I'm no legal expert but I don't know if this case can be classified as libel. Defamation is defined as the act of passing on generally false information. In this case, it doesn't appear as false info as it's literally an official medical record (kaya siguro depensa ni FP eh freedom of speech daw). Even then, I still don't think FP is completely absolved because there's also an Act protecting an individual's right to privacy. Shouldn't Topacio file an invasion of privacy or breach of confidentiality case instead?

"RA 10173 also imposes separate penalties for improper disposal of personal information and sensitive personal information, and processing of personal information and sensitive personal information, as well as unauthorized access or intentional breach, concealment of security breaches, malicious and unauthorized disclosure of false information, among others."

Anyway, would like to see FP penalized for this, cos first of all he has clear legal violations, and second, if only to teach him a lesson and probably give him even just a bit of conscience next time.

I think the BI is referring to Julia Buencamino's suicide. Julia was a co-star and in her suicide note, she revealed that she was a lesbian. Since there are chismis about Janella, people are trying to her to Julia's death

Sa dami kasi ng siniraan nya at tumatak na sa tao, true or not, ex. halitosis (Kim, Jake), gay (...sa dami), addict, sex or drugs (...), lasenggo, klepto, tax evader, basta ang dami. Ang mga tao naman, kebs na true or not, basta yun na ang tingin nila sa taong nasiraan or meron ng doubt at the back of their mind.

It is so obvious na FP blogger is super enjoying and relishing his 15 minutes of fame.
Feeling celebrity talaga! Good grief - may outfit of the day pa. Lumalabas yung pagka super trying hard fashion victim and social climber niya talaga 

Nakakaloka na nakakadiri yung posts niya about his experience - akala mo he is writing about an enjoyable stay at a spa, instead of being in prison! 

There is something so ironic (and for me, even funny!) about the fact na it's this Deneice girl (who is herself quite unpopular) who dared to take legal action against him, considering ang daming siniraan ni FP sa blog niya.

I kind of hope he continues to make yabang pa about his legal snafu - mas lalong mawawala yung sympathy ng mga tao and it reminds me of the saying "Pride comes before the fall!"

Plus kaya nga he hides in the Blind Items and the comments have rules na no naming of guesses kasi really, his BI can be anyone. Kahit obvious kung sino pero wala naman clear name so he can not be sued for libel. He can always argue na ina-assume mo lang, whoever that celebrity is, na ikaw ang nasa BI pero how sure are you na ikaw nga yun. Ang dami daming nakakalusot sa libel cases. Think about the likes naman of the Tulfos. Kristy Fermin, Jobert Sucaldito, etc. Buhay na buhay pa rin naman.

FP is a sneaky sneaky guy. He makes a living out of BIs and creating malice out of celebrity's social media posting. It makes me cringe, really. Hindi ko gets yung Freedom of Speech nya about Deniece. Social responsibility ba nya ang paglabas ng medical records ni Deniece. Labo.

Well, I hope people get tired of his blog soon din. Look at Cvs (I dare not name her or she might order the deletion of this thread like she did with the previous thread about her). She used to be the top blogger before. But when she became popular, she all the more kept talking about herself and flaunting her expensive tastes. I think people got tired of it because when I visit her blog now, mga 4 comments na lang per post which used to be hundreds and thousands.

LOL agree, she's been irrelevant for years na. 
Not just readers, but I heard most of her old advertisers also got turned off that's why hindi na popular yung blog niya. She got too mean.

Good friends si Nega girl blogger with FP, that's probably why FP constantly brings up Bryanboy which I find cruel considering after all these years, not one single lawsuit has been filed against BB. Parang FP doesn't want the BB "scandal" to ever die down, he keeps rehashing it, siguro upon the prodding of Nega girl.

I'm no fan of Bryanboy (and his annoying fake American twang haha) but maybe people need to accept that those BB card fraud stories are all probably just either unfounded rumours or even lies. Don't tell me all these big banks or rich people just let him "steal" their money and get away with it? Maybe wala talagang ginawang card fraud si BB.

Well look at how Karma works - guess who has been sued and spent a day in jail? NOT Bryanboy LOL! Ang karma nga naman
