Is it possible for COL to Directly Deposit the funds you wish to withdraw to a nominated bank acct instead of them writing out a check for you to pick up?

^Yes. BPI sa 'kin. Direct deposit sa savings account ko noong nag-withdraw ako.

Were you charged any fees?

I did the same when I redeemed some of my shares in
Sunlife's MF and I was told wala daw charges and lo and behold
may 200 peso charge pero they reversed it when I complained.

Lahat ba ng nagrequest ng access sa Mutual Fund platform nila, gina-grant nila? Nagsend ako ng request nung July 10 pa pero until now, wala naman reply. Gusto ko na mag-start ng MF.

Send a follow up Sis or better yet call their trunkline to expedite your request. Down ang COL site now di ko ma paste dito yung number

Yes, I do it all the time. Lahat ng withdrawals ay online

With BPI express online, ang gaan ng buhay haha

So you just fill out the withdrawal form from COL, sign it and scan it.

The amount to be withdrawn should have been sitting in your COL account for at least 3 days before you do this

During COL account enrollment, nag aassign na ng bank account na naka-link sa COL account mo.

Kung wala pa naka assign, you can update your COL profile and add the bank account details naman

End of June na still no MF released to the public

It's exactly a week today, and yet, no mF tab still. Unless they're releasing it to the public very soon, thus, the hold on my request.

^ako, mag-3 weeks na tomorrow wala pa din. I did get a reply from both mutualfund & heldesk mails... eto sabi nila.

Why  is it that every fri and sat I cannot access or even open the col webpage colfinancial.com?

^ nope as in wala. I can't access the webpage. Napansin ko every sat and sunday ganito siya (not fri sorry it was sat and sun ).
