Hey Chili1113 question lang: your 1st wedding ba had a dinner reception? I'm having mine at a hotel din kasi and am now wondering if I should ask about mood lighting.. We're hosting a luncheon though and not a dinner service so baka not talaga needed.

annshirley: Yes it was a dinner reception and I had full ceiling drapes which needed mood lighting. But for a luncheon I think that you would definitely need less mood lighting =) Perhaps just a few units to highlight your backdrop, or couple's area if youre having one. It is best to ask your stylist or your hotel AE =)

Hi 2016 co-brides! For girls who are getting married in a garden setting, is hiring an SO instead of a judge makes your event a Christian wedding or Civil wedding pa din? The thing is, we are both of diff beliefs and to meet half way, we've decided to have a civil wedding. Then we hired na nga an SO for our 2016 wedding, but with prayers and all the symbols, kaya confuse si groom-to-be and the family na baka it will looked like a Christian wedding. Dapat ba judge talaga para masabing civil wedding sya?

Sorry confuse na talaga ako We may have booked majority of the suppliers pero syempe mahalaga pa din yung wedding ceremony

I have question about PAMAMANHIKAN.

Required po ba na talagang sa bahay ng babae mamanhikan? H2B and I are thinking to just have our pamamanhikan outside, parang eat out lang ganun with his family and my family. His family consists of 9 members tapos sa akin naman nasa 6 lang. Ok lang kaya if mag dinner na lang kami sa labas?
Parang meet and greet ang kalalabasan since kami lang naman ni H2B din yung nag paplano ng wedding.

Any suggestion kung san pwede mag dinner na within budget lang since kami lang din ni H2B gagastos para sa dinner?

Hi sis. depende sa inyo talaga yun:) ako nung una ganyan din gusto ko, meetup ng both family then dinner out na lang somewhere para less hassle. pero ayaw pumayag ng mom ko haha kaya ayun, dinala ni H2B yung family nya sa house and nagdala sila ng food. Ang importante naman dito ay magkakilanlan ang buong family and mabigyan ng update ang both family sa wedding prep/planning:))

Hi sis iameynjhel. tama si sis yannuh, nasa inyo naman kung gusto niyo sa bahay or sa isang restaurant. Ang importante ay makilala ang bawat kapamilya and bond with them. Kami naman ni H2B we opted to have our pamamanhikan sa isang restaurant owned by a relative para di hassle sa pagprepare and pag-ayos. We also invited our titos and titas na rin.

april 2016 bride, so far ang accomplishment palang namin ng aking partner ay yung CHURCH,RECEPTION, P/V, PHOTOBOOTH and HMUA. Now kasi ang target for accomplishment is OTD coordinator n Bridal Gown supplier around manila. any suggestion for bridal shop na hindi pricey n maganda ang gawa n service. so far kasi i've been reading threads every night for suppliers review medyo natakot ako dun sa case with "MITCH" tapos nkwento ko with hubby to be.. nastress din siya (my fault kasi early morning yun kagad nakwento ko sknia).. hihi Please need some advice n recomendations Thank you!!!

Hi mga sis, Im looking for venue near tandang sora quezon city lang 10k lang budget namin. Any suggestion?? 

Sis try mo Brewing Point at the back gate of Tierra Pura, along Congressional Avenue na. I saw a wedding being held there before. May bagong events place din along the stretch of Congressional Avenue also (where Jollibee & a gas station is located, Petron ata not too sure). Rona's Events something something. Try mo dun. I don't know how much they cost ha, pero baka pasok sa budget mo.

Dec 2016 bride naman ako and ang nabobook ko pa lang ay church, hehe. Although I have my eyes na on other suppliers na ibobook ko this coming Themes and Motifs bridal fair sa SMX MOA.

Tama nga yung sinasabi ng iba na pag nag-book na ng supplier, wag na tumingin sa iba! I had to change the venue of my wedding reception because someone suggested that I check a certain venue.

I replaced Paradiso Terrestre with Casa Ladrillo (Cavite)
Ayun, goodbye 10k dp hehe..

Nahirapan ako i-let go ang stairs ni PT but I have to dahil wala masyado ganap sa labas ng venue. CL is new and very nice ang loob at labas. I know it's worth it naman so I switched

Kasi po yun na lang kulang ko. Isip ko din practical po kaya na maglagay ng starbucks cart? Sa Ramon Magsaysay Hall Center po yung reception ko po.

Hi sis! Try to check on Invitation Madness in Facebook. Their lowest is 65/pc but they can accept a min of 30 pcs. =)

May specific number ba ng flower girls? Kung 3 yung boys (ring, coin and bible bearer), dapat ba 3 din yung flower girls? Isa lang kasi ang balak kong flower gilr, yung my one-and-only pamangkin. Okay lang kaya yun?

Yes that's ok. You can have as many or as few flower girls as you want. The only ones that need to be paired with are the ones that walk down the aisle together such as bridesmaids-groomsmen, and secondary sponsors. But even maids of honor and best men do not need to be paired up. Ive seen a wedding with one best man and two maids of honor.
