I had events by dr.love. she also does hosting. She's vibrant and full of energy.call time ko was 3am and un team nya before 3am andun na.ganun pala un na lively sila and super maasikaso. And it's impt to invest sa matagal na wedding coordinator

hi mga sis! grabe ang haba ng binack-read ko para sa mga recommended otd coord, ang dameng booked na din on my date, kaya last night mega pm at inquire ako sa mga prospects ko..may mga sumagot na din pero si 7ten5 Events ang naka-catch ng attention ko and true mga sis super affordable and rate niya, so now i'm planning to discuss the package with h2b and probably come up with list of questions to be sent to 7ten5 Events, then next step maybe is to set a meeting with sir lowell to assess na din siya on how he discuss things personally..

thank you mga sis sa mga reviews and feedbacks, and hopefully makapag-finalize na kame..happy preps to us mga sis!

I booked Imbitado Events by Ayie for my OTD with hosting. I felt a certain kilig when I saw our names sa website nila. She replies immediately & ayoko sana masayang yung meetup namin if iMeet namin siya ni fiance next month e sa December 2016 pa wedding namin. A lot can happen, ilang palit na nga ako ng suppliers e. Hay. Happy preps sisses!

kakahappy naman na marami narin naginquire kay 7ten5 :-) ... super laki ng natipid namin sa kanila.. they were a sulit.com find ng pinsan ko for my pamangkins debut ang laki ng risk factor wala pa mashado feedbacks.  nung nagbudget kami noon other otds were 12k and above without host. + 5k pa sa host while I already saw lowels hosting style na type ko and asikaso to my nieces debut... pinush ko na sila.. 9500 lang with host na (our time)... siguro kaya din naging successful ang event kasi I gave detailed instructions ng hard. yung mga dadalin sa church, reception at dadalin sa kabilang room after check out nakahiwalay na sa hotel room ko as in malayong hiwalay with tags pa hehe.. with the program, I wanted it quick and fun ayun tuloy tuloy siya :-)

Imbitado bride here as well for dec.2016. Plan ko din next year nalang sya imeet or end of this year. So far on sya easily replies and tells if ok yung nabook kong supplier:)

hi sis LingMVL, yan din actually ang gusto ko munang gawin, meet him so fiance and I can ask him the questions personally and also get to know him and assess na din how he is in person..but that does not mean pipirma na din kame agad..pero so far mukang gusto ko na siya, hehe..I'll set up a meeting muna sa kanya first thing, then we decide..

hi sis LingMVL, may isa pa pala akong concern, yun 4hours arrival nila before the event, pwede kaya irequest na 5-6hours? Baka kase andun na ang hmua at photo-video ko, wala pa yun mga coordinators, sino mag-aassist sa photoshoot at sa iba pang need gawin sa preparation? (paranoid lang, hehe)..

set na meeting with sir lowell on saturday, ipi-print ko na yun mga tanong namen sa kanya ni h2b..pero in fairness kahit sa fb ko pa lang siya kausap, he seems nice and accommodating..sana maging ok ang meeting para makakuha na kame otd coordinator bago magkaubusan, hihi..

actually lahat naman ng otds dito good reviews ang advantage lang talaga ng 7ten5 sila pinakamura ... ayun nga sa sobrang mura nila i felt na dapat sa kanila narin ako kumuha ng flowers kasi parang ang barat ko na mashado .. pero ayun nga nakamura rin ako lalo hehe..

ang samin nag meet up lang kami twice rin yata para sa bayaran... kasi nagemail naman ako sakanila palagi... ng questions and instructions at lahat ng finaized email ko nakaprint naman sa kanila..
yung huling meet up namin finalization and correction at naginput rin siya ng suggestions niya ..

sa video wala ako video eh.. pero ayun rin hinanap ko sa kanya nuon nung downpayment namin may videos sya na pinakita sa mister ko.. kaya approve naman agad..

