I also had an experience with Cebu Pac wherein they changed the flight schedule to 1.5 hours earlier than my flight. I got the ticket on promo fare. I asked the customer service representative an was advised that I don't have the option to have the ticket refunded (thru travel fund) since the change in schedule is not more than 4 hour difference from the original flight schedule. Has anyone experienced this as well? Is it true or you can insist to have i refunded?

Sis that is not true noh. Mine's original schedule is 530PM, they changed it to 7PM. I called them and told them I can not accept it. They changed it to my preferred time kahit hindi na nga same value ang air fare eh.

marshie, im not sure too if you can really refund just because the flight sked got moved for less than 2hrs. i have a friend though, their flight sked got moved way too early. not acceptable to her so she asked for an earlier day of flight instead. what cebu pac did, they offered her to fly via another airline... but not refunded...

Hi Riandrew, yes, I want a refund. I was advised that I can only request for a refund if the change in flight schedule is equal or more than 4 hours from the original departure time. When I asked for an option on the acceptance of new flight schedule, the customer service representative did not state that I can request for a different time.

^Yes, I only want a refund if possible since I also cannot go on that trip due to conflict in schedule. The flight is going to Coron and the ticket is less than 5k. I just tried to check if I can get a refund/travel fund. Good thing that you were offered with an option to rebook on your desired date.  Is it an international destination?
I did not receive an e-mail notification but a text message instead:

I was just trying this promo, lumalabas naman pricing, pero its the same price lang naman when i tried a couple of weeks ago, parang wala naman promo. mas mura pa if I book through PAL.

oo nga sis.. nagtry ulit ako. parang wala naman promo. pero yung nakikita ko sa website All in promo fare pero walang price. kailangan click mo muna yung date tsaka lalabas. pero yun nga parang wala rin naman sale. mahal pa rin.

Kelan kaya next promo ng cebu pac? Yung labor day 50% off lang e. Hearing rumors baka daw meron ulit sa june 12.

Na-disappoint nga din ako sa Labor Day Sale nila. I was expecting na Piso Fare ang seat sale. Bihira sila mag-piso fare lately unlike nung Q3-Q4 last year dahil na rin siguro sa wala na fuel surcharge.

how does the get go points of cebpac works? are the points equivalent to php1?
i got 100k  cebpoints on my citi card and can be converted to getgo points..
i dont know how it works..

@ beach_n_sunsets: Sana nga meron sa June 12. Sana 6.12 base fare! 

@ 23mirAmir: 5 pesos = 1 GETGO point; 50 CEB Citi points = 1 GETGO point.  Mukhang pag kuripot (gaya ko) who usually waits for seat sales, medyo matatagalan bago makaredeem ng free flight. Last I checked, nasa 10,000 GETGO points 'yung kailangan for a local flight.

Depends on the destination and the prevailing fare on the date you want, one can redeem flights for as low as 3,000 points. I made a mock booking for MNLTAG on the 11th June and there was a promo fare for 3,000 getgo points.

ok, i get it. it will depend on cebpac if how much points needed for a certain flight.. thanks for the info..
akala ko before ay parang advantage card na 1point= 1php.. 
i got almost 100k cebpac points on my citi cebpac card so around 2k cebpoints na din yun plus the points from my getgo account..  hindi pa pala yun enough para samin ng anak ko to go to bora on january2016.. 
i was one of the lucky peeps to avail seat sale last easter.. i  got 7 roundtrip flight to palawan at 750.00/each    and 4 hkg-mnl-macau at 3,500/each
