To TS: Masmasasagot to ni Atty. Mel Sta.

Kelangan ba may will sya? Pano kung walang will?
Life's a beach....Enjoy!!!

@_hotbabe_, the best thing na your mom can do for you is to create an insurance plan na ikaw  ang sole beneficiary.

sis, paki explain yung "insurance plan" .... pano ba ginagawa yon?

As parents, we can have more that one insurance plan. So, a parent can have another insurance  plan na si illegitimate naman ang beneficiary. Of course ang insured dito ay yung parent. Mas ideal kung single-pay Variable life, parang naka set-aside na  yung portion ng mana ni illegitimate, na instead sa bank nakalagay, nasa insurance plan, but technically withdrawable pa din ni parent while buhay pa sya, na makukuha lang ng anak pag namatay na.
