happy naman ako sa basic pay + benefits. first job ko after I graduated last 18th. mag start ako sa july 1. arang ok pa naman since entry level job palang

No. Alam ko naman na basta baguhan mababa pa ang sahod pero dito sa firm ko, mas mababa pa sa expected salary ko ang nakukuha ko.

No. Kasi na promote lang ang title ko pero sweldo mas bumaba. Kasi lahat ng allowance ko nung hindi pa ako promoted nilagay sa basic ko. Tapos hindi pa ako entitled sa holiday pay and night diff. Biruin mo hawak ko 28 na tao pero tuwing sweldo lagi ako short. Mas laki ng di hamak take home ko nung hindi pa ako promoted. sobrang disappointed ako

Very happy. I never thought I could find a non bpo job that can raise up my market value. Offered twice than what I was getting with 9 year in the bpo.
Good timing since my son is studying and husband started working again after an almost  year halt. THANK GOD.

my increase this year is actually good, eksaktong eksakto sa target ko. hahaha. the HR even told me that i got the highest increase ever. well, due to promotion na din kasi. and i kinda expressed my disappointment sa previous rate ko when i was interviewed by our president. kaya siguro tinaasan. hehe. sabi ko din kasi sa sarili ko if below sa target increase ko yung ibibigay nila, i'll find a new job na. ayan tuloy, nagdadalawang isip na naman ako magresign.

I took my current job a year ago because it pays 30% more than my previous job. Now, I'm still not happy and I'm planning a "script" in order to increase my salary 50% more in the 6 months. I can't be contented with what I'm earning because money is the source of motivation to go to work after all. Haha

We have annual salary increase. For this year, this coming October pa sya mag rereflect, but I do not have idea of the amount because we're not yet done with the appraisal meetings. Sana naman maganda ang amount. If  the amount is not satisfying enough, considering the stress sa work, I'm planning to look for new job.

Nope, that's reason why I left my job at the university. sa travel at daily expenses luge ako. pero wala naman akong pinag sisihan dahil maganda naman mga work experience na na gain ko at na build up ang self confidence ko. yun nga lang hndi nagkakasya ang 10500 na monthly salary ko (wala pang salary deduction yan, kung merun bka 8k nalang). kaya eto nag take ako ng csc, naka pasa naman ako pero naghahanap palang ako ng work at hndi ko alam ganu katagal akong maghihintay. matagal daw tumawag ang gov't offices e

I can say YES. My basic is not high but maraming allowance and bonus. Super happy pa nung tinaasan yung tax exemption sa bonuses.
My husband's basic is 3x more than mine pero konti lang ang difference ng net pay namin sa laki ng tax nya!

Not so. Di pa ko nagsastart pero nung kinompyut ko yung offer, I'll only have 5k left every month and super tipid na yun. But entry-level pa lang naman 'to so kapit lang. Umaasa na lang ako na happy ang working environment and makahanap ng second family sa office. Sana din maganda ang future sa field na pinasukan ko.

Considering the amount of work I am given, yes I am very happy, just received a raise, maliit lang pero in totality in my 6 years tenure (9 mos of which nasa vacation) well compensated nako.  Maski di kami yearly nabibigyan ng raise, 2-3 years 1 bagsakan na malakihan, this year lang walang bonus, and I understand. Medyo recession sa Qatar.
