Antipolo kami sis. Nag-attend lang kami ng food tasting nila nun Saturday, 'tas ayun, wala kaming kinaing di masarap. Haha. Ako kasi pag-okay na, hindi na ako naghahanap ng iba. Mas sumasakit ng ulo ko kakaisip at kakapili  Pero may isa kaming inatenan din na food tasting few months ahead. Mas bet lang namin talaga si M

sis f878, bukas kami. May grand food tasting sila sa prism plaza. excited na ako. yung caterer ko na lang ang hindi pa finalized sa lahat ng major suppliers ko e.

Saan based ang M catering? My wedding's in Antipolo too this November and si Avengoza pa lang yung na try namin sa FT na near Antipolo.

We also tried Hizons and Center Table last week.  So far on the 3 caterers we tried, kay center table ako nasarapan.  Si Hizons pwede na pero si Avengoza, fail.  Dinaan na lang ni Avengoza sa maraming freebies.  Problem ko lang kay Center Table, medyo mahal sila at mahal ng out of town charge nila.  Sa decors/styling, di naman ako napa-wow pero pwede na.  I think mas importante yung food.

Will schedule passion cooks and k by cunanan this June.  Sana makapili na kami before the bridal fair again this june 20-21 by themes and motifs. Para if ever, makakuha pa ko ng further discount and freebeis.

Mga sis, any comment about Manila Catering? Isa pa lang nakuha kong review and sabi hindi pa sila okay, so hihingi din sana ako ng additional feedback.

And, additional comments nadin sa Josiahs, Shekinah and Eloquente kasi sila sila yung mga caterers sa halos lahat namin na gusto na venue eh. Thanks!

meron kameng 1 dish per protein: fish, chicken, pork & beef. then may soup, salad, appetizer, veggies, pasta and dessert.
though they can customize naman the menu if yun ang preference nyo.

Sis I've tried their food na during a kiddie party I attended hehe pero they served buffet rin for adults and for me masarap yung food nila. As far as I can remember ang menu, pot roast beef yun with side mashed potato, iberian chicken, pork bbq and fish with side veggies. Yung pasta rin na sinerve sis masarap since fan ako ng white sauce, hungarian pasta yata name nun and daming desserts 3 or 4 yata at okay din lahat pero if may chance mag FT try mo din para ikaw mismo.

Thanks sis astarte for the feedback. My friend had an FT with the 3: KbyC, PC and Red Chef. Sa 3 pinaka nagustuhan nila Red Chef. Nag aalangan lang sya kasi mas magaling si KbyC and PC sa styling

^ Oo sis masarap food ni red chef though simple nga lang talaga ang styling. Sa mga looking for budget friendly caterers okay talaga to kasi afaik P370 range nung adult buffet menu and P250 up sa kiddie meals. Not sure lang about the rates if weddings/debuts.

Hi sis f878, I'm excited for you! Please review M Catering after your wedding ha. Thinking of getting them din. Nagpapa schedule na ako ng FT sa kanila. Si Wanie naman ang AE ko. Siya kasi nag return call nung tumawag ako sa office ng M. They sent me their packages and ang daming freebies! Kaya medyo natakot ako nung una, naisip ko na Baka di masarap ang food kaya maraming freebies, but your good reviews suggest otherwise. Sana talaga maging ok kami sa initial FT with them.

galing ni sis astarte! ang dame mong kilalang caterers. nakita ko din si red chef before pero since di sila accredited sa venue, cross out na sa list. i think kaya ko sila tinignan before was because of a rave review online pero i forgot na san ko nabasa..

sis bwatinella, from my conversation with my ae sa M, they're starting to promote kase their wedding services talaga kaya they want to be competitive din with other caterers hence the many freebies. i have reviews on my blog about my 2 FT's with them (and some other caterers) at yung final FT review ko ay pending muna because of work. basta sis FT lang ng FT hangga't matagal pa ang wedding.
as for their must-try, h2b & i love their pumpkin soup. we also like the way that they cook beef so any beef dish na magustuhan nyo on their menu should be fine. isa kase yun sa naging deciding factor namin sa caterer. sa dami ng na-FThan namin, konti lang sa kanila ang kayang magluto ng beef properly and consistently. same with their fish dishes.

We had FT with Kaki Bites Catering yesterday. I'm going to give an objective review lang based on what I had observed (1- lowest; 10-highest) :

1. Food - 9/10

We were served australian pan grilled lamb chops, prawn thermidor, Truffled tuna fettuccini and stir fried mixed vegetables with beef tenderloins.

The food was good but there is still room for improvement pa din. I liked the Truffled tuna fettuccini kahit na I am not very fond of seafood, masarap naman, the cream complemented the tuna nicely.

2. AE service - 6/10

We were supposed to talk to Ms. Grace but she was already talking to another couple who came in before us so we were assigned another AE who made me think that she is fairly new. First of all, she was wearing slippers (though she had socks on) and everytime I asked for samples, she would need to get up and get the samples (which made me feel she was not prepared at all). She was not able to control the flow of the conversation din, I can tell that she was pushing me to get the package with Narcissus styling and undermining their Kaki Vites package by saying things like, "Ah kay Narcissus po kasi, with styling na, cause we invest on furnitures, etc.. Si Kaki po kasi is very basic lang"

Also, they were not able to how us samples of Real weddings except the one they did for the Radio DJ. They had an album with the themes that they specified on their packages but the pictures were all mood boards. When I asked for a sample set-up of their Photo Studio, they were not able to show me one, instead nagdescribe sila on how they will do it.

3. Value for their price (5/10)

Their Kaki Bites package has an option for 98,000 for 100 pax and the one with styling, the Narcissus package starts at 188,000 for 100 pax which I think is a little steep for us. And hindi din kasi ako satisfied that they were unable to show us real samples considering their price is not really affordable.

In the end, h2b and I decided that we will not get them afterall.
