Nagbasa basa din ako online pero gusto ko rin itanong kung sino dito yung may cancer or may kakilalang may cancer na umiinom ng gluta?

More than 2 weeks of using KB, so far like ko naman ang effect. Hindi pa ko nakapagdecide kung anong eye cream ang bibilhin pero nabawas na yung pagkapuffy ng eyes ko plus naglighten na ang ang eyebags. Yay! Finer din ang skin ko and not dull looking. Yung mga friends ko na mineet ko recently na medyo matagal na di ko nakita, sabi ang ganda daw ng skin ko. In terms of whitening, di ko pa masabi. Syempre nagwhitening soap din ako. Nothing so drastic sa whitening, pero magcomplain pa ba ko kung younger looking naman ang skin ko? Torned lang ako if magKB ako next month or try naman met or megawhite. Hmmm.
 
 @ sis mona, I've got a question regarding smoking and gluta. Kasi yung officemate ko is on IV gluta for years na. And I swear para na siyang white lady sa puti. Never daw siyang nagstop magsmoke. Sabi ng common friend namin morena daw yun before. Curious lang ako kung totally bawal? Or sadyang nahiyang lang siya ng sobra or dahil kaya super tagal na siyang naggluta? I am not smoking naman, curious lang talaga. Thanks! Btw, anong oral gluta gamit mo ngayon?

NurseOnDuty naks naman sis! tuloy tuloy mo muna kb para malaman mo whitening effect. Anyway sis natry ko na 10 caps ng gluta 400k fast action hindi ko masabi kung anong effect sakin. 10 caps lang kasi binili ko. Pero good thing eh okay pa naman ako no bad side effects (no breakouts). So tingin ko safe ang thai glutas kahit mura.

sis nurse hmm. in theory kasi smoking increases free radicals or some sort since tobacco smoke are oxidants. so dapat ilessen siya. if pumuti siya because of gluta, (or pwedeng maputi siya talaga by birth, umitim lang kasi outdoorsy), marereverse yun ng gluta with consistent and prolonged use. probably mataas gluta supplementation niya compared sa smoking niya. I am so not sure about this case. hehe. pero yan yung nakikita ko.

my breakout is controlled, thanks to my derma. I'm using ishi advanced. pero won't buy another bottle na. hehe. Ano suggestions niyo sis for me to use? KB is sorta like booster eh.

Either way green urine is not a common color.. my two cents would be to please try backtracking what you've eaten in the last 24 hours..

Hi sis! I think sa meds ata to. Kasi so far wala naman akong kinaen or ininom na could cause my pee to be like this. Mag 1 month na din ako sa oral ko pero lately lang nagkaganito. Actually, ilang days na ngang ganito and iba na din yung amoy niya mas mapanghi na nga siya compare sa ihi ko before. Is this still normal when taking gluta?

^^sis px, oo nga eh. Baka dapat tuloy ko muna mga 3 months para madetermine ko kung may effect sa whitening. Madedetermine ko naman siguro kung soap yung dahilan ng pagputi kasi parang may certain puti na lang ako na achieve sa soaps.

^sis mona, baka nga. Di ko alam original color niya at birth. Di rin kami close kaya sa commom friend lang namin ako nakapag ask and sabi niya morena daw dati si work mate. Alam ko maintenance na lang siya kasi tagal na nga siya on IVG. Naririning ko lang siya kapag niyayaya na niya magyosi si common friend. Pero ang puti lang talaga. Haha. Yung KB is parang ishigaki din. Gluta blend yata ang kb, not reduced gluta nor pure. Alam ko re-formulated siya, dating nac lang? Tapos ngayon yung tri-peptide yung content niya plus 100 mg nac.

Using snow caps for 1 month. Fresh/Bloomingd aw ako accdg to my friends na hindi naman ni alam na gumagamit ako ng snow caps. Pero I can't see my skin getting fairer.

Myth lang yan sis. In fact, some studies show that caffeine can boost cell renewal which regenerates skin

Ang alam kong proven na bawal is alcohol (except red wine) and fatty food, kasi mabigat sa liver mga yun, which is counterproductive sa glutathione and other antioxidants

^ hi sis, can you quote po studies regarding caffeine not affecting gluta? kase I know na caffeine also affects glutathione levels (I posted to links sa articles in this thread)

I know for a fact na caffeine is an antioxidant,lalo na kapag black and brewed..pero if not, not so much din. hehe
And I honestly rin don't want to grow too dependent on things e.g. gluta and coffee (although I failed on the former miserably) I was able to detach from my coffee and softdrink addiction though when I took gluta.

thank you sis for the comprehensive output. Makes a lot of sense. Natakot lang ako na baka hindi magstay sa body ko yung gluta:( But I felt relieved na you mentioned that the antioxidants can increase their resistance to oxidative stress.
Yey I can go back to exercising without worry now

One more question sis mona,
what are your thoughts about this:
It is said, gluta taken externally, whether oral, but most especially IV, the glutathione received is too big of a molecule or substance for it to actually be used by the cells in our body? How true is this, or is this another attempt to sell other methods of gluta administration (e.g sublingual/patch)?
if that is so, then why is it used kaya as treatment for certain diseases?

Sis it's not recommended to take other meds with gluta unless you actually have read documents na your meds can be taken with something else.

Granted there are 4 possibilities:
1. You have a new, or existing, different underlying condition. May be known or unknown.
2. It's your meds.
3. it's your gluta
4. your meds and gluta is not reacting well with one another


I suggest that you might want to see a doctor? and be honest about your diet, meds and lifestyle

Mas ok yata inumin yung gluta sa gabi. Ang ganda lang ng skin pag gising! I am tempted na mag twice a day tuloy. Kaso lang parang natatakot akong magdouble dose din ng vit c. Sabagay excreted naman siya sa urine and mapipilitan ako mag increase pa ng oral fluid intake. Sa whitening part, slight pa lang nakikita kong effect and di rin ako sure kung dahil sa soap na gamit ko. Mukhang magstick na lang muna ko dito. 

Need ko lang ng patience para makita ang pagputi. Pag nakikita ko si sis Idevera (glutaworks), natetempt akong mag IVG. But then kahit hindi naman ganon kaputi ok lang ako. Ang super kinis and glowing niya lang kasi all over kaya kainggit much! Yung mga kilala kong nag IVG, maputi naman pero parang iba yung sa kanya. Oh well, patience pa. Naglurk ako sa IVG thread minsan and it takes time din naman bago sila talaga pumuti. I know iba ang IVG pero until I have the courage na mag IVG, stick na lang muna ako sa oral. Hopefully, kapag naka six months ako pantay na ang skintone ko sa chest area ko which is my goal skin color.

1.5 years nako nag oral gluta and all I can say is hiyangan Lang talaga. Hindi Nako nag lighten sa ph338, Siguro dahil immune na system ko. I dunno what to take next. I want Met but mahal Lang talaga. I wanna try IVG but natatkot ako sa needles.hehe. I am thinking of Snowcaps. Mga sis who tried Snowcaps, what is the dosage? Once a day Lang and no Vitamin C na kasama? Thank you for the replies mga sis.😀
