Bridal Room is in Paranaque. Very nice and classy yung place lalo na mga gowns. You have to wear slippers pa and gwantes para di madumihan yung gown na naka ayos. Siguro parang rosa clara mid range ang bridal room. Mga chantilly lace din. Though puro ivory colored gowns lang nakita ko. Yung sinukat ko sa Bridal Room nasa 40k. Pinakamura na sa Ivory and White. Though mas classy for me yung Bridal Room

I inquired in White Label just a few days ago, yung mga nasa ig nila na gusto ko nasa 55k.

i liked the gowns more sa ivory and white vs bridal room kasi it fit me better. pero sige i'll do i pros and cons for both:

Ivory and White:
Pros: Nice Fit (for me at least. iba iba naman tayo body type)
Very classy designs
Option to somewhat customize it by adding a cover up
They will order the gown for you based on your size and height (at least 6 months from your date)
Since they're ordering you the gown you have the option if you want a zippered back or the corset type closure (yung tinatali)
Cheaper--gowns I tried were between 29-32k
You can borrow their manequin a few days before your wedding for the photo ops
Includes simple alterations

Cons: Color...ivory or white only (i'm leaning towards an off white color since the ninangs will wear champagne and ang itim ko daw tingnan in white)

Bridal Room:
Pros: 2 lines/collections--in short cheaper and more expensive
Materials like lace and beads seem to be nicer
Nice atmosphere of the shop--plus once you're done you can treat yourself to a buckie right outside LOL
Includes simple alterations

Cons:
More expensive--i tried the gowns from the cheaper line and it was around 40-50k
Once you tried it and decided on the gown, that's it. you take it home na.
For some reason the fit doesn't suit me (probably a wrong size)

So hence my reasons why I liked Ivory and White more. At least it gave me peace of mind that time na it was my ultimate back up. But I'll be going for Roxy Bagano for my gown. Felt that sakto lang for my budget and for some reason yung design niya for me sakto sa personality and preference ko.

@ sis juwie i have a contract with Mel Orlina. they sent it after i paid the downpayment along with the schedule. naka-indicate sa contract yung payment terms and inclusions.

i tried on a champagne gown when i went to emil ocampo and maganda naman but i looked like a debutante! lol. nasa darker shade yung champagne niya so it looked more pinkish sa indoor lighting. i also tried on white and ivory gowns and parang hindi bagay sa complexion ko. when i discussed this with Mel, she suggested i use cream for my gown. its not very dark/pinkish and a shade darker than ivory. it becomes lighter pa raw under the sun and i think its perfect since morning wedding kami.

if you're unsure about the color of your gown, try to discuss it rin with your designer. its easier to decide with professional opinion.

anyone here bought tela for their ninangs? im scheduling a trip to divi for this. but im not sure how much fabric i need for each person. iba iba ang nababasa ko sa w@w and i wanted to know if we have some first hand experiences here. hirap kasi kung kapusin and waste of money naman pag sobra sobra.

i initially wanted to get a divi gown too since parang di ako nasusulitan to splurge for something that i will only wear once pero dahil sobrang mixed reviews ng divi suppliers kumuha ako ng designer na mas mapapanatag ang loob ko. i have to admit na masakit sya sa bulsa pero i always tell myself na lang na di nababayaran ang peace of mind.

finally decided to give up hassle and sleepless nights as when buying an RTW gown from divi. fiance and I visited Bridehouse yesterday and yey!! decided then and there to have them make my bridal gown! Naka move on din sa gown!!

Hi sis, i went to divisoria today to buy tela for the sponsors, and necktie for the male sponsors.

For the gina fabric it cost me 20 per yard and for the chiffon 50 per yard.
I bought 4yards for each ninang (gina and chiffon) which i think is sobra sobra na since di naman balloon ang mga dress nila.
Also, i will just wrap them with onion paper and ribbon them.

Finally, was able to visit Von Lazaro and decided that im getting him for my gown! Ang bait nya at ang sarap kausap. 1 1/2 hours kami nag usap kasi may mga ineexplain sya at mga kwento din, mga gusto nyang suppliers etc. hay makaka move on na ako sa gown!

^100each sis. Satin yung fabric may choices if slim or yung normal. Dun naman kami bumili sa 4th floor ng 168.
Meron ako nakita na magaganda sa mga formal attire sa guys, mga nakasabit lang mas maganda yung tela kaso limited kasi yung stock nila. I prefer kasi same lahat ng primcipal sponsors and motif naman sa mga entourage.
Sa 4th floor din pala sis ng 168 may bilihan ng tela medyo malapit lang din yung price per yard if ayaw mo sa near tabora street.

i was considering bridehouse too kase nga parang ang sulit nung 20k nilang rtw gowns.  kaso when i inquired last nov about their custom gowns 30k daw ang starting nila. though i think we have other sisses here na nagpacustom sa kanila pero di naman inabot ng 30k.
i'm happy naman with the designer i booked and nagagandahan pa rin ako sa gawa ng bridehouse. looking forward to seeing your gowns!

thank you sis! Finally! Nakwento nga ni Ms. Carmen kung ano-ano daw naiisip mo na baguhin sa gown pag may nakikita kang maganda! Yup nagpakuha na din ako measurements! Natawa ko sa comment ng isa nilang kasama don, di ko alam name eh, tinanong kami ni fiancé if magpapakasal na daw ba talaga kami at ang babata pa daw namin! Wahahaha! Di ko alam if joke yun! Ang liit ko kaseee. :3

haha. that is so true sis. good thing she accommodated every request i asked her:) pero simple lang naman wedding gown na gusto ko kasi. medyo pangit din pala pag daming wedding gown designers pinafollow mo sa IG, nagpapalit2 isip mo haha. kyuuut mo sis Yes sis, 3 bridehouse brides tayo here, sis maukris is my virtual sister na nga hehe we exchange messages everyday. yung feeling na sad pag i don't receive anything from her in a day #clingy

Sis maukris, yannuh and twinxz, pwede pa view ng gowns nyo pag avail na? Top choice din namin so far is bridehouse. I have also inquired with Roxy Bagano, konti lang difference ng quote nya sakin from Bridehouse. Pero I would go to divi pa din para magcanvass baka mas makamura. I never thought na sa gown ako mahihirapan. hahaha
