OTD Wedding Coordinator (Part 4)

Mga sis hinge naman ako opinions niyo, I'm torn between SMA, Imbitado and Absolutely Knot and di ko alam sino pipiliin.

Initial plan kasi namin na OTD lang kunin pero nahihirapan na kasi ako magikot and ocular kasi sakitin ako and after every ocular o lakad namin nilalagnat ako kaya we decided na best na mag full coordination nalang para less stress sakin din dahil bawal ako ma-stress and mapagod according sa mga doctor ko

Like ko lang na si AK affordable and marami syang kasama sa full package nya and Imbitado naman is a  GT/ W@W bride kaya parang merong same ground and both have RSVP included in their package na while gusto ko naman kay SMA is super bilis nya mag reply and I really like that in a supplier.

hi sis Imbitado bride here. i suggest if you are torn try to meet them 1st before you decide. Honestly I booked Ayie without meeting her first kasi overseas ako. Our 1st meeting siguro kasi im not prepared and madami pa talaga kulang sa list namin kaya nung una parang takot ako sa kanya haha! then sa emails lang kami nag uusap. ang bilis nya sumagot kahit sobrang laki ng time difference namin (7 hours). during our last meeting ayun close na kami tawanan and chikahan na kami. nung day ng wedding nag hi lang sya sakin nag hand over ako ng payments ko sa kanya then nakita ko na sya before ako maglakad sumakay sya sa bridal car ko nagchikahan pa kami. sa totoo lang non ko lang sya nakita pero yung mga assistant nya di ako pinabayaan! host ko din pala si ayie kaya nung sa church nauna na sya sa reception. so ayun wala naman naging problem kahit mga assistant nya kasama ko sobrang pampered ako. sorry napahaba hehe

Thanks sis sevenstars and avane for the rep! No, I have not met with them, I shortlisted them based on gut feeling when I read reviews here in GT hehe Mahirap talaga kasi para sakin healthwise lumabas labas para makipag meet and ganun kaya mostly talaga ng communication thru email and SMS ang gusto ko. Pero tignan ko kung kaya nila sana na medyo malapit samin that would be great.

Sa totoo lang, i want to do everything myself para talagang hands on pero hirap na talaga ako, mag attend nga lang ng bridal fair or ocular ng venue nilalagnat na ako or nag nauseate na ako kaya medyo nakakalungkot lang. :/

sis if you're going for a full coordination, i think its important to do meet up at least with your coordinator, so you can also see if they get the vision you want for your wedding. i know ayie does meet up in her home office sa QC and once a week sa glorietta, sheena naman lives in marikina but she agreed to meet up with us sa shang pa. take care of your health sis, you can still be hands on naman kahit thru email and sms lang like the overseas brides. nakakabilib din talaga

I have emailed the three and asked some preliminary questions and to be honest parang good vibes lagi silang ka email and that makes choosing so hard! Me and h2b will talk about this more thoroughly though this friday and tignan namin if we can meet with them the following week para makapili nadin agad ay may patunguhan na ang pag plan hehe

^Ahh taga QC ka din pala sis. Nakita ko na nga clubhouse ng don jose heights, spacious sya Birthday ni h2b ang wedding nyo, so far sa 7 years relationship namin eh never pa naman umulan sa birthday nya so I'm pretty sure maganda ang weather sa wedding nyo

just in case wala pang nakakapag-warn dito, there's a reallyyyy long thread about vanilla sky weddings and celebrations in W@W. it's the most nakakaloka bride review and "saga" i have seen ever in my life! haha! so sana wala na silang mabiktima. im just a lurker of the said incident so wala akong first-hand experience but isa ako sa mga pinakaunang nakakita ng super below the belt comments ni vanilla sky a.k.a. quennie rodriguez sa FB nila. burado na kasi now. she even attacked one of our w@wie sisses and said "mukha kang yaya", "pangit ka" at "mas maganda pa ang mga staff ko sayo".

Nabasa ko din iyan sis. Nabasa ko din yung pang aaway nya sa nag rate ng 1 sa page sa fb. Even yung screen shot na mukhang yaya at mas maganda pa yung mga coordinators kesa sa bride. All i can say ay grabe siya! Tapos after nya gawin yun, idedelete din naman pala nya lahat.

