all about the First Trimester {Part 3}

Hi sis crzysxycl! My friend experienced the same, i'm just not sure how huge her SH was, she was on bed rest most of her first trimester until the 4th month yata and has to quit work because of occasional spotting. She's now almost 6 months on the way and is doing very well, and they're having a boy. Everything will be well don't stress yourself too much. Have a safe pregnancy :-)

I'm done with first tri, since 15w3d na ko as of today. I learned about the pregnancy quite late at 11 wks. I didn't have much symptoms during the first few weeks, except for occasional sickness at night. Pero come the start of second tri, dun mas grabe ang symptoms ko. Nausea was worse especially at night, had episodes of vomiting, I got car sick a few times, and back ache was more consistent. Even now nagsusuka pa din ako. I was expecting I'd be more energetic by this time but i feel more tired and sleepy throughout the day... Nakakaloka. Tapos nagka-flu pa ako so feel ko ang hina hina ko.

^^sis ako rin meron hemorrhage nung nag ultrasound nung 7wks 5days preggy ako. Super worried ko din at iyak ng iyak pag uwi ng bahay galing sa clinic. 1mo bedrest advise sa kin. 3rd day pa lang super pagod na ko sa paghiga. Super kapagod mag bedrest ha. Tapos siguro 3rd wk bedrest ko nun nafeel ko sakit na ng tailbone ko sa kakahiga at upo. Ayun, sa awa ng Diyos nung sunod na check up ok na daw sabi ng ob ko. Now, I'm 15wks along na.

^^hello sis simang! thanks for sharing, sana nga maging ok din lahat. if i have to quit work, i will kasi tagal namin hinintay ito. almost 3 months na pala sis nung malaman mong preggy ka. iba iba talaga ano, may nabasa naman ako dito pinaka relax naman daw yung 2nd trimester nya. ingat lagi sis!

^hi sis bk! ano size ng SCH mo? kasi ako rin pinapag bed rest, next visit ko January 9 pa so dun palang malaman kung nawala na yung bleeding. sa akin kasi 2 cm, (3.8cc).. parang feeling ko tuloy malaki yun kasi yung iba ko nabasa dito 1 week lang pinainom ng meds, ok na. ako parang 5 weeks mag take. true sis, ang hirap ng bed rest, hindi ko kaya na buong araw nakahiga. parang lalo akong nahihilo. nice to know ok ka na, take care!

^hindi ko alam yung size e, walang binanggit yung ob ko. basta pinainom ako for 2wks ng duphaston 3 times a day saka meron pa isa I forgot kung anong gamot na twice a day. Plus 3 others na vitamins naman. Ayun after 2wks pagbalik ko ob wala na daw yung bleeding pero bedrest pa rin kasi bumabalik daw minsan yun.

^I see, thanks sis! Aww, possible palang bumalik yun katakot. Tagal pa ng agony ko, 4 weeks pala ako mag take, hindi 5 weeks hehe. Salamat uli.

^^sis I had a SCH measuring 2cm also. No spotting naman. Nakita lang sa isang routine ultrasound. Hindi ako pinagmeds or pinagbed rest ng OB ko. So tuloy lang ako pasok sa office and with my usual activities. Sabi ng OB ko 50% of pregnant women really have that and usually they go away on their own. Mine did nga. Don't worry and just trust your OB. Sundin mo lang sinasabi nya. I'm 33 weeks along now

^hello sis! thanks sa reply. talaga, no meds nor bed rest? ang galing! buti hindi ka natakot pumasok ng work sis. ako naka work from home ngayon, kaso nawala nga yung pag travel ko to and from office, ibang klase naman yung stress level kaya baka mag leave nalang muna ako, takot kasi ako. wow 33 weeks ka na, konti nalang lalabas na si baby. Take care sis!

Mga sis may pain ba kayo minsan sa puson. Meron ako pero hindi everyday, minsan sa right, minsan sa left. Minsan din parang sa taas or sa baba ng uterus ko. Hindi ko alam kung dahil ba sa adenomyoma ko or sa endo ko, o baka both.

^nagkaroon din ako ng ganyang pain pero sa left lang lagi tapos minsan sa taas o kaya sa baba rin. Not all the time naman pero pakirot-kirot lang. Super worried nga ako nun e. Binanggit ko yun sa ob ko sabi nya naman normal daw yun kasi nag-eexpand ang uterus.

Hello mga sis!

Kumusta? Currently 9 weeks and 2 days na ko today.

Nagkasakit lang ako recently, grabe yung sipon plus slight fever but I'm okay now.Sabi ng OB, inom daw ako ng cetirizine and magnebulize ako ng salinase. Hindi ko sinunod yung cetirizine kasi ayoko talaga uminom ng meds. Ang ginawa ko lang sa sinabi niya is yung nagnebulize ako. Effective sya, in 3 days wala na kong sakit! Of course, with the help of water and vitamins C!

Super worried talaga ko, ayoko magkaron ng kahit slight na sakit lang. This is my 2nd pregnancy, nagmiscarry ako nung una, blighted ovum. Case ko is APAS. may mga sis ba dito na may APAS din?

^^yes sis no meds, no bed rest. Tuloy ko lang daw yung prenatal vitamins ko sabi ng OB. I didn't have any spotting at all, kaya siguro hindi rin ako natakot masyado. Feeling ko mas lalo ako masestress if I just stay home hehe. I would have all the time to worry and all that. I just continued working and sure enough, nawala rin yung SCH ko.  Are you experincing any spotting?

Don't stress too much sis. Just follow your OB's orders and all will be well

^^ah baka nga dahil nag eexpand ang uterus sis. thank you! sa January pa kasi kami uli magkikita ng OB ko.

^galing galing sis! true, mas nakakaparanoid pag nasa bahay. nag try ako ng complete bed rest, hindi ko matagalan kasi parang mas nakakahilo. pahiga higa lang ako minsan tapos walang chores muna, takot ako kasi nasstress naman ako sa work ko, mahirap na. wala naman ako spotting sis. thank you!
