Thanks sparklingjewel!! The printer can do basic layouts and I might just stick to that if I dont have a choice =) Sayang lang because I want to choose a design wherein the letterpress effect can be maximized. The printer's layouts are very basic although I got a really good price for the invitations naman.

^chili, If you already have a design then it wouldn't be too hard for mica to execute it. Besides, she's not limited to watercolor and brush calligraphy per se. Just let her know exactly what you like. however, she's out of town at the moment and her mobile phone crashed so she can only be contacted via fb messenger. her rates are good too, i just had my envelopes done at 20/pc. i have read somewhere na if you are going the formal route with your invites, it's best to have the names of recipients hand written, not digitally printed.

I got Inkscribbler. I will have their cheapest package (6K) couple's monogram and to choose from their collection of invitation suite. I might add additional thousand for change layout din. I communicate with her through emails only since I'm an overseas bride very prompt. Now na addict ako since I'm particular with consistent theme so I got her to layout my save the date too 3K to 2K since I got their package. They do printing na din! But for the save the date I will get the layout and print it myself nalang and send it through PM. Weekday wedding so I need to send my Save The Date 11 months ahead.

80- 170 php
100- 150 php
150- 120 php and the list goes on the higher the order the lesser the price of the invites.

chili: i pm'ed you mica's rates. not sure if she has what you're looking for but maybe you can check her portfolio on ig? i also wanted to make the most out of our foil stamped invites kaya i decided to get a personalized monogram. nakatipid din kasi kami sa printer so we ended up having enough budget for this.

Hello girls, our invitations don't have the common size of usual invites kasi. It's 7x7 (LxW). Does any know of suppliers who can provide custom-sized envelopes? Thank you ☺

Sa invitation ba pwede ang ilagay namin na names yung nicknames namin ni fiance. Wala kasi tumatawag sa amin na friends (and even relatives) sa real names namin. Or applicable lang ba yun sa mga celebrities like Chiz and Heart?

^Haha pwede naman syempre! Mas ok pa nga eh, kasi super odd the priest for example calls you by first names you dont even use. Pati yun pala kailangan isama sa briefing..

Question, we want to include the priest's name in our invitation (sa entourage page) since we are bringing him along as a guest to officiate the wedding. What is the correct term to use, "Officiating Priest" / "Eucharistic Celebrant" / "Presider"? Almost forgot this grabe!

Hello Ladies!

We just finished our wedding 3 weeks ago. We only spent around 3000 for our invitation, 50 pieces.

Ang designer namin is Sweetscapes Design. For only 1k, sila na nagdesign ng invitation namin. Nagbigay na lang kami ng peg. Ang bili nila gumawa and ang patient nila with the last minute changes.

Then we spent another less than 1k for specialty paper and envelopes sa National Book Store.
Another 1k for printing from a local printing shop.

One thing I realize during wedding planning to not stress so much about the invitation. Kase kahit may invitation na, chances are your guests will still communicate with you through online or call you for wedding details.

Also, don't hesitate to include your preference for cash gifts. We weren't actually expecting any gift at all but we were so overwhelmed by the cash gifts we received. Kahit tig-500 may mga nagbigay samin. Kakatuwa lang.

I actually wonder about Chiz and Heart kasi Heart's just her screen name. For Toni and Paul naman, I think Toni used her actual name in her invite.

Anyways back to your question It always depends on preference but if you will have a formal invitation for a formal event, then your full names would be better suited to that format. If the invitation has a more relaxed style, nicknames could also work.

It can be a mix of both too: We're using our nicknames in the Save the Date and our full names in the wedding invite.

we finally booked Kenneth Uy as our printer. Cheaper pala if they do just the printing ans we provide our design plus they will instantly upgrade it to an acceptable quality of paper (250 gsm matte).

for names it depends on your taste. i have friends who used their nicknames. I'm using my full name since i have different sets of nicknames with different groups.

anneshirley, they qouted me at 70 per set (3 pcs 6x8 size) with craft envelope. i requested 100 pcs for now. i think the standard set was at 68 then less 5 if printing only. envelope is an upgrade din. it summed up to 73 per piece then extra discount pa during the bridal fair. but this is all digital print only. not sure for foil printing or letterpress.

We just approved our mock-up last weekend so printing na now... we're going to get them before the month ends. Can I just say, Annasthetic Designs is one of my favorite suppliers. Sa sobrang arte ko sa requests ko never sila nagreklamo and hindi nagbilang ng revisions. Maayos kausap and mabilis magrevise. I never thought i'd get that kind of treatment from them esp since i didnt allot a big budget for our invitations.. dami ko pang freebies. I am so happy they spared me headaches. I really hope they get more customers.
