^^ really? Hindi kasi niya nabanggit kaya bigla kong tinanong sayo dahil sa sinabi mo! Nasa list ko na talaga yung sotto grande for prep house kasi madami din akong kamag anak na kelangan ko pagstayin before the wedding. Pero bigla akong nacurious kung canyonwoods is like sotto grande ba? Kasi kung same lang mas malapit ata yun sa caleruega. And about the rooms na meron pala ang casa de corazon? That's a good thing! Kasi inaalala ko din yung after party, and para din magstay yung mga guest kung meron akong ibook2 na tutuluyan. Ang hirap kasi kung lalayo pa. Wala pa naman siyang binaggit na rates about it? So yung 6am-12mn na prep is for the venue right?

Sis raiizea, no idea about Canyon Woods. Sotto Grande kasi parang house lang talaga na malaki, VIllage type.

Yung 6AM - 12 midnight, prep room, pero may bed and all.

Di pa kasi open yung rooms sa mini hotel, di pa nila alam kung magkano etc. Kung mura siguro 2 nights ko na ibook, pero as of now plano ko 1 night lang.

Is the prep 6am-12mn included na sa venue or hiwalay ng price? Yes malalaki nga yung bahay sa sotto grande kaya great deal na yung price kesa maghotel e ang dami kong kamaganak na patutulugin sa tagaytay. Mostly taga manila. Yung iba naman malapit lang sila kasi taga batangas. Kung mura nga yung mini hotel i'll also book din. Pero kung hindi, yung para samin lang ang ibook2 namin kasi for sure na pagod kami after wedding 😊

Sis kdramaholic thankfully kasama na din un kay Mel,pati bible. Nakakatuwa nga siya. Sis yung sa arrhae, wala ba free yung sa wedding rings niyo? Sa Golden Hills kasi nung dumaan kami, may bumili na couple tapos may free arrhae silang binigay. Tapos yung bible sis, sa NBS ka or yung mga religious stores. Sana nga sis! Fighting tayo!! hehe

raiizea free yung 6AM-12 midnight na prep room.  I'm sure kung iavail natin ibang rooms, baka ibigay na satin yun overnight. Mahilig naman sila magbigay ng freebies and discount hehe.

True kung hotel kasi bukod sa limited persons, mahirap pa gumalaw, sa Sotto Grande or baka maski sa Casa de Corazon, matulungan nila tayo sa foods, like breakfast or brunch while preparing.

Magbook kami talaga ng room after the wedding para samin 2 lang pero baka sa iba na, somewhere special with a nice view hehe. 1 night lang namin plan kumuha ng room/house for everyone, kasi aminin mo bukod sa room/house pati food ishoulder natin haha. So magastos na ata kung another night pa. Estimate ko mga 25 kami eh including kids.

^^ saken naman dun na kami matutulog kasi hassle kung magtravel pa papunta sa hotel. Overnight lang naman kasi. Check pa namin kung kelan namin mabook2 yung honeymoon trip, hindi pa din kami nakakapagdecid kung saan. Yung after wedding ayoko na talagang ishoulder yung tutuluyan nila. Pero ang worry ko baka naman kumain lang sila at umalis agad kasi tagaytay pa mahaba ang byahe pamanila hahaha.. pero tingin ko naman, sabihan ko na sila na gift na nila saken ang mgstay til end of the program hehe. 3pm kasi ang kasa namin, so up to midnight kami malamang.

^^ yung irerent namin sana na bahay 2. Isa sa family ni h2b, isa sa family ko. Hindi ko pa sure kung gaano kadami ang magoovernight, pero ang sure is yung whole entourage ko dapat magovernight kasama ako para ready agad sa shoot the day of the wedding hehe.. pero kung kaya naman sa casa de corazon e d dun na lang. Haha.. para may view ng taal yung photos. Btw sis, napa woah ako sa budget mo, you have a lot of budget. Ako pipilitin ko pagkasyahin sa 300k or sumobra man ng konti sa 300k yung budget namin (we do not include my gown and h2b suit plus the wedding rings on our budget). May bahay pa kasi kaming ipapaayos

^^raiizea sis yung budget na yun kasi kasama na bakasyon namin for a month and honeymoon, hays medyo nagblow up nga. From 500 to 600 papunta na sya ata ng 650k + honeymoon Maldives, nakakaiyak haha, aabot ata kami 900k pero pilitin ko pa din ienjoy wedding preps. Minsan lang to.

