BTW has anyone considered Antonio's for their wedding?? Napaisip ako ano kasi importante sakin narealize ko food. LOL. I'm sure mahal sila pero less than 100 pax naman kami baka kayanin if I cut down on everything else!

Sissies...Anyone who booked Infinite Soul or graduate brides who got them to perform for CEREMONY (Catholic wedding) + RECEPTION??? 

I want to know sana for a Catholic ceremony,  did you get a choir to sing the church songs like kordero... Our father, etc. kasi in their contract,it doesnt include those songs...right? or did you ask the coordinator to play mp3 for those songs... TIA! Sana may makasagot neto... I want to book them na sana mamaya hehe

Actually ganyan din ang prob ko. pumapayag ba ang church na mp3 na lang the entire ceremony? if ever na ayaw ko na amghire ng choir/band? para makatipid lang..

Thank you sis mitch! Finally, graduate nako. To God be the Glory. Thank you for all the inputs of GT sissies.  We were able to get our money's worth. Almost all my suppliers delivered what was expected. Some exceeded my expectations. others failed in service. Overall we were very pleased and we really enjoyed the day.  I'll post a detailed suppliers review in my blog. D ko pa lang alam kelan. hehe.

btw, re Ms. Nini she is so nice. Ilove my make up. shes been very supportive all through out. She was early too. Samne with the Team of Ms. Lani.

Saan yung church nyo? Ganun din naisip namin dati pero sabi ng OTD coord bka daw hindi reliable yung sound system. Viable siguro to kung full coord ka. They will do the checking beforehand and they will also operate it during the wedding.  We ended up hiring church singer for 1k.

Sisses, any recent reviews para sa tagaytay based otd coordinator like stat events, princess apple, k events,  zrm? Pencil booked na kasi si imbitado sa isang possible date ko kaya naghahanap ako ng iba just in case. 80 pax lang kami kaya i dont need a big team for a formal program. Chill lang

^Our photographer, Law Tapalla, recommended Stat Events sis.  We didn't get them during Tagaytay expo where they offered huge discount coz I haven't heard of them. But when we checked fb reviews ok nman. Nanghinayang nga ako e kc tinakbuhan kami ng previous OTD coord namin.

Pwede naman siguro. Are you planning to get a band or a quartet? If you do, you can ask them to perform in the church also para church song na lang yung mp3 mo. Our quartet played all the songs except for the church songs (Ama Namin, etc) which was sang by the church singer (1k).

Hi Mitch, nag inquire ako sa Antonio's minimum of 2.5 per head kasama na venue dun. Sa deck nila kaya 150 pax. Hindi sila pumapayag ng use of the cabana during weekends. They have corkage for drinks though. 500 for wine and 750 for hard. No beer, sa kanila dapat. 8k charge for aircob. 5k charge for electricity use. Message me lang if you have other questions

Mukhang ok naman sis. Make sure lang na marunong yung mag operate. Dapat yung mag operate familiar sya sa sound system ng church and flow of the ceremony para alam nya when and which song to play.

sis newkidontheblock, thanks! sumagot na rin ang antonio's. Although ha, napaisip isip din ako, if I just wanna eat antonio's pwede naman yun anytime... so... BAKA mag Narra Hill na kami.

Share ko lang sa inyo ocular ng family ko. nakakatawa kasi. Balai Taal and Narra Hill.

So first na pinuntahan nila Balai Taal. super ganda raw! ganda ng bahay, ng view... tapos skype agad kapatid ko i book ko na raw, wag na puntahan ibang mga venues wala nang tatalo sa balai taal. no problem kasya daw 100 sa gardens maluwag pa.

tapos next Narra Hill. medyo nagreraklamo na sila ang pangit daw daan. pero pag baba ng sasakyan wow daw. hehe. yung mother ko hate na hate ang masikip na daan pero sabi niya kaya niya raw hayaan yun

mga 3 days na kaming confused sa 2 venues kung alin mas okay. ganito sila nag decide, as a bride daw they would prefer Balai Taal kasi ang lawak ng preps, ganda ng pics kahit anong anggulo lalo na galing sa bahay. Pero as a guest mas gusto nila ang Narra Hill, nacompare kasi nila sa less malawak na gardens ng Balai.

Although, dahil nga enclosed si Narra Hill at dahil minsan maulan na rin ang Dec, mukhang Narra Hill na nga kami kahit mas mahal and no guarantee of night before room reservations.

Pero ayun nga pag marami kayong oldies baka hindi advisable Narra Hill.

^hi sis deadmashe, I hired a band na with violinist. They will not sing the other church songs like Ama namin, Kordero, etc. 

so either I'll ask my coord na lang to play mp3 for these or I'll ask my lolo, my officiating priest to initiate those songs na lang then all of us will sing which we do pag nag ma-mass kame sa family gatherings namin. Mas tipid kesa maghire pa ng separate choir. You can ask your coordinator (kung lage na sya nag e-event sa church na yun for any idea) or the parish secretary if mp3 is a good option. happy preps:)

Hi Sisses, I'm thinking of getting a Tagaytay based florist for my flowers / styling.

