Budget is only Below 50k, i know it will be so hard to trim this

summer_princess hi sis try contemporary florals by Cesar Pascual he is very affordable and madali kausap at first I was hesitant to get his services dahil madami talagang magaling at very experienced na pagdating sa styling, but I chose to trust my instincts and stick to our budget what I appreciate about him di sya takot sa challenge, very optimistic sya kahit sabi nya first time nya gawin yung gusto ko na decor. that's mainly the reason bakit kinuha ko sya. Much better din if may pegs ka na para mas madali nya ma-execute happy preps sis!

Very small wedding sis approx 130-150pax venue is Vikings venue so i need to work on the styling.

just wondering if anyone can provide feedback on ben pescador whose a stylist at amante fleurs?  i don't seem to read a lot about amante fleurs in this forum, and i certainly haven't heard the name of ben.  i tried to inquire with them because i was looking for a midrange event stylist (the teddys and gideons are not within my budget) and he was the one who corresponds with me through emails.  just wanted to check if anyone has any experience dealing with him or amante fleurs.

^When I inquired and met with Julius Villamante late 2015, he was very VERY cheap. I wouldn't even consider him mid-range back then. I told him there were serveral reviews of his being very difficult to communicate with. He told me, it would not be  problem because his assistant BEN is in charge of emails, and will be there to promptly reply to me. Lo and behold, it still took them many weeks to send me a formal quotation. And when I did receive the quotation, it wasn't detailed and many of the things I specified in the meeting were wrong. Even the flower types  specified were wrong- i.e. I said no matter what happens, I don't want to see a single Alstroemenria in my wedding even as a filler. And yet, the quotation included Alstromeria. So from there I decided not to get them.

Also feedback of my brother's AE in Enderun is many brides have cried because of Amante not showing up during on-site their mock-up, even if the wedding is a few days away bigla di magpapakita daw. But design wise and quantity of flowers, Amante always delivers well if you have the patience daw. Which is why the AE of Enderun got Amante for her own wedding, but she did have some difficulty with him too, but it the final output was nice and sulit daw.

^^i think ben is the one in charge of contracts and mother j trusts him. Alam ko ben does mostly yata sa church and si mother j sa reception.

Hi sisses. I've backread and got so many helpful info regarding styling. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for stylist that also does drapings. Mid-range or newbie stylists preferred. 😀

^^ thanks so much for all the replies regarding amante fleurs.  i got a quotation of 150k from him.  my concern nga was i read in 2 blogs where the brides both said that they had a hard time getting hold of julius, but he did deliver naman daw on the wedding day.

Grabe I really want to spend on a high end stylist. Kaso I put so much of my budget on photographer and venue. I really like Teddy or Robert. Pero I'm considering na rin Dave Sandoval he quoted me 190k for 150 guests. Reception styling only.

^Have you gotten in touch with Robert? The price I paid isn't that far from what Dave quoted you, but I had 200 guests plus 100% all imported flowers at the reception from Holland and Ecuador. Unless Dave is planning to use super a lot of flowers hence the price.

Hello Chili1113 Not yet, I was a bit hesitant to inquire kasi I more or less know his rates, BUT you have a point. I remember pala Dave quoted me 190k for 170 guests na, but mixed local and imported flowers. That's only an estimate. I should inquire with Robert na nga talaga. Thanks a lot!

Im not into rich, opulent setting id rather prefer simple, intimate and non
Intimidating setup.

I got a very good quote and want to book instantly but then i remember comparing at least 2-3 suppliers but so far im impressed and eager to booking him.

I booked Amante Fleurs for our wedding this December but our coordinator warned us nga na if we're very particular with how I want everything to turn out baka daw ma-stress ako. Pero they really deliver nga daw. Since wala naman ako super specific requirements, parang general idea lang, I went ahead and booked them na.

I met with Ben last April when I went back sa pinas for a short vacation lang, and they were able to arrange a mock-up within a week, and most of my pegs kuha naman. So mukhang nag-improve naman sila, although not sure how much of that was my coord's efforts (sabi kasi nila sila daw bahala mangulit if I book amante haha) and how much was their own. Pero mabilis naman nakaka-reply si Ben to my emails.

Hi mga sis Im new here super cramming ako with event stylist, wedding ko is on Sept 18, 2016, 180pax. I asked Robert blancaflor and he quoted me 463k for everything..church to reception and bouquets..parang sorbing mahal ata. Dream ko si gideon but booked na sya Now Im choosing between teddy and henry pascual and michael ruiz and jo claravall, sino kaya pinaka affordable sa kanila? Thanks:)

^ Hi sis, yeah mahal talaga sya but very sophisticated ang styling ni robert. Pero mahal din yun iba, the initial quote of Teddy is at 300k for 150 pax only, and reception palang yun. Kapag kasama church and entourage around 380k. but again those are draft packages. I suggest you inquire via email based on your requirement. =)

Has anyone heard of Opulent Weddings Event Styling? Nag-inquire kasi ako sa kanila and medyo mura yung offer nilang package compared sa mga sikat na event stylist. Nakita ko sila sa Pinterest and okay naman yung mga execution. Pero wala ako nababasa dito sa GT about them. Meron bang makakapag bigay ng feedback?
