Ok lang. I'm earning less than half of what I used to, double pa workload. Kaya I cannot say I'm very happy.  But at the moment, I cannot complain din as it pays the bills.

Not very much coz di sya benchmarked sa other companies with the same industry. Yun nga lang very flexible ang schedule and di ganon kapagod sa work.

Happy and content with my current employer. The salary is good but the benefits (I would say) are the among the best, if not the best, here in Metro Manila. (Free gym, daycare, free lunch, etc.)

Yes I am. but because of the workload, not anymore. Before, i used to think that from all of the tasks that I have to accomplished, the salary is going to be worth it. Pero nung tumagal tagal, I felt like I have been nailed to that position which I was expecting a career growth. Hence my unhappy feeling for the company.

Tama lang. I think sa mindset yan e. I've done my research and fair naman yung sahod and may mga incentives din. I also believe na kahit gaano pa kalaki sweldo mo, kukulangin yan kung todo sa gastos!

Not really.  The pay is ok naman but when you consider the workload, parang di na fair.  Ang dami kasing binibigay na tasks na di naman dapat ako gumagawa. Sometimes I feel like my job is taking over my life.  I have very little time for myself.

Kakalipat ko lang ng company. Pero maganda offer nila sa akin considering na ilang years na ako sa industry There are incentives naman to compensate for what I used to get in my previous company.

I was not happy with my salary so i resigned. Not worth the work i give out. But now I am VERY happy and earning more than my previous job and take note, my own time. 😊