Does anyone have feedback re. Il Fiore? So far Ms. Bhem is super accommodating and prompt in her response. Which impresses me because the Manila-based stylists I've tried to get in touch with are really slow to respond.

Hi sis! who's your florist? Did you get the service of Il fiore?Just wondering hehe... I crossed them out on my list. I found them here in GT but unlike you, the customer service I experienced was really bad and the response was so rude.

Tama sis. Before you choose a wedding coord you have to know first your requirements for the wedding you envisioned.  Iba iba din kasi strengths and weakness ng coord.  So dun ka sa coord na magaling magdeliver ng pinaka important requirement mo.

Texted my mom agad and tinanong ko siya kung bat siya napapayag sa narra eh matatakutin yun. Maingat daw kasi kuya ko magdrive kaya as a passenger di naman siya natakot.

I will make sure to advise my friends on transpo going to narra. Impt daw talaga na tuned yung sasakyan, marunong yung driver and hindi mabigat yung load ng sasakyan. Pag gabi may ilaw naman daw at staff na tumutulong.

75 pax lang siguro kami kaya di namin kelangan gamitin yung parking sa pinakababa..

Btw im talking with Kris of K events management. Maliit lang team nila  pero dahil maliit din wedding ko and hands on ako, I think bagay siya sa needs ko.

Hi sis nikkipedia, talaga? Why rude? What happened? No, I'm getting Tita Sonya, coz my fiancée was natuwa with his work. Who did you get? I saw Joel Faller also at the bridal fair I went to in Tagaytay, but scary coz he has a lot of bad reviews.

Hi sis Mitch, Tita Sonya also told me about Narra Hill, that place is nice but the roads are soooooo bad. He doesn't recommend it coz kawawa the cars, especially if you have guests with luxury cars.

^sis shopaholic, i asked every south-based florists for a quote for a very simple peg. just simple flower arrangements sa church and entou, im just particular sa bouquet ko na white tulips. yun lang, no more arte. since yung flowers and style ng reception namin is c/o flowers unlimited x towns delight.

I asked nicely if Il fiore can customized a good deal for me, I just mentioned that Flowers unlimited quoted me 18k (since simple flower arrangements lang talga peg ko) without asking me for my peg, she told me "we have different packages, different standard and quality of service.you are free to choose which supplier you like." hahaha... I did't like that response, so I replied I am politely asking "IF" you can still customize a good deal... then if not just say no po. I think you are out of the line when you said i can choose which supplier i like. Of course i will. Thanks anyways. Then, crossed out.

I've got Cuatro Hermanas... Ate shiela is very nice. Nakuha ko ang peg na gusto ko within my budget range. Even my friend na ikakasal who booked Joel Faller in a fair(with unlimited bouquets for sponsors) told me to wait for her wedding and her feedback sa gawa ni Joel, I pushed na booking Cuatro. Kasi Okay na okay sya kausap. At madameng freebies. Even if I tried to haggle, Il fiore's response should be in a nice way na saying she can't customize. That was what I liked with Flowers unlimited staff, he's way professional in telling me they have their own style and sorry they can't customize below that.

^ sissies, for Narra Hill... lovely place kahit online ko lang din nakita pa:) My h2b's close friends booked it for December and we're invited.But di kame makaka attend sayang. I've read here about the road... For me, my criteria for selecting the venue is yung accessibility sa mga guests. Ayoko mahirapan or maging uncomfortable sila sa daan, ayoko makakarinig sa mga oldies na anlayo naman papasok or malubak yung daan...kaya kahit makakamura kame sa The Hills sana x San Antonio de padua (I love this church), e we chose yung nasa center lang ng Tagaytay and mas madali puntahan. Hehe just sharing

Final decision to be made by my dad next month LOL. hays buti na lang nearly 2 years to prepare pa just in case hindi pumasa.

nature-lovers and adventurers kasi pamilya ko and most of my friends wala kaming oldies gaano na dapat alalahanin lalo na't small wedding kami and not the usual wedding program I actually watched the aerial footage of Narra Hill sa youtube! I did see the road oo nga matarik siya and I think tama kayo hindi siya advisable for most people! Although I think sa crowd ko okay lang. But for other people considering Narra Hill yes do think about it kung bagay sa inyo, depende rin kasi talaga sa style ng wedding niyo.

Anyways... Regarding flowers... sumagot naman si Ms Bhem of Il Fiore sa akin. sent fb message, di lang super bilis sumagot pero she sent a package. 12 k for ento, 15 k for church. Medyo type ko bouquets nila. Fresh ang dating.

Re Joel Faller

Cons:
1. Tagal magreply
2. Always late during meetings
3. Nakulangan ako sa venue styling nya. I expect more flowers.

Pros:
1. Affordable
2. Magaling sya sa bouquets (love my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids, etc)

My two-cents: He's good for Church and bouquets but not for event styling.
