Hi Sissies! New B2b here. I've only started arranging for my Dec 2015 wedding today and i must admit, im a bit overwhelmed. 

I'm thinking of renting WhiteSpace Manila as venue KBC as caterer.
Would anyone of you have the 2015 and 2016 rates for KBC.
We haven't decided pa din kasi for the date if it will be December 27 or January 4.

Would really appreciate your help. TIA

sis kbyc is in demand and since december and january are considered busy wedding months, baka fully booked na kbyc on your date brides book a year, sometimes 2 years in advance with kbyc. and kami, we had to wait 6 weeks just to get a slot for the initial food tasting. as early as april 2015, fully booked na kbyc for my date (feb 2016). they do 4 weddings lang daw per day. try niyo the other accredited caterers for backup and book one na asap

oo nga eh. Kaya medyo ngarag din ako sa wedding prep since I have just 6 months til the big day.
I was able to get a hold of Ms Ellen of KBC and she's very efficient and accommodating. Just yesterday, we were able to secure FT schedule for Tuesday, 7 July 2015. =)

Had our FT with KbyC yesterday and true enough sobrang sarap ng food! Kahit bf ko, na previously hindi masyado naimpress sa food nila nung The Big Banquet, ay sobrang nasarapan sa food. At dahil doon, binigyan na niya ako ng Go Signal para ibook sila! Yey! Sobramg dream caterer ko sila.

Pero inemail ko si Rann kung pwede ipencil book muna date ko kasi I plan to book them sa bridal fair para maavail ang 3 desserts. The rate she gave me is 990 + 10% per head tapos Oct 2016 wedding ko. Sana naman di na siya tumaas nun.

sis chocnats, same here we were not impressed with their food during the big banquet 3. but good thing we had food tasting with them beforehand and loved the food. si h2b take out lang yung natry niya and he liked it.

try to convince Rann, i think next week na yung bridal fair. sayang yung freebies. our AE reserved our slot and noted na we will book sa bridal fair. so when we got there, wala na masyado tanong even if it was a different AE who accommodated us.

^yup sis, nakapencil book na kami until the day of the fair. although pinagpipilian pa namin either sila or PC kasi mas mura ang customized package na bigay ng PC. Pero so far, sabi ni bf top 1 si KbyC dahil lamang sa raspberry iced tea nila hahaha

^not sure if standard process nila yun pero I asked Rann kasi if its possible na ipencil book kami until the Sept. fair kasi dun namin sila ibobook to avail the freebies. Just to ensure na may slot pa kamo for our date. And pumayag naman sya sa arrangement na yun.

Yes pwede pencil-booking.. our AE Jam did this for us para we can book them sa bridal fair. She said she will reserve that date for us and inform us if someone else is eyeing the same date.

Same thing with us.  Rann agreed to pencil book us until h2b's family booked KbyC sa Bridal fair last year

Mga sis okay lang ba humingi ng combination ng menu nyo for your wedding? Para sana alam ko kung anong okay na combination at I can request it during our FT. TIA!

sis weddingbelle here's some of the dishes i liked during our 2 FTs with kbyc
Cocktails: Mini Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon Blini, Portobello Fries, Hoisin Chicken Wrap
Soup: Squash
Main Dish: Baked fish in Cream with almonds, Pork belly with fig and apple compote, Slow roasted beef with creamed spinach, Fish with Sweet soy glaze
Dessert: White chocolate cake, flambed mango with vanilla ice cream

Honey Nut prawns is a big hit here in GT. Di lang ako mahilig sa shrimp

sis belle_v2g i doubt may 2017 rates na. its a bit early pa. they gave me 2016 rates early this year. more or less it was a 5% increase from the 2015 rate.

Btw, the 1st 3 main dishes and desserts you mentioned are part of our menu. Yum talaga!!! The guests couldn't stop talking about the food

Salamat sis! Check ko sa menu nila if these are all under the option na gusto ko, without upgrade. Nagpalit kasi ako ng caterer, so kbyc na ako.

sis belle_v2g, therefore i'll let those dishes be part of the final menu. may 2nd option pa kasi kami. hirap magdecide and daming masarap. haha

sis weddingbelle so far those mentioned without upgrades yan except for the honey nut prawns. unless you are availing package B which includes the wedding cake. i'm also avoiding upgrades as much as possible.