Mga sis if you check their FB page I think they asked friends to give them a 5 star rating to offset the 1 star ratings sa site nila kasi andaming nag bigay ng 5stars in the last 24 hours eh.

Yes I am one of those who saw the shocking rudeness of Queenie Rodriguez of Vanilla Sky Weddings and Celebrations! Grabe talaga how she attacked all those who gave her a negative rating on their facebook page. As in super below the belt attacks!!

Queenie Rodriguez has then deleted all her posts but here is the most shocking thing she ever retorted to someone: "...look at you, ang layo layo mo sa beauty ng mga staff ko na everyone can see ang gaganda talaga. Everyone can understand your bitterness towards us because of this, mukha ka lang yaya nila. Kaso sorry to say your bitterness is not an excuse to treat our beautiful staff with such RUDENESS. Kahit sino makakita ng profile pic mo is rolling on the floor laughing and can understand naman why you resorted to rudeness sa sobrang bitterness mo. We pity you, but NO, we will not acceot your rudeness kahit pangit ka, we still won't accept it..."

Queenie Rodriguez has deleted all her comments already. But she did write that and there are screenshots posted on how she really attacked each and every person who gave her a 1 star rating for a horrendous job she did in a wedding in Acuaverde.

I typed the text verbatim from on of the screenshots, so that future brides can be warned. I really thing she will delete the facebook page and come up with a new one. So I posted it here so future brides can still see it even if Queenie Rodriguez re-brands he group.

I don't know her and have nothing against her, but i was SHOCKED at the rudeness and her attacking everyone, even to the point of threatening them that she will file a case for slander. Normally I keep my mouth shut if I know it will affect another person's business because I don't wish harm on anyone. But grabe kasi this particular supplier.

Wow this is unbelievable! She's so unprofessional & rude. For me, whether the review about her is true or not, giving those comments are just not right. Suppliers like her shouldn't be in the business. tsk

^^^i checked their fb page out of curiosity sa pinagmamalaki nya ganda ng staff nya. bottomline, we have a yaya/helper and i can proudly say mas maganda pa di hamak ang yaya namin sa staff nya. also, aanhin ko naman ang ganda kung palpak naman magtrabaho. grrr. i have a wawie bride friend who shared the review to me and napahanga ako sa bride na nakuha pa nya makita in the end ang beauty ng kasal nya after all the palpak moments of her supposed coordinator. teka, baka tayo naman ang harassin dito isa isa nyang queenie na yan ha? subukan lang nya.

Now working on contacting suppliers recommended by ms. Kimmy... around 5 months to go! So near and yet so far hehe

I couldn't help but comment on the Vanilla Sky incident. That has to be the worst coordinator ever. I feel so sorry for Denise kasi she seems nice naman and wasnt expecting anything extraordinary from them. No supplier has the right to talk to clients that way in my opinion. And Queenie Rodriguez is so pathetic na pati mga nagrrate sa kanya ng 1-star pinapatulan niya isa isa. What a warfreak. Napansin ko din yung sunod sunod na 5-star sa gitna ng mga 1-star rating nya and i think those are just her friends to balance out the nega ratings.

Siguro di nga dapat nagrate yung mag di nya client. Pero di rin maaasar mga tao if she behaved like a decent person. Andaming last name na "Estanislao" na puro 5-star rating! Hahaha omggg she probably told her friends!! She is lucky the entire W@W community hasnt outvoted them on the reviews.

Ingat lang, sooner or later she might rebrand and even change her nickname.

I just hope na wala na silang mabiktimang ibang brides. She is so rude and unprofessional. Even though she has a lot of 5 stars to even out the 1 star rating, one look at comments on the 1 star rating and potential clients will be turned off on her attitude.

Hi, I think that's the average.  I'm an Imbitado Events bride, and my wedding is still next year, so I don't know kung paano sila on the day itself, but so far, regarding communication eh wala pa naman akong problema sa kanila. And that is important for me since I am an overseas bride. And I am pretty hands on. OTD ang ang kinuha ko sa kanila.  And so far, maganda pa din naman ang ratings nila.
