Try Axa Healthmax. It's a wholelife insurance though. For term, you may want to check Prulife Life Care Advance Plus.

Yes, tips  pls :)

I had a cancer scare just this month and we spent almost 80k just for the diagnostics alone. All of these without doctors PF (Im also a doctor kaya walang PF). i was in the process of researching for a good hmo when this happened. Kaya ngayon na clear na ako, aayusin ko na talaga to  ;)

I'm currently looking at SUN Life Assure (term insurance with CIB) and SUN Flexilink VUL na meron CIB rider. Waiting for feedback lang ako sa PRU Life what they have to offer.

Most critical illness plans only cover major critical illnesses. If you are looking for a coverage for, say for example, tumors that are not yet full blown cancer,  look for a plan that includes minor critical illnesses.

Axa Healthmax is a health fund. It is payable for 20 yrs, covers both critical and minor illness. Starting age 70, pwede  na mag withdraw from your health fund which is equal to 20% of Sum Insured. Minimum sum insured is P1M.

By the term itself, critical illness nga lang talaga. You can ask to include minor illness but that is additional premium and agents don't normally include this sa proposal.

I also plan to get a health insurance, medyo costly nga lang sa age ko. May kilala kasi naubos ipon nya nung nagkasakit sya, though insured naman company. Then na-offeran sya ng early retirement, papaubos na din retirement benefit nya to think na nasa 40 plus pa lang sya and not working anymore.

Another thing to consider is the number of critical illnesses covered. At least 36 I think.

she's been my yaya for 28years kaya parang nanay ko na.

hi sis m_lim, bluecross pede pa magamit internationally.
if HMO naman, hangang age 65 lang covered. pero really covered like 100k per illness
philam has health100/health invest so it is one of the health insurance covered age 80 or 100year old then if maaga pa sa 80yr old nagpassed un tao, may makukuha na pera pa like parang un naibayad na amount.
Merun din mga valuecare card un may discount pag nagpa lab tests. is she enrolled to philhealth?

Based on the current situation that you said madaming sumasakit, parang mas ok ang HMO mas magagamit.

Insurance kasi you can only claim once something happens and even if you have hospital income rider, di ba after pa yun madischarge makuha?

hi sis m_lim, merun healt+vul and before merun na health lang. un boss ko dati nagpa shockwave ng gallstones and yes ni reimburse sya full amount nun philam.. pero almost 10yrs na din mula nun nanyari un. i dont know if philam still offers that same plan

mine is philam health100 1M coverage and that was what i shared na if mauna ako tawagin sa taas bago 80yr old.. balik bayad premium so parang panglibing sorta..20years to pay naman un kinuha ko hehe

anyway may SSS na ba sya? pede pa sya ihabol tas 10years magbabayad para may pension din sya and may disability ..forgot the exact term.. pero hindi lang maternity ang nakukuha from SSS

HealthMax from AXA... includes 56 critical illness + 18 minor illness, covers up to age 100. Minimum coverage 1M, maximum 10M

You can claim 2x for minor illness up to 20% of your coverage.

Pwuede rin dagdagan ng pang Hospital Income up to 5,000 per day.

Once diagnosed  sa 56 critical illness, pwuede na ma claim yung Lump Sum.

At kung hindi nagkasakit up to age 100... isasauli ni AXA yung money  with interest.

Nakakatuwa naman na there are lots of people na open minded na about this. :) I have Prulife Prulink Assurance Account Plus, okay na okay sya. Very low premium and high coverage. 36 Critical Illnesses and if ever di naman ikaw nagkasakit ng ganun, your money still has potential to earn (Living benefits ba)
