Hello mga sis di ako nag uupdadate kasi medyo busy at di ko nasunod ang diet plan kaya i gained 2.2 lbs for 3 days pero as of today nag lose ako ng 1.1 lbs. I'm back on track!

Hopefully mga sis tuloy tuloy na ito.

Kaya Natin ito kahit padating ang Christmas and New year.

13.8lbs LOSS as of 12/18 or 21 days. Not bad. lahat ng may 0 yun yung mga days ng cheat ko mostly weekend na di ko nasunod ang 500calories and mega rice diet hehe.

Trying my 2nd round. I only lost 7lbs last time coz i cut the routine short.

I gained a lot of weight when my bf was home the last time. Yay! So im going to give this another shot.

Hello mga sis. Any update sa hcg diet nyo? Ako kasi nagstop ako dahil pany ang kain ko before christmas. Planning to start again on January 23. Hope na mas madali na ang diet that time kasi wala na handaan. Regarding My weight from 88 kilos naging 80 kilos ako. Simula nung nagstop ako ng hcg nag gain na ako ng 1.5 kilos dahil nga sa pagkain. Goodluck sa mga dieters! Hahabol na lang ako sa 23 para mabawasan pa ang timbang ko.

I stopped taking HCG, first day ko ng menstruation e. Grabe cravings!!!! Ang hirap! hahaha! But in 6days, almost 6lbs nga... Not bad!

Hello mga sis!

I started HCG Diet and today is my P2D2. I'm using slimfirm.

Day 1 - 63 kg
Day 2 - 63 kg
Day 3 - 63 kg
Day 4 - 62 kg (I weighed before going to work)

First three days, no changes or effect but day 4 is totally different. Sobrang weak ang pakiramdam maybe because I only take green tea and apple for breakfast. And then I cheated agad because today is my co-worker's birthday, I ate 1 slice of chocolate cake! Hindi ko napigilan kumain. Any advise sis kung pwedeng more than 500 calorie a day ang i-take ko? Sobrang laking adjustment and ramdam ko talagang naghihina ako.

Update ko lang, unfortunately I had to retart kasi nagkasakit ako last week. P1D1 ko ulit today. SW ko is 75.5kg or 166.1 pero so far last week eto ang losses ko...

P1D1 Mar 5 - 167.42
P1D2 Mar 6 - 166.32
P2D1 Mar 7 - 166.1
P2D2 Mar 8 - 164.34
P2D3 Mar 9 - 162.8

I know it's mostly water weight sa 1st week pero wow from 167.42 down to 162.8 that's 4.62lbs or 2.1kg in 5 days! Almost 1lb/day ang loss.

I did 2 rounds of this.

1st round was in 2014. from 122lbs to 105lbs. 21 days very strict! and love the results
2nd round was early 2015. I was then at 112lbs but sadly after 21 days i only am 109lbs
3rd round NOW im doing it im at 112lbs pa rin PERO NO HGC solution na. I just trying my best to do the 500 cal diet.

Hopefully maging effective. Im on day 2 palang.

Started my HCG diet again.
Need magpapayat para makapag 2piece na sa beach. Haha.

I'm currently 120pounds. 10pounds pa sana.
I lost 5pounds na this round. Start of my 3rd week na. No cheats pa yan.
Ang bagal ng progress ko this time. Hindi ko alam kung dahil ba nagchange ako ng brand. Huhu.

Last 2rounds Intermountain ginamit ko from Beauty Exchange Manila like most of you.
Malaki nalose ko don 148 ako when I started.
This round I tried slimfirm para maiba lang. Ayan tuloy parang di yata ako hiyang..
Ang liit ng nalolose ko. Huhu. Mas mahal pa naman bili ko.

Meron ba same experience ko na nagchange brand? Normal lang ba baka nanibago lang?
Share naman yung experience nyo mga sis..
Tapos I really find it weird lang din na same taste and color naman cya with Intermountain so bakit kaya iba ang effect saken.. Please help.
