As for me, church pa lang talaga ang na booked namin. I am still doing some research and asking for quotations. Hopefully, we'll decide on the venue / caterer soon. For other things, we are still choosing suppliers who can give us a good deal. Looking forward to book another major supplier / important part of the wedding no later than end of February. As we go along, we are learning different kind of suppliers from different ranges. The downside of it is that, I am a little bit confused who to choose. Haha!

@rowan, sis kailan ba ang wedding mo? Ang galing mo ahhh tapos na agad suppliers mo. Goodnews pala sis nabooked na church namin. Nagpasuyo kami kay mother in law! Buti pa siya 1day lang nagpunta nabooked agad kami.. samantalang doon sa coordinator namin wala talaga kwenta! Good decision talaga kami na nagterminate na kami contract with him.

@little ms dream girl.. sis i will go for a-line.. or yung modifies a-line. Okay din ang semi ball gown lang. Oa masyado ang ballgown talaga. Hehe. Parang aattend ng debut. Same pala tayo di din ako avid fan ng mermaid type. Ganda ng sinend mong link.. good information siya sa mga naghahanap at nagiinquire ng gowns... ako din nahihirapan sa mga terms nila haha!

June 10 2017:) Wow thats great news!!! I really think ICC is a popular church coz ang ganda niya talaga so buti nakuha nyo pa date nyo! It reminds me of Florentine churches:) Madali na yan from hereon but yeah, nakakalito pumili ng designer and style. I think I met 5 designers before I decided which one:)

hi 2017 brides, newbie here. We're planning to get married on MAY 2017, but I'm having a hard time to find an affordable venue & caterer around QC lang sana. we haven't book anything yet, pero ang target church namin is Santuario de san vicente de paul. DIY din po ang ginagawa ko coz' we have a tight budget. ang budget ko po is 120k All in. Any suggestion po kung meron kayo alam na venue na may accredited catering service with an affordable price. ^joandcruz hi sis! try Awesome events by Mark they have packages po na affordable and the things needed are there na din po. You can also search, Dories Catering , Madel's You can search them s fb po.

Kaya dapat june 10, 2017 din kami haha kaso nausog gawa nung 2sisters ko uuwi din from different country. kaya 2days lang din after your wedding ako naman! Hehe uu sis ganda ng ICC kaso problem medyo madami kaming reqts kasi mixed marriage kami ni hoby eh. Christians siya and ako naman catholic.

Hello mga sis! Isa ko sa mga una na nagpost sa 2017 brides tee hee!! Aga ko kasi nagbook for suppliers. Halos nabook ko na din talaga lahat hahah! From Batangas beach resort venue nagawa ko now magpalit ng venue and Naging Fernbrook Gardens known now as Palazzo Verde Alabang ang Venue ko hehe!
I am looking near Alabang kung meron magandang beach resort na malapit para mag check in before and after the wedding kaso parang mahirap ata ang byahe. Hindi ko kasi alam dahil overseas bride din ako..waaah! Hindi ko kasi bet mag hotel lang gusto ko maiba sa video hehe! Maarte lang ang peg! baka may alam kayo mga sis! If ever na waley need ko pumili between Acacia Hotel or Bellevue. San ba mas maganda?

Hello fellow brides to be  We just got home from a meeting with our P/V supplier. Finally, we found the one. They were very professional not only through chat but personally as well. I felt the "this is it" with them. So far,

Church - OK
Photo-Video - OK
Reception / Caterer - still on the process, but almost decided na hehe! 
Florist / Stylist - not decided yet, still scouting
Cake - OK
HMUA - considering options pa
Others - considering options

Anyhow, magiging ok din lahat. medyo OC lang kaya mabagal kame haha!

Its been awhile since I last post and lurk here, kala ko kasi hinde na matutuloy ang kasal.
2x na kame nagcancel ng preps due to some family matters pero as agreed by both sides ng family namen ni H2B iPush na namen ang 2017 wedding.

1 year na siguro kong member ng GT, most of the time lurker lang ako and through this site and w@w ang dami ko ng nasearch na venues and suppliers.

until this January 1, nasa tagaytay kame ni Fiance, bigla nya sakin sinabing dream wedding nya is Tagaytay location, and then i have the whole month researching again..
kaso another dilemma naman sa side ko thats why i decided to post here para makahingi din ng advice, my Fiance is working out of the country, locally hire sya dito saten but his projects are based internationally kaya madalas wala sya dito, madalas means 2weeks lang sya sa PH then ibatibang asian country na, hinde ako marunong magcommute papuntang Tagaytay and neither magdrive, my parents will be migrating to US pa, sabi ko mahihirapan ako to plan and do ocular magisa..
kaya i want sana metro na lang..
pero wala din ako maiopen sa kanyang venue..

we will have kasi a Christian Ceremony, during 2015 preps, gusto ko sana sa COTRL yung ceremony kahit di ako taga UP kasi alanganin ako sa garden kasi napakaunpredictable na ng weather naten, pero sya gusto nya may garden feel magkasundo lang kame sa reception na dapat Indoor.

Ang haba na ng post ko, ang gusto ko lang naman is opinion nyo regarding sa suitable venue for us.
I am from Las Pinas while BF is from Taguig and we are eyeing 180-200pax kasama na suppliers.

^ LyrevA hello sis, I think meron mga venues sa taguig. try checking dmci clubhouses, i think yung nasa taguig area nila is parang garden - ish style. Also, I think bandang las pinas or paranque area meron din mga venues na magaganda na ok s peg niyo. I will try to look for them again from my list and will send them to you. It might help

how about palazzo verde formerly fernbrook gardens. Alabang area lang siya. fits your garden requirement and as far as i know indoor garden type siya

yung palazzo verde kinonsider ko din sya before, kaso medyo pricey na ata sya, aabot ako sa 800k-1M eh as much as possible sana hanggang 600K lang ako if possible