12pm - wedding east (photo video)
12pm isang staff ni 7 ten5 event nagbantay na sa reception
5pm - cupcake souveneirs sa reception, appetizers from ccme
5pm start of wedding
630 end of wedding
7pm end of pictorial
740 start program
830 dinner
930 - SDE!!

sis donya_dyosa, apir! haha..convince pa more! haha..pero super thank you sa inyo ni sis LingMVL, sa mga inputs niyo regarding 7ten5 events..baka nga after ng meeting namen on saturday siya na din kunin namen, kumbaga imi-meet at check lang namen si sir lowell..tapos ask ko din siya kung pwede siya magpakita samples ng hosting niya plus yun mga questions namen sa kanya..hope everything will turn out good talaga para makapag-book na before magkaubusan ng coordinator, hehe..available pa naman daw yun date ko sabi niya, pa-pencil book ko kaya kahit one week noh, hehe...

Mga sis sa contract ni 7ten5, 4 hrs before the event sila dadating pero ako nagrequest ng 5 hrs. Sabi ko plus 10 heads ang mamakeupan sa ento ko, mahirap pag walang nag iintindi sa ibang suppliers. I also requested to have 3 meetings instead of 2 para mas maging pulido. Saka ayun, muka namang mabait sila saka tiwala ako sa reviews ng co-sissies natin kaya wala akong masyadong natanong ke lowell. Mas nagpapakwento ako sa experience nya dun sa church at reception venue namin hehe

April 2016 pa ko sis, maaga lang gusto namen preparation..yun unang meeting hindi pa counted yun sa 2 pre-event meetings niya db? tinatanong ko kase siya about that, pero icoconfirm ko sa saturday meeting namen..balitaan ko kayo pag binook ko na din siya, otd coord classmates tayo pag nagkataon

Been contacting GT-recommended OTDs and so far, ayos naman. Unfortunately, booked na si SMA and Imbitado Events on our wedding date, and si KTG medyo lagpas sa target budget.

So far sa mga inquiries namin:
1. Okay naman si Karmie (Events: Simplified) sa pagsagot nung una. Natuwa rin kami sa package nila. Though nung nagse-set na kami ng initial appointment, parang wala na kong nakuhang responses. So far yung email ko last week di pa niya nasagot. I texted pero wala pa rin reply. So baka hindi ko na rin sila i-pursue.
2. 7ten5 Events super bilis mag-reply. Natagalan lang nung first, pero na-appreciate kong pinilit nila sumagot (kahit nakakatawang 12AM sila nag-reply sa'kin, buti na lang gising pa ko, haha). We'll be meeting them soon so sana okay pa rin kami sa meet-up. I've read about Sir Lowell's extra hyper character, hopefully kung totoo man, di siya yung level na feeling namin masyado strong personality niya. Medyo low-key pa naman type namin ni H2B. We'll see
3. Ms Di Anne of Infinite Events by Mr and Mrs was really nice when we met her. She replies fast sa inquiries. And when I didn't get to reply immediately to her email, she texted me pa. She's friendly pero still very professional ang demeanor. At the least, it feels very reassuring na madali siyang kausapin pero alam naming in-charge siya.

Anyway, after reaching out to a few more OTDs, I suddenly realized baka may hindi kami natatanong. Or baka may small details na di obvious sa service inclusions na dapat naca-clarify namin bago mag-confirm sa OTD. So I'd like to ask for tips sana on what specific items to know from the OTD na important din pang-screen or maipadagdag sa services nila. TIA!!

^ wacky18, some things I asked my OTD coordinator before I booked her:

• How many weddings does your team handle? Is it a 1:1 ratio (one wedding only per day)?
• How does your team manage unexpected guests?
• What specific services do you offer? [For this they should provide you a detailed breakdown of what is and what isn't included in their package.] Do you handle RSVP management? If not, what is the additional cost?
• Is your rate limited to x number of guests? If we exceed x number, what is the additional charge?
• How many are you in the team? Who will be the overall head for the day?
• What was the most difficult wedding you've worked on? -- I use this to get an overall feel of their experience and what they consider as 'difficult'
• Have you worked with <supplier name>? -- for me kasi, important that my suppliers know each other esp the OTD coordinator! Siya kasi magiging event manager for the day so she needs to work with everyone
