I'm fuming mad with Cebu pac. when we returned from our hk trip last Sunday, one of our luggages was missing. they had it traced and naiwan daw sa airport! talk about negligence! they updated us yesterday saying the luggage will board the 730pm flight arriving at 930pm in Manila. i didn't authorize them to unlock the code and open the luggage in front of the customs. I told them that the luggage will only be opened in our presence or else sinong hahabulin ko pag may nawala? malaking lawsuit ito if ever! I'm waiting for confirmation right now kung pwede nang i-claim. Lagot sakin ang customs kung may ipapa declare sila. puro personal effects andun like zara home spray and diffusers tsaka 3 lc lp nylon bags. tapon ko pa used clothing ko sa kanila e.

Mga sis CebuPac texted me na time of flight changed from 530PM to 7PM e Kalibo pa naman yun babyahe pa pa Boracay sobrang late na. Can I not accept it? Pwede kaya? Eh I bought it from promo.

^Yes you have the option not to accept the new flight. Mag-request ka ng earlier flight.

^ really sis? From promo fare to so mejo natatakot sa maririnig ko di pa ko natawag sa kanila. Ano ano kaya maganda maganda sabihin? Have you tried it?

checked their website for airfare cost mla-tag-mla, based sa date that i was trying to book, lumalabas mas mahal pa sa kanila compared to PAL.

yun lang, the sked of flight is better with cebpac.

^^sis ano nakasulat dun sa T&C ng ticket mo? Normally maski promo fare basta sila nag-reschedule pwede ka mag request ng other flight especially kung malayo masyado yung oras sa original time. You can tell them wala na kayong maabutan na ferry to Boracay if you take the late flight.

Ah sis kakacheck ko lang ng email ko now, sa text kasi wlang options na naka indicate. Sa email may 3 options, rebooking, travel funds or refund. Eh natawag ako busy naman even Cebu based lines. 24 hours ba hotlines nila? And pwede kaya gawin ko Mnl-Caticlan-Mnl? Mnl-Kalibo-Mnl kasi to e hehe pwde kaya, may extra charge kaya?

Okay na mag sis, nag rebook ako to 4PM hehe ayos, originally kasi 530PM un e, napaaga pa hehe, pauwi parang ganun din e, originally 7PM yun, naging 830PM, pina rebook ko 655PM. Walang charge evern fare difference.

Happened to me before...twice in a span of a year, the first time papuntang PPS and the second time papuntang SG. It's good that they texted you. Never ako nakareceive ng text, email, or paramdam of any kind. Updated naman lahat ng info ko, so I'm not that difficult to get a hold of. I only found out kasi naisipan ko mag log in to double check the time and date. Jusko, pinalitan na pala. Kung nagkataon, half a day kami maghihintay papuntang PPS, and for the SG flight, ginawa nilang mas maaga so we would've totally missed the flight.

finally received our missing luggage yesterday. sa lahat ng luggages namin, eto pa talaga ang rimowa na bago ang napagdiskitahan. good thing no scratches nor scuff marks and the hk airport security people had tagged it as 'priority' and with security number ek ek pa. also, there was no evidence that the luggage's code had been tampered or hacked and the contents are intact and complete and in their proper places and I finally got to distribute my pasalubong awhile ago.

^kami na-experience naman namin once naiwan sa guangzhou bagahe namin (cebu pacific). 3 kami naiwan bagahe ayun pala super higpit sa baiyun airport.lahat ng may powerbank sa bagahe ino-offload nila tapos i-out nila sa bagahe powerbank. nag iwan ng letter baiyun airport na in 7days magreply kami kung need namin powerbank ibabalik nila or itatapon nila. hindi na kami nagreply sa kanila. nainis lang kami sa cebu pacific nangako sila ipapadala sa house namin bagahe,after 3days pinapunta nila kami sa aiport para kunin bagahe namin. wala naman nawala sa gamit

true, ganyan nga sa China (Beijing airport naman). naabala kami dahil sa powerbanks! haha

^anong meron sa powerbanks? Hehe

^ dito sa China sis, mahigpit nga sa anything na may battery. Kailangan lang 'yung powerbank mo, may nakalagay na sticker na andun 'yung specification ng battery.
Ang nangyari naman sa akin, nung ma detect na may power bank ako, pina step lang nila ako sa side tapos ininspect 'yung powerbank ko.

Isang beses pa lang naman na dedelay ang flight ko ng Cebu Pac. so far, ok ang experience ko sa flight. Kaya lang, hindi pa ako sinuswerte na makakuha ng super piso fare! =)))

 mga sis, i'm not sure if this has been asked, iisa lang ba yung Passenger Service charge and terminal fee?
Tapos if traveling abroad, may option ba to pay travel tax online o dun talaga mismo sa airport?

Nagtry ako mock booking for Phuket, under taxes and fees, nakalagay dun Passenger service charge, PSC VAT, Passenger Service Charge out of thailand? baka mamaya pag nasa thailand may iba pang babayaran...doble doble na...

^yun na yung terminal fee both here in Manila and Phuket. Wala ka ng babayaran na airport tax. For PH travel tax sa airport ka na mismo magbabayad. Agahan mo na lang punta so you have enough time to pay sa Travel Tax counter.

kami parang hindi na namin napapansin kung delay flight namin pag Cebupac kami, parang normal na lang ahaha! pag hindi delay syempre thankful pero pag delay deadma na lang minsan naman kase hindi talaga kasalanan ng airlines yun, airport na natin may sablay

pero good luck na lang sa amin next year pag natuloy kami SG & kasama na si 2 year old toddler huwag sanang magmaktol
