Hello Mga Sis,

Got my RTC court decision granting annulment last year pa. Then everytime I would ask my lawyer he would tell me na di pa daw binabalik ng NSO ang return card or something. I finally lost patience (sa province kasi ako nagfile) so I contacted the clerk of court directly to ask what is the status of my case and when I can be issued Certificate of Nullity. So dapat daw pala mag file pa motion si lawyer ko to request for such. Lesson learned: wag mag full payment sa lawyer until the very end na makuha mo lahat ng necessary documents.  I am lucky na very kind yung clerk of court. Sya pa mismo nag message ulit saken na available na daw Certificate. So I will go to the province personally next week to get it plus file in local registry there then here in MM also plus NSO.

Can someone give me insights as to how long these steps would take pa? I want to be able to change my bank accounts, passport and govt ids back to my maiden name na, I want to acquire properties also and start business all under maiden name. My life has been on hold since the separation and filling the annulment is the best decision I made as I do not want to be associated with my ex anymore.

  As for church annulment I don't have any intention of pursuing it anymore because I don't have a partner anyway. Si Ex and me GF na devout catholic daw pero live in na sila the entire time.

rochelle125, we went through TPO muna, hindi straight sa annulment and i feel so drained. Imagine I have to wait so long just to get things going. Any advice would be much appreciated. My husband seems to want to delay the process to spite me siguro.

I just got a text from my lawyer na she will submit the petition na this week. Last week lang kasi nafinalize yung Psychological Report.  Sabi ng Psychologist sa report, Borderline Personality Disorder ang case ni ex.  For reference, baka makatulong sabi ng pyschologist ko dapat daw mapatunayan na incurable and permanent tracking back dapat yung history including the parents and the ex's childhood.

Based on research, eto yung # of days minimum per process after completion ng Psychological report.

Pwede bang maging ground for annulment ang pagkakaroon ng premature ejaculation ni ex? 5 seconds lang nag eejaculate na. Actually kasi nalaman ko na 2 years na sila ng kabit niya sa Bahrain. 3 months maximum lang kami nagsama sa 3 years naming kasal. May isa kaming anak na 2 years old.

Meron po ba tayong list ng mga lawyers with positive feedback when it comes to annulment? I have started to look into this and hindi ko pa lang alam saan magsstart maghanap ng lawyer.
Anyone here who tried to file an annulment while residing outside Ph na both parties? TIA!

both catholic kami ng hubby ko pero ang nag officiate ng civil wedding namin is a minister from different religion .. gusto ko lang sana malaman if pwede itong grounds for nullity ? planning for annulment kasi ... Tia

Sa mga napakinggan ko, while factor nga yung sa pastor, always remember na ang court ay pro-family. So galingan dapat ng lawyer mo. All the best sis!

Try to consult your situation while naka-air yung radio program para mas maliwanagan ka. Very informative si Dean Mel at malinaw sya mag-explain kahit paulit-ulit ang tanong ng subscibers nila.

Meron bang recently annuled or in the process of annulment dito? Di pa ko nakakafile but going through the psych evaluation now. Every time I think about it, I still get angry about having to go through this and stressing about how to pay for it. But how's your experience? Will be filing in San Juan City. How long na for you guys? I'm scared and stressed.

Pano po ba dapat ang payment terms ng lawyer sa annulment? Ang package po ba dapat fully paid agad? Tapos ang per appearance nya hiwalay yun sa package? Normal po ba yun?
