malaking tulong talaga yung boxes on the day.

ako i had 2 huge plastic storage boxes w/ wheels, 1 for the hotel and another for the reception.
nabili ko sila on sale at 250Php each lang sa SM.
actually laging may sale na ganto sa SM ranging from 250-500Php. maganda din siguro yung clear box para alam nyo agad kung anong laman.

The night before kami mag check in sa hotel, ako lang nag empake ng lahat at nag ayos ng mga dapat ilagay sa boxes/paper bag (naubusan ng box at since gabi na sa paper bag nalang buti madami nakatabi samin) tsaka ko nilagyan ng label.yung mga gamit ko at ng husband ko nilagay ko sa maleta lahat. The night before ko lang nabasa at naalala kailangan ilagay sa boxes at lagyan ng label yung para sa church/reception etc. Thank God wala akong nakalimutan!

^Yes correct sis! kami rin ni hubby tig isang big luggage lang! Andun na ang shoes, suit, overnight clothes, belt, etc. Para d kalat kalat.

^ayan din naisip ko hassle pa kung tig isang bag pa kami. Para konti nalang gamit na ililipat. Saludo ako sa otd namin. Nalipat ng ayos mga gamit namin. Walang nawala at nasira

hehe oo sis eh ideally tig isang bag kayo para d na kayo mag uutos ng tao to get something from the bag na nasa kwarto ng hubby, etc... Small luggage will do basta ang purpose naman is to keep eveyrthing in one bag..kahit laptop kasi nilagay namin sa luggage para alam namin saan nakalagy hindi watak watak..

Usual box will do. pero maganda din yung suggestion ni sis f878, reusable kasi yung storage box talaga. Saka madali manipulate kasi may wheels. 
Wala kaming ganun kaya gora na sa box ng jack and jill hahaha

^yes sis! ako din kasi, wala naman kami pag-gagamitan after. And its more expensive than the usual box. Currently we have 5 tentative boxes na. If lahat yun bibilhan ko nung plastic box with wheels it will cost too much na!! Hopefully, kumonti once makabili na ako ng balikbayan box. Kami din naman magtratransport nun sa venue. So follow na lang kita sis. Will buy na nga lang kasi parang ang ninipis nung boxes ng chichirya eh..

I bought 3 balikbayan boxes so everything will be contained in those 3 boxes --- 1) for hotel preps; 2) for church; and 3) for reception. I then made a list of items which the boxes contain. I also placed beside the item the purpose and specific instructions for some. I had the 3 lists photocopied then taped the original on the boxes, handed 1 copy to my OTD and kept another copy for myself.

It made the turnover very easy because they hardly asked me questions about the items.

^kami sa coord namin pinaemail na nila samim to kaya pag dating nila may hawak sila papel printed na lahat ng sinend namin sa kanila. Kaya tinuro ko nalang sa kanila kung san nakalagay yun mga box sila na bahala.

two weeks to go for me!! I have a few errands left, but i told my fiance last week that I will turnover most of the remaining tasks to him na heheh. Good thing my fiance is stepping up, because for 1.10 years I was almost solely the one preparing everything! I gave him a list of tasks hehe, and if he doesn't I don't care na, I won't do it.

Here are my last min errands:
1. Buy pants for my son for his barong
2. Finalize my crew meals
3. Get e-ring and wedding rings cleaned
4. Transfer AVP slideshows on thumb drives
5. Make a "shot list" and email to coordinator, photo, video
6. Email inventory of items for turnover to coordinator
7. Email monogram wallpaper to Metrotech
8. Go to my salon and derma and trial makeup appts =)
9. Go to my last fitting
10. Attend shower parties =)

H2B's last min errands:
1. Purchase extra bottles of single malt whisky
2. Order lechon for our after party
3. Purchase bottled water, 3 in 1 coffee, and snacks for crew
4. Follow up barong
5. Bring external hard drive for LED live feed recording
6. Coordinate with L&S re. the turntables and laptop our Dj is requesting
7. Coordinate with church re additional payment for using choir loft and extra microphones
8. Write "Thank you" cards for his groomsmen's and PS gifts
9. Go to salon and dental cleaning appts.
10. Mark liquor bottles and turnover to venue.

Here are the tasks we BOTH need to do together:
1. RSVP
2. Seating arrangement
3. Fix envelopes for payments to suppliers
4. Go to reception venue to settle bill for final contract
5. Go to last meeting with coordinator
