Haha sis hallerski ganun na ganun sabi ng fiance ko 10-15 secs lang daw for 10k Sobrang sayang wag na raw. mahal naman talaga, kasi sa Mindanao I learned na yung aerial shots usually ng videographers dun 5k lang charge nila, same equipments

im preparing myself from rejection! lol i understand the argument, sayang nga naman ang 10k for a few seconds of aerial shot. o well. sana biglang mag promo si dreamechanics and maging free na lang! wishful thinking lang

I have booked Smart Shot studios for my P/V. Gusto din sana namin ni h2b ng aerial shots sa SDE, kaso not willing din to shed addtnl 10k for that. Pero buti na lang pumayag sila na insert na lang yung aerial, like for our church, kung meron na silang existing na aerial shot nun, insert na lang nila sa video namin.

kung skies the limit ang budget nyo go ahead
kung nagtitipid kayo forget it....
pag nabayaran na lahat ng supplier and you still have 10k

^I think kahit magkaroon ng sobrang 10k at the end of everything wedding-related, hindi pa rin papayag si fiance. He'd rather we spend it on a furniture/appliance for our future home and that's okay

no harm in asking your videographer kung pwede din sa kanila yun. besides di naman din malalaman ng iba na hindi same day kinunan yung aerial video nyo e 

same tayo sis juwie, kahit may sobrang 10k, we'd rather spend it na lang sa iba.

^I agree. Saka kahit walang aerial shot, basta magaling ang videographer ok for sure ang output. 
I didn't have to worry about the cost of our aerial shot coz it was given as freebie during the time we booked our videographer.

Chilli113: i almost got photoMNl before.  30k lang sila dati. They were recommended before by my photographer kasi very proffesionalan d maganda nga daw outputc i booked dreamechanics too because they are affordable but has good output as well. But lately so so lang mga videos nila. Sometimes i dont want to watch it na. Im thinking of availing their save the date pero naisip ko wag na. But im not changing my videographer na kasi i already changed my photographer the first time. Ayoko na kasi masasayang na naman 7k ko for downpayment.


Lately , i have been really liking  he proudrad's photos! Hayyy maybe  i will just save theirs pics and ask for my photographer to do the same style.

I particularly like this sde made by ghe and I will mention that during our meeting. Ayaw ko din kasi ng masyadong madrama.. gusto ko din yung happy, bubbly and light lang.

Yeah, meron din ako sde ng mayad na lagi ko pinapanood. No aerial shots or anything but it was so beautiful. Mas important sakin yung good editing and elegant slow motion that adding bucks for aerial shot. 😊

i will book PhotoMNL din sana before recommended ng friend and photographer ko. kaso di nagustuhan ni husband yung output nila, and lately may bad feedback sila.

But lately I cringe at all the DRAMA of dreamechanics videos!! I cant stand watching it lalo na its all the same format. I can even predict already what will happen next in the video, and can predict that they will do a slow motion throwing of the veil over the bride scene etc etc. haaaayyyyyy Blechhhh

I've decided to address my concerns by telling them later on that I dont want any voice over on my SDE. I will choose the music myself and give explicit instructions na bawal any audio/sound other than the music I selected. That way wala silang chance to insert mga drama drama crying dialogue, or mga pa-funny jokes said during preps na hindi naman funny pero nasasama sa video!! Cringe...

sis, i noticed this too.. na yung latest videos nila are so-so na lang.. i was wondering kung ako lang ba ang nakapansin nun or what.. so what i did was, i checked jason magbanua's vimeo and watched his 10 latest sde's (excluding celebrities).. and i noticed that some are outstanding while some are so-so din.. so baka ganun lang talaga.. there are times na super ganda ng sde's, there are times din naman na sakto lang.. or possible din na dahil sa sobrang dami na nating videos na napanood, nagiging same na lang sila sa paningin natin.. same with wedding gown..

Hahaha Chili, "no dialogue" is also going to be my number one instruction if my fiance and I can ever agree on a videographer.

I think it's worth raising it with Dreamechanics if you feel like their style has changed -- is it possible they've started posting/doing the more madrama videos kasi that's what sells? Maybe they have recent samples in their older style which can reassure you.

Akala ko ako lang nakakapansin nun with Dreamechanics wala masyado wow factor yung videos nila lately. hehe! Oh well sana hindi laging ganun.. lalo na sa kasal ko. Lol

Ako din i dont like anyvoice over sa sde ko. Though the one i've been watching over and over has voice over which i really like because of the vows and the quality of the sound. Sa dreamechanics kasi ang labo ng sounds. Unlike when you are watching a mayad, bob nicholas videos. Pero syempre di naman sila level. May mga iba akong video na gusto sa dreamechanics so iapapagawa ko na lang na ganun ang gusto ko hehe

Very predictable nga ang mga sde nila pero hayaan ko na. I promised fiance i will not change any suppliers na. I made a downpayment to jemi nicdao na stylist buti 2k lang. Because of bad reviews, i will not avail his service na. Etong dreamechanics ok naman kaya lang dapat sabihin lang natin gusto natin sis.

Pero if it will give you peace of mind, might as well change na nga, did you pay another 5k ba for the change of date already or sa actuall wedding date na ang payment nun?

yes sis, it's important to tell your suppliers what you want and what you don't want.  and we have to be specific.. i sent dreamechanics my requests.  things na gusto ko sana i-include nila if possible for our sde i.e fireworks, time lapse etc.  okay naman sila kausap.. they said they take note my request
