I agree sakanila. Kami Dec 2017 pa wedding before nakabook na kami ng church at reception. Mahihirapan ka na magbook if yung mga suppliers na gusto mo is in demand.

Anyways, fellow brides, since budget wedding kami, nahihirapan ako pumili ng p/v. Anong advantage kapag magkaibang supplier ang kinuha namin for photo and video. Gusto sana namin kunin yung Blissful House Digital, pero yung video nila para sakin mejo madilim.

Sis before going to bridal fairs dapat meron ka ng gusto na suppliers magbasa ka na about them, research ganun. Kasi if duon ka palang mag scout baka mahirapan ka kasi they have a lot of offers/freebies. Good luck.

Agree with sis tea08, kailangan talaga well research mo na yun supplier before going and planning to book sa mga fair baka ma overwhelmed ka lang with the promos and tendency mag impulsive booking ka.

of all my suppliers, i only booked 2 from bridal fairs. those are my caterer and lights and sounds. nevertheless, i made sure to research first and contact them before booking them in the fair. that way, i already have my reasons on why im getting them and i already have a contact person for faster transaction in the fair. nakakatempt magbook sa fair ng hindi mo kilala supplier, happened to me once. buti 1k lang dp and madali ilet go

Better search for reviews online before mag-book sa Bridal Fair. Minsan kasi may mga suppliers na too good to be true, then may catch pala. Okay lang din naman na sa Bridal Fair ka una mag-scout pero wag ka muna mag-book, para lang magkaron ka ng idea kung ano yung mga kaya nilang i-offer & atleast magkaron ka ng idea about their rates then abangan mo sila sa next fair if freebies and discounts naman ang habol mo.

Feb 2017 bride and we were able to book Bridesdream, Flipbooks and Print City with yesterday's Bridal Fair.

Tama sila sis, research first and list out yung mga gusto mong supplier bago ka magbook sa Bridal Fair para di ka magsisi in the end.

^Nice sis! Andun din kami yesterday pero wala kaming na-book. Toinks. Haha!

We are also into Print City & FlipBooks.
Yung invitation, wala pa sa priority list namin pero sila na target supplier namin. Medyo nalalayuan lang kami sa office nila. Kaya we are still considering on the side yung PopGram.
For the FlipBooks naman, H2B really wanted the idea of photo video in a book. Very cute, kaso we found it as "nice-to-have" nalang since meron na kaming Photobooth c/o caterer. But I think if we bumped again with them in other Bridal Fairs, H2B will definitely get them, natuwa sya e. Heheh.

 ^ also had a productive bridal fair last weekend. we were able to book our caterer, OTD, L&S, and church flowers.
Also thinking of getting flipbooks. Now that we've decided not to get blue leaf's package, we think flipbooks can serve as our photobooth/guest souvenir in one! and you have the option to add 4R prints or magnetic strip +photo book for an additional fee.

Si H2B lang pumunta sa bridal fair since I'm overseas, naguusap lang kami sa facetime haha! Nagandahan kasi sya sa flipbooks para yun na din ang souveniers namin sakto yung promo nila is 10k for 3 hours unlimited na

We tried to inquire sa Scenta pero ang mahal ng quote nila samin parang 90k:(. Over over budget na sya.

Thank you for all the advice!  I did not think of researching first prior to attending the fairs.  Idea ko kasi is to do my research at the fairs so I can make a list of favorites. The one i want to attend has more than 350 exhibitors, so less work for me if they are all under one roof. Research muna, collect brochures etc.

We were able to book FLIPBOOKS din. It was something we knew our guests would enjoy

I was actually looking to book Toto Villaruel as photog pero ang mahal na nya...
Lo and behold, DON TAPAN was in the fair. He's fairly young (maybe early twenties) and he's an apprentice of Toto, so we booked him. Yung sample photos nya were really neat and had that classic feel.

We're also planning to book BRIDESDREAM for the ento dresses. I booked an appointment with Ms. Ceej tomorrow at their Visayas Ave office

I can already book Metrophoto actually but the church and venue keeps holding me back. I'm also not decided if it's better to hold the reception in a hotel or just book a venue then hire a stylist and caterer.

What churches or reception venues are you eyeing? We can give you more specific information that way

Thanks tea08! Will definitely re-think my strategy  and research before attending any fairs. I easily fall for freebies and marketing gimmicks. Hahahaha.   and medyo babaw my reason, but the Weddings & Debuts bridal fair I want to attend next month (February) is offering 100K raffle prize!    Am really interested sa fair na yon kasi meron nga silang super tempting offers/give aways, as you mentioned!  Hahahaha…. as if mananalo, but who knows…. might get lucky, di ba? I live in Pasig area so Megatrade is very close to me.
