^ may konting stain pa rin some days, di ko ma-perfect maybe wrong cup size? pero ok pa rin kasi carry naman ng cloth pantyliner yung konting stain #neveragain going back to disposable pads. apir sis!

really like my new cup pero nahihirapan akong tanggalin sya. parang i really have to fish it out. di tulad kasi ng tampon na may string. other than that, okay naman. baka bibili ako ng lube para mas madaling ipasok kasi hindi pa ako magaling mag-relax eh. medyo kaka-stress lang hahaha. newbie.

has anyone tried swimming with a menstrual cup? kasi we are going to the beach next month mukhang matataon yata sa period ko.

i use me luna cup size xl  on my 2nd to 4th day of mens with jeunese napkin,heavy bleeding kasi, then on my 5th day napkin nalang gamit ko till 6th day,,hindi naman ako nahirapan ilabas ang me luna cup ko kasi , i push it out or iniere ko muna,then once ma grip ko na iyong base ,i grip it to loosen the suction then wiggle it to sides ,....

Has anyone of you removed the stem? I use the Diva cup classic and the stem pokes me.

^ i experienced that before so i trimmed the stem just a bit around 1/3 siguro then naging ok na sya for me. i use Lunette 1.

^sige i-try ko next cycle. thanks! natatakot kasi ako baka mahirap na syang i-remove without the stem.

another question: how far up the vagina is it supposed to go? i find that my menstrual cup tends to ride up. sa umpisa mababa, then after a few hours umaakyat sya. maybe i didn't achieve a proper seal kaya may light streaking.

Have you ever tried this for containing spermies? Like siguro right after BD. Put this on para di tatagas? I read some arricles that they use this for that.

I've been using my cup for more than 2 years? or going 2. I love it and never going back to pads.  Never used tampon. It was difficult at first for me. Had to wait for my second cycle kasi di ko nakuhang ipasok on my first cycle when I got the cup. Had to cut the stem as well (1/3 yung natira of Lunette 1) and yes it goes up kasi yung muscles ko relaxes lalo na pagkagising. Umiire ako ng konti pag masyadong mataas siya. Is it messy? At first and kung napuno talaga yung cup but as long as you know the timing of when to drain the cup then okay naman.

I squat pag nasa public restroom ako with my small portable cup to clean it.

Sanayan lang actually and I'm really happy with it and yes, humina ang dysmenorrhea ko and also mas mabilis ang feeling ko ng may period ako. yung nagd-drain lang ako is yung first and second day ko ng lunch time then sleeping time.

I love my menstrual cup. Large yung size ko kasi I'm 42 na. I have no stains at all. I will not go back to pads anymore.
