^omg i can totally relate sis! super kinis and glowing ko nun nagbirth control pills ako pero after manganak yun dun talaga pinaka maganda yun skin ko. but i stopped after knowing nakakataas pala sya ng risk ng breast cancer by 5%. nakalagay mismo dun sa leaflet nun tinetake kong pills. huhu. Now I swear by korean skin care regimen to somehow clear up my skin and get the glow pero iba talaga yun glow nun nakapills ako. :<

^^Awww, ayun lang.

For thos who are in their early 30s anong Collagen capsule/tablets ang bagay sa inyo? I tried yung tinitimpla before. Hindi ko kaya lasa. Mas okay pa akong lumagok kahit malalaking capsules/tablets.

Supplements i consider to take:
(i have pityrosporum folliculitis, my pores are prone to congestion and occasional cystic pimples)
* Cod Liver Oil (high vitamin A and D content)
* Flaxseed Oil (very high omega 3 content; high linoleic acid)
* Probiotics (good for all things health)
* Zinc Gluconate (beneficial for inflammatory acne)

I avoid supplements with High content of vit. E and B-complex, they give me cystic pimples.

IVI and Meiji. Both are effective but Meiji makes my skin a little more prone to oiliness. It's yummy, though.

Whoever recommended the Vitamin E and C combo, thanks. My dry lips healed after two nights.

I also drink three liters of dihydrogen monoxide for clear skin and eyes.
