheena was able to have that team take care of their own tent without us paying.

Super dami namin na-save because of her because she helped us slash unnecessary arte (haha) that we planned to include in the wedding. Buti we listened to her because it was true that the arte's did not matter.

Any reviews about SugarPetals Events Enterprise?

Hi sis sorry ngayon lang ako nakabalik dito. I posted an fb review on sugarpetals enterprise coordination team. I also sent Donna (owner) a 5-page negative feedback.

Just got married last 28 Dec 2016, our OTDC, Sugarpetals Enterprise were our major headache and brought us a lot of stress! I sent them a detailed checklist with complete instructions. Here are just few of so many things that happened:
- did not handle our crew meal distribution during breakfast and worst, they brought most of the crew meal lunch to the venue considering our families and other suppliers have not taken their lunch yet
- my bridal assistant has no initiative and ineffective unless instructed; did not bother to fix my long veil before my church entrance, my P/V did. Also, during pictorial with the officiating priest, it was the priest who fixed my long veil! So humiliating!
- no one was monitoring the timeline of activities during the wedding, I took the initiative to remind my entourage and suppliers of the time
- they instructed my entourage to partner themselves with whomever they want during the entou march
- they left the bridesmaids' bouquets in the hotel; my family brought it to the church instead
- Did not properly endorse our songs to be played in the church
- they left the prizes for games in the hotel
- Did not place our DIY menu cards on the VIP tables
- Did not manage our left over food from the caterer
- no proper coordination! Poor event management!

Hi, Sis pinkonearth and margasyjuco , Thank you for the input. Based on your feedbacks, i'm glad na SMA pala ang na-book namin. Wala kasi ako masyado mabasa na reviews dito about SMA kaya i asked na lang. haha. Although hindi pa namin sila na-meet personally, i can feel na maasikaso si Ms. Sheena based sa pag accommodate ng mga inquiries ko.

Hello, newbie here, 2018 bride.  I booked Okasyon for my OTD. Any feedback from recent Okasyon brides here? Wala ako makita feedback mashado about them but I booked them because I really wanted IE but they're booked on our date, so I figured the next best would be Ayie's #2.

Any feedback will be appreciated. TIA!

Hi Sis Luckyme! Actually napakadami pa din magagandang reviews sa AK ngayon sa FB page nila, most of them 2017 brides and late 2016. Sana talaga okay na sila ulit, para di masayang yung half payment ko. Haven't met them yet since March 2018 pa naman wedding ko and OTD lang kinuha pero hopefully maging okay ang lahat.

@Sis ANJFinally, my wedding was in 2015. Kaya nga nalulungkot ako kung bakit nagkaganoon ang team ni Ms. Kim. Ok naman kasi sila nung time ng wedding ko. Smooth ang flow and khit may aberya sa venue ko, nagawan nila ng paraan.

@Sis Luna_Lulu, yes nakita ko nga that they still have positive feedback in their FB page. Hope maayos ni Ms. Kim ang team nya. Baka masyado lang sila na-overwhelm sa dami ng inquiries and bookings. Actually I have acquainted with someone na past couple din ni Ms. Kim and ok din naman sa kanila si Ms. Kim. Highly recommended din nila.

@Sis azenith2018, my friend said highly recommended daw nya ang Bells and Wishes. She even recommend them to one of her colleague who'll get married this year. I think this would answer your question to me.

@Sis ANJFinally, my wedding was in 2015. Kaya nga nalulungkot ako kung bakit nagkaganoon ang team ni Ms. Kim. Ok naman kasi sila nung time ng wedding ko. Smooth ang flow and khit may aberya sa venue ko, nagawan nila ng paraan.

Ewan ko ba sis, todo promote pa ako dati saknila dito nung paumpisa palang sila 2015 ko sila binook. Hindi ko rin akalain na sobrang sablay sila samin, AS IN daming palpak. Siguro napansin ko nalang yung iba kasi nainis nako, talagang pinanood ko lahat at buo yung raw video namin before I made my reviews. All in all, regret ko talaga na hindi ako sumabay ng pag cancel sa mga nakaraang brides here and nagbigay pa ako ng benefit of the doubt.

Swerte mo sis, yung aberya nyo nagawan nila ng paraan. Samin waley, may aberya din samin kaso nagkaalaman nalang 10 mins before the wedding na naiwan pala female ento namin sa preps house kasi hindi sila sumakay sa van ng family namin and yung supposedly babalik na van hindi nakabalik. Kung maaga sana nila na trace at na confirm yun, edi sana nagawan ng paraan na makahabol at naka march pa sana ang abay ko. But not. Because yung nag iisang team nila na naiwan sa bahay, which is (Bridal Manager) did not even bother to check my ento. Wala din akong photo with them maski isa before going to church kasi wala syang pakelam everytime tatanuning ni photog "coord san na yung ibang girls?" sagot nya "hindi pa sila ready" answering without even checking. So yung pagkaiwan ng ento was their mistake kasi as A PART OF THE COORDINATION TEAM, dapat chine-check nya din yun, hindi lang dahil Bridal Manager sya. Sinisi sya ni Kim when we reached church at hindi ko makakalimutan yun. Kim asked her "So hindi mo kinonfirm na hindi pa pala nakakaalis ang mga abay? Inassume mo lang?" Kaloka sila.

Met Anton 2 days ago and booked right away. Nagclick agad kami sa meeting. Tawa lang kami ng tawa kasi ang beki beki lang nya haha! Tawang tawa ko nung dinemonstrate nya paano dapat mag-emote ang bride pag open ng door sa church. I need that kind of vibe sa wedding para happy lang and pang-bawas kaba. Parang barkada lang talaga ang peg BUT he is organized and very professional while explaining their services. Siya narin kinuha naming emcee. Got OTD with Hosting at 15k. Downpayment is 2K.

Decided to cancel our booking with Absolutely Knot events due to the recent negative feedbacks and book El Momento by Tina Daluz. Tina is a professor and an entrepreneur, and also the fiance of a very good friend of mine. She offers affordable rates for their services. OTD with hosting is 12k. 4 sila sa team. You may want to consider her also girls.  16k for semi with hosting na sya.

Sis prior to your cancellation magkano na ang naibayad mo if you don't mind me asking? Also ibibalik pa ba nya? Paano mo sinabi? Nababother ako sa mga reviews na nababasa ko about AK Events.

^ hi sis, the initial deposit pa lang nabayad ko sa kanila, i think around 2-3k. they were following up na on the rest of the down payment but I had to delay for some reasons last year. when I was about to pay na, sakto naglabasan mga nega feedbacks and hindi narin naman sila nagtanong pa ulit sa akin. buti na lang hindi pa ako nakapagbayad kundi hindi narin ako makakaurong kasi 50% nayun kung sakali. ikaw sis, magkano naibayad mo? kung hindi ka super at ease, go cancel. nasa huli kasi ang pagsisisi sis eh.
