Started today and Im trying to eat almost all the things i will miss whilst on this diet. But hopefully I can cut back on eating sweets after taking the drops. Will update in a few weeks. Im just having a hard time planning my meals kasi limited lang sa chicken and shrimp and lunch and dinner ko.

Btw mga sis, I'm using HCG 1234. Has anyone tried this na? Anong difference from Intermountain?

thinking of doing a third round of HCG - eto lang talaga ang effective na diet sakin. i tried both drops and pellets but the drops worked better for me.

anyone tried ordering hcg food from food deliveries like Fitness Gourmet etc? I know its super expensive but might consider since hard for me to make time to prep food  :-\

i have done 1 round of hcg diet and lost 22 pounds so far. Will be having another round starting next week hopefully to lose another 20 pounds. Mas effective for me ang pellets and very portable. i just make my own food kasi nga super expensive yung sa fitness gourmet. sabi ko nga sa friend ko sabay na lang kami mag-diet para for 2 na yung iluluto ko ako hati kami sa expenses. hehe

one thing i would advise sa mga starters is to keep an IG account and follow hcg groups sa FB. Ive been very successful because of my IG account. dami ko naging friends dun from all over the world. yung mga downside mo and triumphs mo maishare mo. and you will get more words and tips from them...

Can I try HCG diet while on BP? medyo immune na kasi ako sa BP though effective pa rin siya sa laxative part but not so much on controlling my appetite...okay ba ito?
Thank you :)

Anyone who is still active here please?

I started the VLCD with HCG last Monday and come Wednesday I started having rashes. I read that this is a pretty common side effect and I want to know if anyone here experienced the same? If so, kailan ito  mawawala?

I cheated yesterday because I felt so down due to the rashes  :( today, I will only be taking 10 drops of HCG but will still be on VLCD, I'll stop taking HCG the whole weekend to monitor if the rashes will subside.

Hi I hope you can also share insights kung pumayat ka na ba?kabibili ko lang nung akin sa lazada and it's my second day today. my current weight is 182 lbs which is obese category based on my BMI..so will see if my target weight will transpire thru HCG.
BTW, ebay sells this HCG at a cheaper price than lazada,,and iyong intermountain hcg pala nakita ko sa ensogo baka gusto niyo icheck.I have been lurking here for quite sometime and i decided to join today para makasali naman ako sa pagshare if this is
success or fail for my part only

I'm thinking of giving HCG another shot. I lost 27lbs during R1, 10lbs on R2. I stopped nung nagkajowa kasi ang hirap magdiet haha  ;D Mas okay ang pellets, mas convenient siya unlike drops. And I have to agree with you sis, it helps to have an Instagram account to track your diet because you get help, tips & motivation from other people. Sana lang ganito ulit ma-lose ko.  ;D

hi sissies, pa join!

Nakapag try ako nito once pero tinigil ko mid-part kasi sobrang lakas ng period ko. Usually 3-5 days ako, on my 3rd spotting na lang pero when i used hcg drops sobrang lakas as in umabot ako ng 7 days na heavy :( Nangyari din ba sa inyo? Balak ko sanang mag try ng pellets since parang ok sa reviews nyo. How much mga sis? Thanks!

Hello nakakaloka naman ang experience mo pala.waiting for response on this question too kasi i started without a period and by late ill have mine na

So far im on my fourth day of the VLCD, my starting weight was 182 and im now down to 179.70 so not bad parang 1 lb a day pala ang bawas nito.Im so optimistic.Im using HCG1234.So far in the last three days had been cooking my own food medyo nagcheat ako kahapon kasi di ko napigilan di lagyan ng mayo iyong salad ko  kaya siguro from 180 nung isang araw parang .3 Lb lang nabawas ko
