sis, declared ba kagad ang discount or upon pick up ileless ang 3k? nag inquire kasi ako ng terms of payment & if true na they give discount to gt & w@w brides. ang reply lang ay 50% dp then 50% upon pick up daw ng gown..

^imention mo sa kanila yung 10% dc when you pay the first 50% then nakaindicate sa receipt yung remaining which is the second half. Bale kasi  ako, nagpay ako 13k for the initial dp and they issued a receipt tapos nakaindicate yung pending 14k balance which is to be settled during pick/up or wedding day if inavail mo yung OTD assistance. Then a day or two after, sinend na sa e-mail ko yung contract:)

^^ oh no sis sparklingjewel! i also bought geena for my PS though we haven't distributed them yet. sayang naman yung tela. would they at least use the silk chiffon you bought for them?

Hi sis! Sorry laterep busy sa work hehe actually it was the mananahi of my moms & ninang na naginarte not my ninang. She will still use the silk chiffon for the outer since ito rin naman reco nya pero ayaw nya geena lining kasi iba daw bagsak (silk chiffon is super flowy, geena is matigas). My fault din i just took what i read in forums na geena lining and asked Divi people din, yun lang alam nila. Anyway, she will use a much softer fabric (sorry i didnt catch what it was, nahawakan ko lang) for the lining instead, yung mananahi na magprovide.  Buti nalang cheap lang yung geena hehe. We still gave it out to the ninangs pero bahala na designer nila if gagamitin or not.

Is it ok to use silk cloth for PS? Or will it look cheap? Color that I want for them kasi is Champagne Gold e.. And kapag ba nagbigay kami ng cloth for them, are we still required to give them special gifts/favors?

Ingat ka sa silk, it doesnt always register well in photos, depende sa style ng photog. They say mukhang cheap lang sya kasi madalas cheapo gowns use shiny material din kaya nagkakaganung impression.. pero baka pag done well by a good designer ok naman Try satin though not silk.

hmm. pasingit ulit sisses. i think my heart is kinda decided na. i've talked to many designers na. all of them are very kind. joe san antonio, gretchen and roxy bagano. very sweet ladies. price-wise, roxy bagano wins. ive considered bridehouse din which is super kapresyo ni roxy. ive experience bridehouse first hand as an entourage... i think mas forte nya wedding gowns mismo hehe. sana tama itong feeling ko na magiging decision ko

^^ I agree na cheapo tignan yung shiny fabric somehow. Though may silk naman na mamahalin talaga, but ingat na lang.

Yung entourage gowns ko are all infinity dresses, bec ayoko ma-stress na papatahian ko pa silang lahat. Advise sakin ng friend ko na kinasal to skip that part. So I did.  Dun kasi sya nastress daw ng bongga.
I can also imagine naman eh, scheduling pa lang ng sukatan parang hirap na. At least yung infinity dress fits them all, binili ko na lang. Lucky may right color ako nahanap. Wala ka-effort effort haha.  Cheaper pa compared sa pagpapatahi, so happy ang mga girls. 

Sa flower girls' dresses naman, I bought fabric for them, geena as lining, chiffon as outer (main) fabric, and some satin for hem line piping and yung belt nila with a big rose brooch that I bought lang din. Sila na bahala patahi, I provided din the design. Simple lang para di mahirap gayahin.

suko na ako sa pag-follow up ng pricing sa pegs ko. may pambayad naman ako, bakit kailangan ako i-seenzone ng paulit-ulit both personal and business FB accounts? haha! i was just asking for his email add para sana organized ang pag send ng pegs at di too casual via FB. lol. ayoko na. haha.

^hi sis kimjoori, the last time I've inquired I believe Coca Couture has an office or is based in Wackwack Greenhills.  If you're okay with Eastwood area,  Ronald Enrico also has an office there. Hope this helps

Hi sis if you're alright with a RTW gown you can check bridehouseph and ivory and lace in landmark. I believe that it's been recommended a lot here. You may need to add a bit though

Mga sis, I need your help, I'm not into fashion or anything couture kasi I'm a jeans and chucks type so I'm not well-versed sa fashion terms. When a designer says to send him/her the pegs so s/he can create the design for you, what does that mean? Are pegs the same as designs?
I'm confused... Thanks in advance!
