As of now, hindi pa kami nakakapagpa-book ng Church for our Jan.2017 wedding. Nakapag-book na kami ng other major suppliers pero church pa rin ang wala. Some secured first the church, since yun naman talaga ang dapat. Kaso yung preferred church namin is after Holy Week pa mag-open ng slot.

So we decided to check other chapel/churches na within the vicinity of our reception. We are doing this para may back-up kami just in case may mauna rin samin na makapagpa-book dun sa church na gusto namin. Sadly, most of our shortlisted options were already booked on our wedding date.

^Aww sis dilemma ko din yan before. Kaso 2 church lang kasi ang gusto ko na within the area, kaya we booked muna si church before everyone else.

Ang drawback nga lang is some suppliers ay nagtaas na ngayon ng rates.

Aw sis problema din namin yan ngayon pero ang kaibahan lang.. sa amin pasaway ang coordinator. December pa nasa kanya ang pera at until now di padin kami binobook. Both kaming overseas kaya kumuha kami ng full event coord. Kaso sa kanya palang problemado na kami eh haaai.

And regarding sa nagshare po ng website ng flipbook maraming salamat po! Hehe i tried to check them kasi sa google walang lumalabas. I dont know why. Thank you po!

Wow! Biglang dami ang natin ah! Nakakatuwa naman. Chika-galore na eto. Hahaha!

Medjo kinabahan tuloy ako, ang dami niyo ng bookings. Petiks mode kasi kami ngayon ni FH, since nabooked na namin last year yung critical na suppliers (church, reception venue & caterer, photo, video, otd & host and hmua).

Yung bridal & entourage gown, nagdp lang kami para fixed na yung rates, pero di pa din ako sure kung sila na talaga yung final na kukunin namin.

Medjo nahihirapan ako sa event/reception stylist kasi ang hirap nilang macontact. Ganun din yung reviews nila from other brides. Yung kukunin kasi dapat namin is yung accredited supplier na nung venue since kasama na sa package yung basic styling. So, upgrade nalang sana. I'm planning to inquire narin sa iba para maayos ko na. Any suggestions?

Another concern is the bridal gown. From the start gusto ko talaga RTW para makita na agad kung bagay at fit sa akin at the same mas mura din kasi. So, di ko alam kung kelan ba yung ideal month na bumili. Feb 2017 yung wedding namin.

Ayan napahaba tuloy, dadaan lang dapat ako. Hahaha

Hi sis toria, yan din ang concern namin, kaya nagpabook na kami ng major suppliers para ma-pricelock na yung rates. Tight lang budget namin e. Heheh. Kaso eto na nga, kinakabahan talaga kami sa church namin.

^^ i think you've got everything covered. Maybe add a budget for crew meals as well as a petty cash fund? Most of my friends left a small amount of cash with their coordinators in case it's needed the day of.

Little Miss Dream Girl: Don't forget to include the ff : Crew meals, host, entourage and PS gifts, and supplier tips. If you also plan in having engagement photos, or save the date videos then you need to include that in the budget. It is shocking at how much prenups can cost.

HMUA: Shades and Tints by Ariane

Hi sis Apeng17, we bumped with Ariane also at the bridal fair. She's very accommodating and she offered amazing packages which we found na "too good to be true". So we better searched a lil bit about her, kaso halos wala kaming nakitang reviews about her and also, wala kami makitang "real brides" nya. Kaya medyo nagkaron kami ng doubts sa kanya.
Baka lang meron ka sis nakitang reviews about her works?

Ariane Advento, right? Nakita ko rin siya last year sa wedding fair sa Mega Mall. Yung friend ko na nagpakasal last August got her as their HMUA, marami rin kasing heads na kasama dun sa package. Hindi lang ako magaling tumingin sa magandang make-up. Haha! Basta ang naalala ko masipag siya mag-retouch and she stayed hanggang reception.

Btw, I got Nini Marquez naman since highly recommended siya dito sa GT.

Hi girls,

I want to post my situations here para sana maging aware kayo sa pagprepare at di na maulit sa akin. Kasi now I am terminating my contract to a coordinator and at the same time emcee at Bridal gown & ento gowns suppliers ko din. I am paid 50% downpayment sa lahat ng kinuha namin sa kanya but me and my husband is not satisfied sa way ng coordinations niya. And now we are demanding for a refund! His name is bobby galang events.

Kailangan talaga kilalanin natin ang ating coordinator lalo kung full event coordinator natin siya. And before you got someone as our suppliers better to check for a feedbacks or reviews about the suppliers kahit pa nirecommend or nirefer siya ng closed friends or kahit sino sa atin. I hope mabawi namin ng buo yung 57k na binayad namin sa kanya.
