Good afternoon! I booked kasi Mnl-Nrt flight for our trip on Jun1. I didnt buy any baggage papunta sa JP but Ive read somewhere that we get to bring a 7kg handcarry bag? Please clarify sissies. Ako kasi nagbook. Pauwi lang from Japan to Manila ako nagbook ng 20kg.

Another noob question, can I bring powerbanks and clip lenses? I have 4 powerbanks kasi and 1 dun is from CD RKing.

@ Bellerina: Yes, may 7kg handcarry baggage allowance ang flights ng Cebu Pacific. But, ang major concern d'yan ay kung saan mo ilalagay 'yung 20-kg na gamit and na-shopping n'yo pabalik ng Pilipinas.

Na-try ko na rin yan once, sis. Handcarry lang papunta tapos may baggage pauwi. Ang ending, napabili ako ng luggage (na mas mahal pa sa baggage allowance). Bumili na lang sana ako ng baggage allowance papunta (480 lang naman). 

Ok naman yung powerbanks and clip lenses sa handcarry.

^^ sis ako din ganyan lang ginagawa ko.. pauwe lang may check in.. pwede naman kasi sa small balik bayan box or used carton box ang check in bagage and mas mamamaximize pa ang timbang at space kaysa gagamit ng luggage..
another thing na ginawa ko ay nagbitbit ako ng malaking backpack tinupi ko lang ng maayos sa loob ng hand carry then yung maliit na bagay na nasa loob ng maleta like undies, socks etc.. ay nilagay ko na lang sa malaking purse/shoulder bag, di naman kasi nila sinasali sa pagtimbang yun purse mo.. that way pwede mong gamitin yung backpack na pang hand carry mo pauwe then yung luggage ay pang check in na..

^food to eat inflight? Pwede naman bring your own baon if you don't want to purchase their onboard meals.

^Yes, pwede magdala ng food. I ate a burger from Shake Shack on my flight back home

Here are a few tips:
1. Bring your own entertainment (books, movies to watch, magazines etc)
2. Charge your electronics. There were no power outlets on the seats of the plane.
3. Pay extra for more legroom. I got one of the first row seats and it was worth it.
4. Bring socks, sweater etc if you're lamigin. You can get a CEB blanket pero may bayad.
5. Sleep in the plane. Tire yourself out before your flight, take supplements, avoid caffeine. Just sleep through the entire flight. You'll be in Dubai or Manila before you know it.

Pwede ba sisters magdala ng tuyo, pusit and hotdog sa handcarry? Pasuyo kasi yung first two and yung sa hotdog kasi for our 6yr old baby. Di kasi mahilig sa Japanese food. We will go to Japan.

I know the name in the ticket should match the passport. We bought tickets to Australia. My son is holding both Filipino and US passports. When i bought the ticket wala pa yung US passport niya. So on the ticket his name is:

Given name: A B
Last name: D

Kaso yung US passport niya naka attach yung last name ko. Kasi diba ang middle name sa states parang given name nila. When we applied for the passport i left the middle name blank para di na indicated yung last name ko sa passport pero sinama parin nila. So in his US passport:

Given name:  A B C
Last name: D

I will use his US passport to apply for an Australian visa since its cheaper and faster. Kaso di yun ang exact match sa ticket ng son ko. Okay lang kaya yun? I will bring both his passports when we travel.

Hello! Just want to confirm if 1 handcarry bag and 1 purse ang pwede dalhin? Strict ba ang CEBPAC sa dimensions? Called a call center agent of CebPac kaso medyo ewan kausap. Cant go out kasi to go to their office. She even said na 800 daw ang payment nalang for kids for the reduced travel tax.

Yes 1 carry on luggage and 1 purse/ladies bag pwede pa nga na with 1 laptop bag (of course with laptop inside).

Mas mura ang infant on seat than infant on lap sa cebu pac? I dont know but i tried mock booking and mas mahal ang infant on lap. Usually sa ibang airlines infant on lap is 10% fare plus taxes and infant on seat is 70% fare plus tax. Why kaya mas mura sa kanila?

^ cheaper ang infant on lap. Pag infant on seat, same rate as the adults..

i booked tickets to Sydney and I got my infant a seat (car seat) and it did come out cheaper than booking infant on lap. I dunno kung may topak system nila or what. I tried mock booking a flight (mnl-kix-mnl) and mas mahal ang infant on seat which is what it is supposed to be. So maybe it just applies to Sydney flights.

^ oh i see. Baka nga for that flight/route lang.. pero weird no? On-lap is supposed to be cheaper talaga kasi walang seat..

Anyway, we booked Manila-Tokyo, Osaka-Manila for November. Booked infant-on-lap for our daughter, and reserved 1st row seats para di ganun kasikip..

Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived at Tagbilaran. An arrival staff was handing out  CebPac loot bags filled with sample-sized Unilever products (facial wash, shampoo, tinted sunblock, etc.). Katuwa lang.

Loyal Cebu Pacific customer here.  Hindi ko alam kung maswerte lang ako pero hindi pa ako nakaranas ng major problem flying with Cebu Pacific (maliban sa ilang delayed flights)!

Mga sis we decided to avail na of the 20kg baggage but we are planning to bring the allowable 7kgs handcarry. Aside from the  7kgs handcarry, we get to bring a handbag pa din ba? Kasing laki lang sya ng PS2.

Hindi naman counted sa handcarry and personal bag like shoulder bag/handbag so puwede kang magdala.
