Hello sissies, it's me again. Haha. Meron ba may alam na function hall/clubhouse na maganda within pasig/ortigas /somewhere near Christ the King Greenmeadows? Hindi na kasi pwede si Valle verde 6 clubhouse dahil magrerenovate daw March - April next year so Hanap kami ng iba. Max Budget is 25k. If no choice na, that's the only time we'll push through with CTK parish hall. Sa estimate kasi namin kapag dun aabutin kami ng 45k dahil we are planning to extend 2 hours pa for the after party.

^Acropolis' clubhouse looks okay. Though it doesn't have a high ceiling. Maybe you can try that or Greenmeadows?  don't know the rates, but I'm assuming they'd be inline with VV6' clubhouse?

There is also a nice function room in Renaissance Towers 1000 (condominium on Meralco Ave). I'm not sure how much the rental is, but maybe you could call them and inquire?

Hi sisses! Graduate na ako! Here's my review regarding CTK:

Non negotiable namin ni hub ang aircon. It's a must kasi pawisin kami. Gusto ko din yung CTK kasi yung happy yung ambiance dahil naka King outfit si jesus sa altar. Kahit walang pinto, dramatic yung entrance kasi may wind effect sa curtain. Ganda din sa pics ng church! Also, gusto ko din na private area para walang bystanders, nagtitinda sa labas, and yung mga phographers na papasok tapos magbebenta ng pictures after the ceremony.


Kaya 4 kasi nahirapan si  hub na kausapin si Ms. Dodo. Always di macontact yung landline kaya lagi pa pinupuntahan. Saka si Ms. Dodo, installment magbigay ng instructions. Mahirap din ang process if isa sa couple is ofw kasi need pa ng endorsement from Chancery office. Buti nalang naging friends si mommy and si Ms. Bessie of chancery kaya d kami nahirapan masyado.


Maganda na yung church kaya yung basic flower set up lang inavail namin kay Ms. Vicky, the in-house florist. Nagbayad lang kami ng 3500 for the half flower arc and curtain. Si coord ko na ang nakipag usap kay Ms. Vicky.

So, @sixseveneight was right, the price of the church HAS gone up to 30K I was charged the additional 5K over the weekend, even though we had fully paid upon booking. Just a heads up!

^stella021817, clear ko lang: 35k na rate nila ngayon pag-weekend weddings?  30k on weekdays and +5k for weekends? Or rate ito pag-kasama ang hall? If yes, how much if church only?

Nasa shortlist ko kasi sila and I started hunting for churches now after my venue hunting.  Thank you.

^rouged.ramen. Hi! It's 30k. My wedding is on a Sunday (March 2017). I recently called kay Maam Dodo regarding a different matter then she told me about the price increase. Not really sure if how much if kasama yun hall kasi I got Glass Garden as my reception venue. Hope this helps!

^they didn't say. But it's probably because of all the renovations they did. They repainted the entire church, and I think changed some of the interior doors/partitions. It actually looks really nice now But just annoyed that they're making us pay, even if we fully paid and signed our contract last year still.

Regarding sa precana seminars, two days talaga siya? May particular days of the week ba ito mga sis? Thanks!

^it's 2 days, 8am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday. I think you should check with them asap re. the schedule. I don't think they have a lot of dates to choose from. When my mom went to inquire for me, they said the next one is in Nov (my wedding is in Feb), so we had no choice but to schedule it then.

^Yes, she personally went last month (I think). It's difficult to talk to Ms Dodo on the phone, so better to go in person.

Oh! You should go ask about it asap!  I'm not sure if there is one next year that you can attend. But they told my mom that the Nov one is the only one I can make before my wedding date.

Worst case, I think you can attend another parish's seminar. Maybe just clear it with Ms Dodo first

^waaaaah fiance called last month kasi then may sinabi raw si ms dodo na january though hindi niya naintindihan kung for what (kaloka!). Will go on sunday. Sana makakuha pa kami schedule. Thanks sis!

^Hi! Oh then there probably is one in January, don't worry. My wedding if in Feb, so maybe that's why she said I could only attend the Nov one. In the contract it says that all requirements must be submitted 1 month prior to the wedding date. So if your wedding is in Mar, I'm sure Jan is fine!
