Hi fellow Imbitado brides! Overseas bride here as well so I haven't personally met Ms. Ayie.
But on their first meeting with my future mother-in-law, nag-click agad sila. So nagmadali kami i-book sila. Haven't heard/read any negative feedbacks on her/them so far.

Hi GTs. Nasa list ko Imbitado Events but when I talked to Ms Ayie, she's not available on our date. She recommended Anton who is her Senior Coordinator. Has anybody tried this setup na wala si Ms Ayie? Thanks

^aprroved na pala kay Ayie yung ganitong setup. May friend ako si Anton humawak ng wedding nya since di na pwede si Ayie. I'll ask her kamusta wedding nya

Hi Sisses!

My H2B and I were looking to book Imbitado for our wedding, too bad naunahan kami and unavailable na raw si Miss Ayie sa date namin.

Based on the recommendations by some of our sisses here, we decided to meet with Kim from AK and found her to be very organized.

Any feedback regarding their OTD / Semi Full coordination? And regarding their hosting?

i see sis. my wedding is on feb 2016 na. so i guess we can set initial meeting with coordinator within the month since im sure busy sila november and december.

kami parang naka 3 meetings. 5 months before our wedding day, binook namin sila, then isa nung 2 months before then a week before for the final meeting/detailing, etc

Hi sissses,

Witnessed a wedding coordinated by Imbitado. As most of the reviews says, they are really organized. Some mention-worthy things that I saw from a guest's point of view:
- one coord intentionally sat beside the little abay boys to make them behave during the mass
- they are professionally strict, you can be assured na kaya nila harapin even the most mataray tita of the family
- the seat plan is managed well, no guests find it difficult to locate their seats
- I like how they managed the church pictorial efficiently
- efficient cueing for the buffet (if I remember it right, all 20 tables finished pictorial and lines to buffet at 20 minutes)
- I saw 3 to 4 wedding coords (atleast that was the number visible to me as a guest) besides ayie

All in all, they did a good job. Maybe factor na din na the crowd is "mabait, game and medaling sumunod" hehe

Note: This is a 200-guest wedding.

thanks! siguro pag nagmeeting dapat may list nako ng mga bagay bagay na gusto namin for the prep ceremony and reception. si lowell din kasi emcee namin. mas marami akong concern sa program kesa sa otd coordination eh.

Hi!Am a newbie here! can someone help me sa wedding coordinator ko.. ang pinagpipilian ko is SMA weddings and 7ten5. I will meet Ms. Sheena this thursday and Lowell on Saturday.. Any suggestion?

^^kudos sis! Galing mong observer. Kanina napagusapan namin ng friend ko yung wedding ko, nabanggit nya na ang galing daw ng otd ko. Ang ayos daw ng wedding ko pati sa reception puring puri nya ang organize daw. Even si Ayie pinuri nya as host.

@mindiegirl @shygirlme  thanks for the reviews. Imbitado bride here and Ayie will be my host next year. Nakaka tuwa ang magaganda and detailed reviews. Nakakabawas din sa stress sa pagiisip ng outcome pagdating ng actual day. ☺

I finally had a meeting with Lowell of 7ten5 events. I booked him agad hehe.. Maayos siya kausap, professional and 1st meeting palang namin dami ko na napulot. I don't think I'll regret my decision to get him. Sa ngayon iniisip na lang namin if we'll also get him as our emcee. Ok yung speaking voice niya.. ayoko kasi ng matinis na masyadong loud for our reception. Thanks sa mga feedbacks sisses!

^sis sa totoo lang hindi ako nag expect kay imbitado. Di ko naman kasi alam ano magaganap sa wedding ko haha. So the day ng wedding namin hinayaan ko sila. At ang galing nila! Btw, meron exposure paghohost ni Ayie sa wedding ko pm me if you want to see.

thanks mindiegirl for sharing your experience with Imbitado! super important pa the items you mentioned. valuable talaga ang inputs based on experience, especially from guests since couples tend to be more biased.

i vote for Ms. Sheena of SMA though we weren't able to get her since she's already booked na on our date.

i think ok din sir lowell of 7ten5, they have the most affordable rate.

@twinxz: Thanks!  I will meet Ms. Sheena this Thursday isasama ko din si H2B para mas ok. Pero kung sa rate talaga mas malaki ang pinagkaiba nila with 7ten5.