Andyan na lahat sakin sis, gown, suits, pati damit ng ento, parents, rings, shoes, prenup, documents etc. 

Ganon din plano ko, 2 houses, isa sakin isa kay groom and abays para maski traffic sa day ng kasal kumpleto entourage. Tapos 1 night lang, kanya kanya na uwe the next day hehe summer naman eh. Problema lang weekday sakin. Choice na nila kung gusto pa nila mag over night haha.  Basta kami non take off na, a day after Maldives na kami.

^^ ahh..wow kaya naman pala malaki kasama na honeymoon. Saka namin paguusapan ang honeymoon pag isang tao na lang hihintayin namin haha..ang hirap magbudget talaga pag may nakikita kang gusto mo. Parang gusto mo gawan ng paraan para makuha mo haha!! Anyway, magbabago pa siguro ako ng thinking pagtagal tagal sa budgeting kasi pagnaiisip ko din yung after wedding parang ayoko na magsplurge sa wedding hehe..lets see kung kaya kong hindi matempt hahaha!

1 month to go before our wedding.  Currently at WAAAAYYYY less than 1.5M (which was my moms guesstimate at the start of wedding planning) for shared expenses which my fiancee and I will split 50/50, not including the outfits (he'll shoulder for boys, I'll shoulder for girls, dad is shouldering mine, hehe) and gifts for ninongs/ninags and souvenirs.  We don't include honeymoon also in the expense because we might delay it a bit to next year.

I think naman everything we have spent so far is sulit because we're getting great suppliers, and we're splurging on the things we love (food and drinks).  However, we made sure also to tipid what we didn't think of as a priority (i.e., no more prenup video since where will you show it aside from the wedding and maybe on facebook before the wedding).

Ours was 300k lang originally but then we decided to splurge (our only splurge) on P/V kaya it went up to 370k na as of today. Our max would be 400k excluding airfare as our company will book those. Sibs would shoulder photobooth and giveaways. So far, so good! Still happy and hoping for the best.  Honeymoon would be a side trip to HK with our princess before we head back to the ME. Good thing Cebu Pac now flies Doha-HK vv. Just found out today! Staying focused and positive. Officially 6 months to go by tomorrow!

Same tayo, no prenup videos na rin sa kinuha namin na package. And we splurged sa food and venue. Feeling ko din aabot kami ng 1M. hehe pero sana max na yung 1.3M.

^ hi girls. for those of you na medyo strict sa pag oobserve ng budget/expenses sa wedding, there's an app you can download for free called "Wedding Planner Countdown" (pink [textspeak!] icon nya). may feature sya dun na you can iput your total budget, then everytime you pay the suppliers you can log it there tapos it will display your remaining budget, how much you've already paid in total and a pie chart of your expense breakdown.

raiizea every time kasi naiisip namin super magscrimp, naalala namin na minsan lang kami ikakasal, the rest pwede uli pagipunan or baguhin dagdagan, bawasan ganyan, pero yung wedding no rewind na haha!

370k na... wala pa yung food ng suppliers at gowns at suit, florist... pero balak namen max na ang 400k. Initial plan namen 250k max e. Lumobo na ang gastos. Super tipid na yan ha. Wala kame stylist at florist...

hi sis! hindi sya updated. pero super nagbago kami from venue to p/v, etc.
as of today we are at 396k. so far kasama naman na lahat dyan. pahinga muna sa preps, next year na ulit. 

buti ka pa pahinga mode na. kami tuloy tuloy lnag for march wedding o_0 target is to distribute invitations by december (in time for reunions)

We have to again move our wedding date due to work related reasons na naman. My husband and I decided to be very discreet while planning na lang muna at 2 months before na lang i-announce kasi medyo nakakahiya na din sa mga guests. We also decided to spend a little more para talagang bawing bawi sa ilang beses na pagpapalit ng dates. From 300k siguro aabot sya ng 500k up na kasi December tapos we are planning to have honeymoon in Korea or Japan with our daughter after the wedding. Sana this time mag work out na talaga at final na.
