OTD Wedding Coordinator (Part 4)

^litterbox I booked Kutchie without ever meeting her.. i just met one of her secretary/ planners. And i was blown away! Hehe kasi at that time we were going for weeks meeting midrange coordinators tapos lagi kami disappointed.. some really awful and funny experiences there. I couldn't believe I was going to fork over some 15-20k to those people considering what they said they were going to do lang for me.... And then yeah that's when we decided na to meet some high end ones. I met her secretary lang and they oriented me with that big fat binder and in less than 24 hours i booked my slot para first slot ako and she attends my wedding hehe.

Hi mga sis!

Advisable ba na kukuha pa ako ng coordinator if intimate wedding lang, max of 60 guests tapos purely family members lang. Wala rin kaming reception program since sa restaurant lang kami, as in kakain lang then konting speech, nuod siguro ng SDE then pwede na umuwi. Haha.

I'm thinking kasi na baka kaya naman if friends lang, lalo na at konting guests and wala naman program.

What do you think? Keri lang naman rin sa akin magka-OTD kaso parang iniisip ko lang na sayang rin ang money. hehe.

My intimate wedding of 70pax was taken care of Absolutely Knot. They did a Very good job. I just got the OTD service since the wedding is just small. You will defintely need an OTD coordinator even if small group and dinner lang. So happy with the turn out of my wedding yesterday  
I highly recommend Kimmy of Absolutely Knot.

How much kuha mo sis sa kanila? May program rin ba kayo?

Coordinator rin kasi ang MOH ko, tapos bf pa niya yung photog namin so I was thinking, baka she can act as my coordinator na lang rin, if all that needs to be done is to ensure na on track kami sa schedule.

I guess case to case rin talaga depending on the couple's needs and preferences. Initially I just wanted dinner but when the wedding was near na decided to have the following:
Welcome remarks
Acknowledgment of parents, sponsors, etc
Intro of bride and groom
Cake cutting
Toasting
Father daughter dance
Bride n groom dance
Thank you message - groom

Check nalang the rate with AK kasi i think they increased already.

Just note na the MOH cannot be just the one person coordinating for the bride's needs, with  church preps, line up of entourage, picture taking at church,  Distribution of token, table assignment/registration, food of photo video crew, payments of suppliers. Baka ma stress si MOH? hehe pero again to each os own. if happy ka naman about that setup then go with it sis.

Important is happy ka, your groom, family, friends, and guests enjoyed the party also. No worries and stress on your special day.

Siguro I'll ask some of my friends to mann the reg booth na lang then give the tokens? Tapos si MOH na bahala with the food and the payments since kaibigan nga niya mga yun. Hehe

hi, sis a short program is perfectly ok BUT youre onsite video editor needs time to edit at least yan 1 hour pagkastart ng program, mabilis na yan. normally mga 2 hours ang alloted sa edit nila starting cocktail hour thus napapalabas sila almost dulo na ng regular program.

BUT (ulit) tell your photog about this baka naman kaya nya mag-edit ng ganun kabilis

Hihingin ko nga opinyon nila if kakayanin nila ang ganun. Kasi other option na lang namin is not to have an SDE na lang. Cinematic highlights na lang kukunin nakin sa videographer

I inquired Kiss the Girl and Imbitado Events. Which is better sakanila? Same rate kasi OTD nila.
Semi and Full mas mura si Imbitado.

Si imbitado nagrereply sa fb chat, si KTG hindi masyado, hehe.

Bella Creatives nag inquire ako kasi may packages sila. naisip ko ipackage yung coordinator, flowers, at kung ano ano pang small details. baka kasi di ko na kayanin eh.

^Imbitado bride ako sis. OTD kinuha ko sa kanila. Wala akong naging problem sa wedding ko. Isa sila sa fave supplier namin ng husband ko. Sobrang alaga nila kami. KTG 1st choice ko pero booked na sila sa wedding date namin kaya Imbitado nakuha ko. Hindi ako nagsisi na sila kinuha namin

^ Both are good but sis hermione28 if you'll book KTG be sure to ask who will be handling your account. That's one of the reasons why we didn't consider them dahil we were disappointed na iba yung nakakausap na namin s FB for more than a week sa nakausap namin via online meeting. Ok naman sana if they told us ahead of time hindi yung bigla kami pinasa sa iba nilang ka group a few minutes before the meetup and take note half hour late pa. The rapport that you have built with the first person you were talking to is important espc hindi naman face-to-face yung meetup.

Bottomline, we went for Imbitado instead since we felt mas maaalagaan kami. This is just my two cents as an overseas bride.

Pero I agree, fb chat palang din kasi ramdan ko na. si Imbitado ang bilis sumagot. KTG nagsend lang saken ng rate, tapos wala na. To think na coordinator sila? di dapat ganon.

Tanggap ko na yung cold reply from photo/video/catering/venue. pero sa coordinator dapat hindi ganon diba?

Sige top choice ko na si Imbitado for now. I'll still check on Kredin kasi I have first hand experience sa wedding ng sis ko and OK naman, few acceptable glitches lang which is normal sa lahat ng wedding.
