Hello ladies! I'm back ☺ and with 3 months to go until our wedding day ☺ kamusta na lahat? Grabe time flew by so fast for me and my fiance and we got so busy. The good thing is that we were able to accomplish many things in the past few months.

We're still missing the ff: souvenirs, PS gifts, entou gifts, marriage license, bridal car, misalettes and other wedding stuff that are not that important but are nice to have.

Hope all our ladies (and gents) here are still on "Green" status and well within your scheduled timelines! ☺

I need help... may mga nakapag-prenup na ba dito sa ilocos? plan kasi nanamin ni h2b na magprenup sa vigan and sa bangui baka po may alam kayo na cheap place na pwede namin pagstay since di naman namin kailangan ng magandang tulugan and baka may alam po kayo na van for hire papunta dun kasi po pag plane medyo expensive and sabi po nila mahirap din magplane kasi pagdating daw po dun kailangan din ng sasakyan kaya mas advisable na magrent ng van. please help po mga sis. sa next month na po kasi ang prenup namin. salamat.

Hi sis, we had our prenup last May. In the heat of summer I don't advise it but at that time I would rather heat than rain hehe. We did the whole thing, including the travel time, in about 3.5 days. We didn't shoot in Vigan, just Bangui, Pagudpud, and i forgot the name of the other place.. Sa una tiring but you'll get used to it. Travel, travel, shoot, sleep, travel, shoot, travel, shoot, sleep... ganun haha! Unfortunately to be honest medyo napa-spend kami sa accommodations because we were 13 or 14 all in all and because it was peak season there weren't many available ones na. We stayed in Tartaruga in Pagudpud. They had a kitchen which was great for times we just needed to eat na and didn't want to bother with finding where to eat and service was pretty good. Grabe bait mga tao dun.
As for van hire, we brought our own cars (1 for couple, 1 for hmua team and 1 for video team) so di naging issue to. Make sure each car has a driver na hindi magttrabaho masyado sa shoot kasi kung ikaw magdrive pa kapagod sobra altho my fiance managed na hatian pa yung driver namin, 6-7 hrs each sila kasi naawa sya. Correct ka na mas mahirap plane kasi when you get there you have to hop around so much. So drive talaga, mga 13 hours each way ata kami. And by the way, what worked really well for us-- give each car a huge snack bag. As in fill it with varied treats and drinks and a mix of light and heavy food... kasi nakakabore talaga ang 13 hours sa car! Haha the suppliers would super appreciate it. Apart from this we made sure to always have a huge cooler of ice para anywhere we stop we have cold drinks. Sobrang kailangan talaga to. Bring also a compact dressing room or curtain kasi mahirap magbihis sa car. For makeup, better if you do this sa hotel para maayos setup nila and they need a socket kasi for the curler. Retouch nalang onsite in between layouts.
Sa sobrang ambitious ng adventure na to, napa-tip kami ng malaki sa suppliers after. We couldnt believe they went through that with us haha super kapagod pero worth it, super happy. Goodluck sis and hope this helps!!

^thanks sis sparklingjewel! nako napaisip tuloy ako kung mapush pa namun to. pero nainlove kasi kami ni h2b sa place nung nakita namin yung pic ng nagprenup dun. pero sis may idea ka ba mga how much nagastos niyo all in all? i hope you dont mind me asking sis. gusto ko lang magka-idea.

sa mga tips mo sis super thanks. lalo na regarding sa foods and sa pagrpovide ko ng curtains para maging dressing room ko. hindi ko naisip yun ah. hehe!

^I only planned everything-- from booking the prenup suppliers, brainstorming with them, having outfits made and planning logistics--- in 2 months. Kaya mo yan since nagstart ka na naman I'll help you out where you need. Just so you know my fiance and I have never been to Ilocos before, it was our first time and our farthest landtrip ever when we did the prenup. Hehe so ok lang yan promise! Ambisyosa din kami =)))

On the dressing room.. my fiance brought a portable one but nung una I said wag na sa backseat nalang ako magbihis kasi in a hurry. But because i was sweaty ang hirap tanggalin ng gown! So either change ka na sa hotel palang, or yun nga portable curtain that stands.

Yung food and ice we managed to think of beforehand and i think it saved us (and our sanity). Kalokang init at pagod din kasi. You can just buy ice from convenience stores along NLEX on the way and sa supermarket in Laoag.

On cost, we went way overbudget with the prenup haha pero pinilit padin namin kasi we wanted it that much. Taking everything into consideration--- videographer fees, HMUA, tips, outfits, food, gas, accommodation for 2 nights (plus 1 more night for us para rested), snacks and beverages provided, it ended up a lot more expensive pa than my SDE (95k). I will PM you the breakdown of the costs. There are certain areas naman where i see pwede ka magtipid. My video fees were almost 40% of the cost kasi, and nagpa MTO ako ng damit.. and there are a lot of cheaper hotel/ resorts also. Kaya yan! Iniisip ko nalang, cheaper padin than if we went with original plan na Batanes kasi flight yun for like at least 9-10 pax :O

30 days to go for us. nakakaba na actually haha. we're done with our canonical interview yesterday. 1 hr lang tinagal nya but fun and nag-enjoy kami ni H2B. good thing masaya kausap si Father. hehe. Then our pre-cana seminar will be held this Sunday. After that, this is it pancit na. haha. nakakaexcite!!!!:)

^berryprincessy I dont have professional photos sis since it was only a video shoot. Hehe i have lang like candid shots from my fiance's SLR I haven't seen the video yet, teaser palang nilalabas ng videographer ko. And as i said sis meron naman ways to cut down on the cost.. Dont lose hope!
- Hire a more affordable P/V
- Book very cheap accommodations: you can do this kasi di ka peak season like me
- Use existing clothes you have: wag na magpatahi or if bibili small budget lang
- Find a cheap HMUA: eto madami naman kahit mura ok
- Tips - i guess this is up to you. Masyado lang kami nasiyahan sa team kaya napalaki din
- Hold the prenup near Manila since OOT fees increase as you go farther

For me medyo mandatory lang to have your own car or van so you can control your schedule and it also serves as a backup dressing room or makeup chair. Walang CR kasi in those places.

We just need to cut down some expenses para di naman kami kapusin during the shoot. siguro will hire na lang ng van. update kita sis. tentative nakasched kami ng October 24, 25, 26. medyo naeexcite kasi ako pag naiisip ko dun kami magshoot lalo na sa bangui.. hayy. hehe!
