Buhayin ko lang tong thread, just booked a ticket for November pa naman but I'm super excited first time ko sa Dubai. Any recommendations sa must-visit places? And madali lang ba mag-get around dito?

Hello sis! Here are the must-visit places here in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)

Dubai
> Burj Khalifa - near Dubai Mall
> Burj Al Arab - Jumeirah public beach para photo op lang sa Burj Al Arab
> Atlantis
> Madinat Jumeirah - pwede yun sa Madinat Souq Market something.
> Dubai Theme Park
> Dubai Outlet Mall - para magshopping. Super mura dito. Medyo malayo lang. Mga 15-20 mins taxi ride from the last station (Rashidiya station)
> Palm Jumeirah
> Global Village & Miracle Garden - not sure if meron pa nito by November


Abu Dhabi
> Ferrari World in Yas Island
> Yas Waterworld in Yas Island
> Grand Mosque - dito bawal sleeveless and shorts. Pasusuotin naman kayo nung abaya if di pasado ang OOTD sa mosque.
> Desert Safari

Mode of transport

Dubai
> Taxi - flagrate starts at 5 AED (1 aed = 13.5 php)
> Train

Abu Dhabi
> Taxi - starts at 3-4 AED
> Bus

^^thanks sis! Will take note of these. As of now, wala pa kasi kaming Visa masyado pang maaga. Any tips on how to go about it? Mahirap ba kumuha ng Visa?

^living here in Dubai, hindi mahirap sis kumuha ng visa, if meron kang kamag anak paprocess mo lang or if you are flying via emirates they can process your visa, meron din mga travel agencies na mostly Filipino ang travel agent you can search for South Travels or MPQ Travel.

Weather in November is really nice, nagoopen ang mga outdoor like Miracle Garden and Global Village during November.

Additional places to see e Lego Land, IMG Park, The Outlet Village, Last Exit.

Now living here in Dubai. Basta as much as possible huwag lang pupunta dito ng summer dahil kakaiba talaga yung init mga sis. Pero I love their transport system, sobrang daling maglibot at gumala kahit bago ka pa lang dito. Ganda ng mga buildings at feel ko na safe ako compared sa Pinas.

If you need help sa pagprocess ng visa, I highly recommend yung agent na nagasikaso din saken

What transpo do you use?  Ang laki ng highway. The last time nagpunta ako with a group kasi afraid din ako to move around.

I take the metro lagi and then taxi every now and then. Minsan, may car mga kasama ko.

^^ Metro and bus lang. Very convenient and way cheaper compared sa taxi

If you're traveling by public transpo then I suggest you download "Wojhati". RTA mismo yung nagdevelop ng app kaya sure na real-time yung schedule and map.

For our company's team building last week, we went to Sky Dive Dubai pero nag yacht cruising and fishing lang kami. Super enjoy siya at syempre photoshoot na din lol

kaya na ba ang 1k aed pocket money for 5 days? dubai city tour and side trip to abu dhabi ang balak namin.

^ Kasya naman sis kung for food and transpo lang, 200aed/head per day.

hi sis! we came back from Dubai October 9, grabe what a trip    super saya, at tamang tama di na masyadong mainit. we were able to visit the Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi then Burj Khalifa and the old dubai souks. nakapag desert safari tour din kami. dami pa naming napamiling chocolates at pasalubong sa Baqer Mohebi.

tamang tama nga nagkasale ang cebupac ng 2.9k rt, kaya bumili ulit kami, 2 weeks naman para makapunta rin kami ng Armenia/Georgia.

^hi sis, Rayna Tours processed our 14day visa for $87/pax. hassle free, 2 days nakuha na namin ang Evisa, pinadala lang namin front and back pics of passports and id pictures. sa kanila rin kami nagbook ng hotel, so wala na kaming security bond na 5500 AED.

^ayun thanks sis, mukhang ok yan  sang hotel kayo nagstay? saka hindi ba hinanap sa inyo sa IO yong pink paper na original?

sa Versailles Hotel kami sa Al Rigga, ok naman medyo malapit na rin sa Metro station.
hassle free kami sa IO, pinakita lang kasi agad namin rt plane tickets, hotel reservation and work ids.
