^hi sis, if you're having a destination wedding in Batanes, chances are you will also have a small guest list right? (Unless your family is from and all are settled there), I'm sure you can still inquire with other coordinators. Most likely, they will just decrease their team in accordance with your guestlist. The minimum of 5 team members are mostly for those with 100-200 guest list. I'm sure you can work something out. Happy preps

Newbie here Any feedbacks for OTD coordination service being offered by Kiss the girl events and Absolutely Knot. I have shortlisted these two since other coordinators like Imbitado, Events Simplified and SMA were already booked.

b2b here for this december (halfway done in preps)... laiya wedding... any recommendations for otd wedding coordinator? any reviews for UNE BELLE JOURNEE (ubjevents) or Events Unlimited?

I'm very overwhelmed and blessed at the same time that I booked Kutchie Zalderriaga for my coordination. I took the risk of booking her full even out of my budget...

But just so happy that she was able to book my venue with 30% discount. Over all of my budget parang bawi na yung na invest ko Sakanya.

Truly! She does a way of sticking to your budget and sobrang mapmaking discount. To think church and venue palang kami....

I'm really emotional because I really took the risk but super happy. Na nabawi din.

We've set the budget for everything and we just based it according to the price range of the supplier then she'll be the one to coordinate because we took her full coordination a little over 100K. But nabawi ko na sa venue palang. Because I inquired when she wasn't my coordinator yet 30% kasi corporate rate siya.

May rates ba kayo ng La Belle Fete, ng Events Experts by Jody Liwanag, Christing Ong Te, at ni Kitchie Zaldirriaga of Getting Married? Or kung sino mang coord na may rates kayo for full/semi coordination with good reviews? I got Imbitado's rates na and I heard they have competitive rates.

Hi mrscreamsoda. I got La Belle Fete as my planner. Full. I got them at about 70k for Diamond Package. This is the Full with rsvp. Wala pang OOT and in excess for 150pax. OOT Fee from what i remembered 6 or 7k ata. excess of 150 from what i know 2k additional. BUT this was like before they had an increase. I got them last April. Increase na sila from what i read sa fb page nila month ago.

We were still the ones to choose for the suppliers. Siya Lang yung kakausap and coordinate of course you will sit down have a meeting, budget wise and tell her with all honesty your budget, priorities. She will do magic. I don't know but everything now is stress free for me.

Before when I was doing it alone... Sumakit ulo ko sa budgeting. I contacted suppliers din on my own. But yes... Iba talaga pag may gagawa at tutulong sayo...

Hi I have a couple of rates from the planners you mentioned. COTE rates are 120k Full, 90k partial, Jodi is 100k Full, 75K partial, La Belle is 80k now and 65k partial. Partial usually starts 6 months for most of them to start their services.

Is that for the Ballroom, Conservatory or function rooms? Oh gosh! Wow that is truly a good deal =) So nice of Kutchie to extend her corporate discount to her clients. You really made a good choice getting her for full planning! That's awesome! Im so happy for you.

Thank you Chili. We book the conservatory only we are working on a limited budget. And it helps that someone is guiding us or else our budget will balloon up. We're building a place and having a baby right after so we can't afford an expensive wedding. Kaya hesitant to book a full coordination but I took the risk. And blessed that I made the right choice. She made us sure that it will be within our means only...

Sayang I have 2 cousins getting married, one in Conservatory, one in Rigodon. Sayang if I had known this I wouldve recommended Kutchie to them. Sulit the full planning you got!

Hello! Kutchie charges around 42k for partial coordination (but unlike how other define it, sa kanya this is 2 months before). 55k if out of town like Tagaytay. Wala siyang OTD coordination.

STAT Events, ok sila especially if Tagaytay or Cavite ang wedding. I have attended 2 weddings in Tagaytay and sila ang coordinator, magaling and maasikaso sila
