Hi po newbie here, planning to get married August 2017 late na po ba kami sa wedding preparation? As of now bf and I are both looking for a venue here sa manila near Malate Church then price per head ng catering is 700 below. Any suggestions?

Nagpunta kami kahapon sa fair and was able to book Print & Co. as our invites supplier. Happy kami sa kanila kasi ang babait nila kausap and na-meet nila requirements namin, affordable pa ang rates.

Hindi na kami masyado umikot kasi Invitation lang ang target namin sa fair. Hihi.

Anyone here heard Mara M. Dizon? Affordable ang rates nila for Groom's Suit. Marikina gown designer sya.

Hello @pogi02 , I was there at the expo last Saturday din. We were able to book HMUA and our rings as well.

How's your preparations fellow 2017 brides? Hope all is well. 

So far, eto na ang na-accomplish namin ni H2B;
CHURCH - Archbishop's Palace
VENUE - Wack Wack or Bounce Events (not decided yet)
CATERER - both venue have their own accredited caterers
PHOTO/ VIDEO - Lumniscate Photography
BRIDAL CAR - free from the package from Lumniscate Photography
FLOWERS - (not decided yet) but either Dangwa Florist or ClintCarl
SOUVENIRS - Dreality Souvenirs (to be booked soon)
INVITATION - Urbanista  (to be booked soon)
COORDINATION - Alalay Ko  (to be booked soon)
LIGHTS AND SOUNDS - venue accredited
HMUA - MAD by Antonette De Guzman
GOWNS & SUIT - Joana Angela's Bridal Boutique
RINGS - Marry Me

Sis, any idea kung how much ang cost sa Wack-Wack as prenup location?

^ sis pogi02, naku, no idea kung how much and kung pwede din dun for prenup. I think good location nga din for prenup dun.

May nakita na kong FB share na e-sesh dun e, kaso wala akong ma-search na site regarding prenup dun. Ang ganda kasi dun sa country club nila. Hehe.

Went to the fair earlier, kapagoood pero worth it. Organized, kudos to themes & motifs. 😊

Intent namin was to scout venue, caterers, HMUA and PV.

CATERERS: Stand out si Passion Cooks and Juan Carlos. Ok kausap yung mga tinanungan namin. Looking forward kami kay KbyCunanan but unfortunately, di kami naasikaso. Medyo snob yung nakausap namin. 😶 Anybody here that can vouch for KbyCunanan?

^pogi02 talaga?  Yup ganda nung place, was amazed with the view when we had our ocular visit dun. Really looking forward to have our event there   accredited caterers nga lang sila, worry namin is pano kung hindi okay ang food, so i am still lurking at some reviews and forums about them. Anyhow, you can call them to ask, very accommodating naman yung mga staff nila 😉

@vhena14: Wow, meron agad. Di ako aware sa april 2-3 fair, but in any case, would need to pass muna. Processing muna ng mga flyers and feedback for potential/interesting suppliers from T&M. 😁

^hi sis debbie0418, yup meron ulet, hehe that is why i did not book anything yesterday kasi unang bridal fair palang naman namin and looking forward sa mas malalaki pang bridal fair since next year pa naman ang kasal

Mga sis hindi ako nakapunta last weekend kasi hindi ko alam na pwede pala ang walkin. Okay lang kasi nagregister na ako pra sa susunod. Lahat ba sila dun nagbibigay ng discounts pag ni-book mo sila dun? Ilang percent of the total price yung dapat ibayad? Sorry mga sis, wala akong idea talaga. Sayang namiss ko. Pero next month may pupuntahan ako for the first time pero hindi themes n motifs kundi weddingsnbeyond.
Sana organized din yung event tulad ng description nyo kay themes n motifs' event.

Caterers usually 10k downpayment to book. I've also inquired on invitations and lights and sounds and some accept 1k or 10% of the package.
