I transferred to a different company (same industry) and yes, super happy and satisfied ako sa package (salary+allowance+incentive).
I see myself with this company for a couple of years if not forever!

Yesss.
Celebrating one year in current company. I've been working for more than 10 years since I was sophomore college and this is the highest salary I got with lesser workload. Experience does pays off, most of the time. I miss the adrenaline rush of being in the bpo but then again, i think I will retire in this current job of mine. I love it!

Home-based job and I'm earning too much with the amount of work load.  Ika nga nila, super petiks ang work pero malaki sweldo. I'm very thankful na natagpuan at nahire ako ng client ko ngayon.

Hi sis @napolespaloma meron naman akong fixed work sched which is 8:30Pm to 5:30am, pero hindi ka kasi mahihirapan. Walang time tracker or anything na bantay sarado gagawin mo. Yung iba may tracker na masscreen shot yung ginagawa mo mga ganun etc. sa work ko, may fixed tasks ako na dapat gawin each day then pag natapos mo na pahinga ka na lang.. kung may ipapagawa si client, okay lang na medyo patigil tigil ka kasi hindi monitored. Kakamustahin niya minsan yung progress ng gawa mo, magrereport ka lang. sobrang hindi talaga nakakapagod at walang stress factor. Sobrang thankful ako natagpuan ko work ko ngayon after so many previous jobs na hindi ako tumagal.

ako i've experienced yung hours per week. Kunwari 20 hours yung kailangan mong bunuin per week .

Okay namn salary plus commision every month kapag naka quota.
samin kasi yung salary is pang single talaga. so, since single ako pwede na din 
lol. pero sa totoo lang medyo kulang kun magkakaron ng LUHO. 
going 3 months palang ako.  under casual employee palang. hay.
