hi sis ANJFinally! yes, h2b said the same thing- -to check with ms kim first. have you met with her na ba prior to booking her? kami kasi puro emails and calls lang magkausap. iniisip ko na nga na mag-set ng meeting sa kanya (yung 2-3 meetings for OTD nag-apply lang ba yun if 2 months before the wedding na?) AK has another event manager right, si Sam? never ko pa kasi sya nakausap though naka-indicate sa contract na sya yung mag-take over in case wala si ms kim.

Just booked Imbitado Events for our Oct 2017 wedding.  We got OTD package for now then we'll decide if mag upgrade kami.
Overseas couple kasi kami and nung nakita ko pa lang yung files na finorward sa akin ni Ms. Ayie eh parang sumakit na ulo ko.
Though Photo/Video na lang naman ang kulang namin sa Major Suppliers ( i named it Major kasi sila yung mga matindihan budgeting at mabilis ma-ibooked )
pero kung titignan mo yung Minor Suppliers na kailangan pang i-research then booked eh masakit sa ulo kasi marami sila.

I was about to booked AK kaso iba talaga sinasabi ng instinct ko about Imbitado, so I waited for her reply kung bakante pa yung iniquire kong date a month ago - which is oo vacant pa. ( Thank God! )

So far communication wise okey si Ms. Ayie, di nya pa alam na overseas bride ako nakalimutan kong sabihin.

Pero may gusto ako i-clarify, sa mga naging Imbitado Events client, sa part ng reimbursing ng mga nagastos nila for overseas call etc - are they OA when sa pag gasta?
Though maga-ask naman sila for consent, iniisip ko lang baka i-take advantage nila yung mga ganun since reimbursable naman. ( sorry for nega thinking sisses )

At first, researching and booking all suppliers is overwhelming. Just take it one supplier at a time. I finished booking all of mine 2 mos ago for my June 2017 wedding and now I miss it haha! I find reading about wedding stuff fun and addicting:) Just take your time, more than a year pa naman wedding mo. Regarding overseas calls, hindi ba pwede Viber or Skype na lang?

For Viber calls im not sure, sa akin hindi gumagana. Dubai blocked ng mga Voip call. Pero some can use still use it here. Skype pwedeng-pwede.  Baka kasi my mga emergency cases tapos yun lang way nila to call us.

^^naku sis maganda yung receiving area ng imbitado. hindi ko nga alam pati yung may style sila nakita ko nalang pagdating ko. may friend ako na hindi nakapunta ng weddinf ko, sinabi nya sakin same kami ng otd ng friend nya kasi yun yung nakita nya sa pictures na style ng receiving area ko. I think pwede mo iask si Ayie about it. mala travel theme vintage yung style nung sakin eh

After insisting to my bestfriend and the bride-to-be to book a coordinator, we were able to book Dazzle Events by Ms. Rio--only a month before the wedding! whew! I found out about her here, so thankyou mga Dazzle brides here!

Super thankful kami that Ms. Rio accepted, given the time frame. We communicate through FB chats and emails, and she's very responsive, yun friend ko pa ang madalas delayed sa reply.hahah! Very helpful and accommodating. We also got her as the emcee/host. The wedding will be next week, ill update how it will go.

^ sis febbie07 wala akong shadow nun and kung meron man hindi ko maramdaman. Ang naghahawak ng gown ko sila jaja. I am disappointed coz I think bago yung mga tao nya, yung kilos nila hindi pulido, hindi worth sa 40 plus na binayad namin for otd. Nawawala sila minsan lahat nasa groom side. Tapos sobrang dami ng reklamo ng mga abay ko na stress ako sa dami sa totoo lang. Personally, I like ms kutchie, she's very nice. Mga tao nya talaga ang problema. Sana she could train them well para come wedding day hindi magulo yung mga tao.

Thanks, sis! tama ka, for that amount parang i can get a whole lot better service from another team na half ang price. i'm down to 2 choices na lang. hopefully we can make a decision na by end of this week.

I got Celebration Events Specialists headed by Ruby Ines and Nenita Zagala. They're a bit expensive at 35k OTD 2014 price but super worth it. The assistant assigned to me, grabe every time I look back she's always carrying my train. Every time I need her I just make eye contact and she'll be at my side within seconds.

They turned over everything to my MOH-- and when I saw the turnover lists they were super organized. None of the items I endorsed were missing, down to even the pape rbags of my designer shoes, the invitations for pictorials, even the pens I brought... every single item I had brought in were all intact and itemized.

