We'll be in bkk 3rd week of september. Mainit pa kaya nun? We'll just stay in pratunam area para malapit sa mga malls. Yun lang talaga habol ko.  Anyway mga sisses, saan kaya nakakabili ng mga beauty products dito? Like yung aura whitening mask? Thanks in advance!

Sis @bagaholic_chewy thanks for sharing your itinerary! I've never tried Uber in Bangkok. Do drivers speak English?

Meron ako nasakyan na parang galing office, girl driver. Yun medyo ok mag-English. Yung iba so-so. Yun ang ikinaganda ng Uber, as long as tama ang pickup and dropoff point indicated sa app, di na masyado necessary na mag-usap, hehe. For pick-up, i always put in my exact location para mas madali ako mahanap (like which exit ng mall, anong malapit na establishment or any landmark, para mas malinaw).

Yung papunta kami Chocolate Ville, pinakausap namin sa hotel staff to say na dun kami papunta kasi medyo malayo yun so maiintindihan namin if aayaw ang driver. Yung unang nabook tumanggi, pero yung next (lady driver, parang nasa 50s na) pumayag.

kasya kaya kami sa 1 taxi if 4 adults with 4 luggages kami? how much kaya estimated fare from airport to pratunam area? we'll be staying in budacco

If maka-timing kayo ng big taxi (mala Avanza or Innova), pwede. But if regular taxi lang, di kayo kakasya with luggage.

Pag at least 3-4pax kami with luggage, we usually just book our transpo from airport through the AOT counter. We usually get the van para komportable, makakastretch pa ng legs, kaya kahit matraffic man e chill lang. Rate from airport to Siam/Pratunam area would be i think around thb800-1200 (depende sa type of vehicle na pipiliin mo), including toll fees na. Kahit up to 6-8pax with luggage kaya comfortably nung big van.

I miss BKK! kaya lang nung nagpunta kami sobrang init!! sarap magshopping dito talagang madami ka makikita kala ko nga ma-excess baggage pa ko. sana makabalik ulit ako dito! enjoy sa mga sis na magtravel to BKK!

stayed at hotel vista express and ang ganda  ng location since sa upper floors ng four season mall, literal na bilihan ng damit pagbaba. it's very near shibuya and a very short walking distance to platinum mall.

just came back from bangkok.  second time na   this time stayed in Mandarin by Centre Point.  hindi maganda location.  although may shuttle sila to take you to some malls, iba pa rin yung location ng Baiyoke Sky na pagbaba mo eh andun na yung market.  Mandarin naman nagustuhan ko kasi di crowded.  wala masyadong jologgers.  and the rooms look new and malinis.  the breakfast buffet though hindi ganun kadami ang food.

We'll be in BKK this Oct. Sana hindi maulan. Group of 6 kami, buong family. Booked at Baiyoke Suite hotel, 3 rooms. Pero pwede magsneak in, late ko na lang nalaman. Hayaan na, mura lang naman.

Wala pa akong ganap na itinerary except 3 full days  and 2 nights.

Pinagiisipan ko pa if worth it pag dinaho pa ang floating market since parang 3 full days lang kami. I am thinking of 1 whole day puro mga Temples ang mavisit, 1 day of shopping. And yung 1 day, isipin ko pa gagawin ko. hehe.

Balitaan ko kayo dito.

^ 4pax without luggage. To/from airport, just book a big van through the AOT counter para sama-sama kayo.

When i went there with some friends, 8pax din kami total. But since 6 sa kanila e first-timers, i customised an IT for our tours para 1 van kami lahat. For within the city, train kami or 2 taxis.

Sis ^^ ang galing ng list mo. Nakaset kami ng family to go this Oct. sana di maulan, pero andami ko ng idea para sa mga pasalubongs! One of my friend, nagbakasyon din sya jan last week, naguwi ng napaka anghang na squid, jusko di ko makain pero sabi niya sikat daw sa BKK. Bibili din ako nun siguro mildly spiced lanh kung meron. 🤗

You're welcome! Pabango for air revitalizers can be bought at Chatuchak weekend market as mentioned by sis lovely_carrot. I frequently buy from a store called Phutawan. Hard to miss because they have may branches in different sois within Chatu. And maamoy mo sila from a mile away. Hope this helps.

Thank you, mga sisses, for the tips on where to find the essential oils needed sa air revitalizer! Na miss ko tuloy yung scent na ginagamit ng mga malls in KL & SG. Yung parang lemongrassy/gingery scent hehe...Anyway, I'm already excited at the idea of exploring Chatuchak. Planning to go to Bangkok maybe middle of January 2017. Also listed down the Nestea Milk Tea and spicy squid. Thank you!

Sis, you might want to visit Ottokor market halos katapat lang Chatuchak, tatawid ka lang. You can find dried fish, fresh fruits and yung favorite ko dried durian and other dried  fruits
