Just sharing, we were able to get brgy clearance and applied for marriage license today. Getting it before the month ends. Super happy with my experience with Pasig City Hall, wala kami halos kasabay and hassle-free process as long as you got all the documents. Wala ring cedula or anything weird na hinihingi, just birth cert, cenomar, brgy clearance, pre-cana certificate, 1X1 pics and P560 payment
Next step, canonical interview sa church and submission of all our docs including the license

Basta may brgy clearance ok na sa kanila. Hassle free super yung city hall.
Pero to get brgy clearance typically they require you a certificate from your condo or village admin muna. Was able to skip this lang kasi may nakausap ako from the barangay to validate where i lived.

Hi Sis,

We went to Bacoor city hall last 9/7 and the requirements are: CEDULA (which you can get sa cityhall for 12 pesos), CENOMAR (original copy), Birthcertificate (xerox copy), 2X2 picture, 2 long folder, Parental advice (if 21-24 years old), family planning seminar (50 pesos), marriage license application (250 pesos i forgot , personal appearance. We attended the family planning seminar yesterday kasi every Wednesday lang siya from 1PM to 4PM.

With regard sa Parental advise need ng cityhall signature ng parents. i'm turning 25 this coming September 25 even though 3 weeks nalang they still need the parental Advise. Take note pinabayad pa kami ng 160 pesos for the notary without receipt pero feeling namin kickback ng staff yun kasi sa baba yung finance department. And make sure sa labas ka ng city hall magpa xerox ng document kasi sa loob 4pesos each kaloka.

Manila City Hall only requires NSO copies of birth certificate and cenomar and photo copy of valid ID with couple's address in Manila.

sa valenzuela city 40 pesos lang binayad namin for the marriage license
we just had to submit copies of our birth certificate and attend the family planning seminar (50 pesos)
when we got the form two weeks ago hindi pa required magpasa ng Cenomar but when we came back required na so yun yung mahal kasi when i ordered online 450 isa.. nakakatamad kasi pumila pa eh hehe

Anybody knows how long would it take if I apply for CENOMAR in SM Business Centers? Requesting it online is double the price kasi eh.

We ordered ours in SM.  160 for each birth certificate then 215 for each cenomar.  If you're not in a hurry, and you're usually in an SM mall, this takes 14 working days.

Awesome! Perhaps that's the reason why we weren't able to make it last Friday to NSO Macapagal! Haha! We got lost and the rain started to pour really hard. Well, thank you again!

Oo nga eh hehe. The last memory I had kasi with getting NSO Birthcertificate was awful kaya nung nalaman ko na may online yun na lang talaga ginawa ko. lesson learned!

Me too sis! As much as possible, I don't want to transact with any government office. The thought of it already makes me lazy and helpless. HAHA!

And by the way, GTs who are planning to get their Birth Cert or CENOMAR in SM Business Centers, note that they have a cut-off which again, I was not informed. Haha! in SM Fairview, they only accept applications from 10AM to 3PM. Sometimes, they extend until 5PM. This is according to the guard who we talked to.

Girls, overseas couple here. Mejo panic attack lang, kasi we intended not to go back to PH until 2 months before the wedding. Tingin nyo that would be enough to secure all the paperworks both sa church at marriage license? Usually gaano ba katagal yon, kasi may seminars pa, pre-cana, waiting for cenomar/birth certificate copies. It seems complicated.

I think kaya naman yan sis, except for the pre-cana kasi depends on the Church. Merong iba 1 meeting lang na whole day. Meron naman ilang meetings muna. So better check with them. Yung seminar naman for family planning half day lang. Matagal lang yung CENOMAR kasi 10 working days yun eh.

Thanks sis! We are thinking of having the pre-cana here para mas lumuwag sched namin sa 2 months. Not yet decided though, ang haba kasi pag dito 7 Sundays yata. heheh

BTW, pag magrerequest ba sa SM ng cenomar at birth certificate pwedeng representative lang?