Plus the best thing about them is they hardly approached me for any concerns on the day itself which is why we just sat back and enjoyed. All instructions I gave in our last meeting were carried out.

I like that Ruby NEVER gave a whole bunch of forms to fill out. I've seen how some coordinators give endless worksheets to the bride. With Ruby she explained that she doesn't do that because it is like giving the bride all the work!! What she does is she meets with you and you go through every single detail step by step, while she takes down her notes. Then she is the one who will prepare the notes and spreadsheet which she promptly emails within a couple of days for the bride's approval.

Lastly, there were a few things I missed out on that thankfully Ruby caught in the final week of planning i.e. we forgot to check the church sound system capacity for our strings and choir so we had to make arrangements for that. OH--- and Ruby fixed my scheduling issue with Strings. Without her my strings contract says they will only stay in an event for 5 hours no broken time. But Ruby took care of it and I was able to have both strings and choir at the church and reception.

Hello mga sis. This is a full review for Dazzle Events, hindi ako mahilig gumawa ng mahahabang review pero gift ko narin to kay Ms. Rio! wala pa kasi ako nakikitang ganito so para to sa mga Dazzle brides din ang OTD Dumating sila halos kasabay ni Studio 1, 5 coords plus si Ms. Rio bale 6 sila, all i can say is, ang galing ng bride's assistant ko , lagi syang nandon pag may kailangan ako! may groom's assistant din pero hindi kopa natatanong si hubby kung ano feedback niya pero sa nakita ko magaling din naman. Very smooth ang hotel preps ko pwera lang sa letseng trolley na pagka tagal tagal dumating, inaway na nga nung coords at binuhat nalang nila yung ibang gamit papunta sa kabilang room na nasa ibang floor..hahaha! Sa Church naman on time lhat walang naging issue, Ms. Rio is with me the whole time sa Church informing me kung ano nangyayari sa loob ng Church. The bridal march was perfect! i saw 3 coords at the end of the ceremony, nasa reception na daw yung iba, by the way, yung reception ko is just across the street from the church hahahaha! Super init during the pictorial sa labas ng church buti nalang may payong yung mga coords namin ni groom Sa reception nman, its Ms. Rio's time to shine..hahahahaha! i will write another review sa emcee thread dito. ganda ng registration table all the coords are there. the program last for 2 hours super enjoy lhat ng bisita wala halos umuwi. At the end of the program, nag pa picture sila Ms. Rio samin ni hubby, complete pa din silang lhat. naka uniform sila saka may walkie talkie ( im not sure if yun nga tawad don ) Super saya ko kasi almost perfect lhat sa wedding ko, I gave 3k tip for the Dazzle team.

This is only on the wedding day, but the service that Ms. Rio de guzman gave me during the wedding preps was truly amazing. We met 3 times before my wedding, twice sa trinoma and once sa office niya sa pasig which is really nice.  I booked her 2015 pa rate is 17k OTD and hosting yun, ni refer siya ng Highschool friend ko na bride niya rin.

P.s, I have a different OTD supplier before, but when in inquired kay Ms. Rio for hosting, I decided to let go of my previous otd and get Dazzle Events instead, at hindi ako nagkamali sa paglipat kasi my old OTD is nowhere near the service of Ms. Rio, hindi ko nalang papangalanan kasi marami ata silang brides dito!hahahahah :0   I Hope this helps

Thanks for this review sis! Ms. Rio de Guzman is my emcee/host on our upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, may nabook na ko OTD but even so, malaki natutulong ni Ms. Rio sakin kasi she gives me advises with my wedding preps even if di nman sya ang otd ko. She's very easy to talk to and she replies agad kapag may mga queries ako. I'm excited to meet up with her at pag-usapan na yung program flow for our wedding reception.

Hi b2bs! I just have a question. Is it really necessary and helpful to have an OTD coordinator on your wedding day?

^ For me it is really helpful na may OTD during the wedding day. I have witnessed one na meron and one na wala. Less stress sa bride and family members nya kung may OTD kasi there are persons na gumagalaw for you. Unlike pag wala, si bride pa din  ang nagmamando ng lahat kasi kahit sabihin nating inassign nya sa family member niya, siya lang din ang nakakaalam ng lahat ng gusto nya mangyari sa wedding nya. Unlike if you hire an OTD, of course they will study and review all the things you said to them before your wedding so they can execute it in accordance to how you planned it.
